What a lovely experience! I haven't been here in years, but their chocolate cake popped in my head one day, and I've been wanting it ever since. We started off with lettuce wraps, cucumbers, green beans, and my mom got the ahi tuna roll. Everything was so fresh, and so delicious! It's hard to find a place we all agree on, but we all agreed everything was *top tier*. I ordered the Mongolian tofu, it was so crispy and delicious. I loved the addition of the green onions to add a little bite. For dessert we went with the Great Wall chocolate cake, three of us split one piece, and we still had some left over. It was delicious!! We came to celebrate my wife's birthday and also to try their spring menu. Abby was our server. It was not busy. The manager was checking something on the POS right next to us. It took 12 minutes from the time the hostess took us to our table to the time our server arrived to say hi. I took away one rating star for that. Our ladies loved their Cherry Blossom Martinis. My wife showed the photos of cherry blossoms we took in DC last week to our kids.. My sons and I tried the Pinot Noir Meiomi from CA. Abby, who might be new, opened the bottle, poured a little for pur eldest son to sample, but for unknown reasons, poured him another glass before pouring mine and my younger son. Walking into P.F. Chang's for Easter dinner I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't as packed as other holidays. The lighting was a little too dark for my liking but we managed. For our seating area they only had one server and he did great. For appetizers we ordered a Margarita, Pork Egg Rolls and Lettuce Wraps. Everything came out in a timely manner and tasted great. For dinner we ordered Shrimp Lo Mein, Fried Rice, Mongolian Beef, and Chicken & Broccoli. It was six of us at our table and there was plenty of food to feed everyone. This was the perfect place to eat after helping my mom move. I had not been here in a while so it was nice to not only come back but also introduce others to it. The Mongolian beef and the chicken lettuce wraps are some of my favorite things on the menu. I like that they have lunch portions for most of the plates. The restaurant has a decent sized outdoor seating area and that is where we sat. The service was great and the food was really tasty. We shared a lot of different plates and I have to say that the Mongolian beef still a favorite. Also, randomly, I really like their brown rice here! Everything came out as ordered and was flavorful. I used to love P.F. Chang's but something changed with their recipe. I opted for Egg Drop Soup and didn't sit well with me. There was a grayish substance at the bottom of my soup. When I told my server, she checked with the chef and said couldve been a bad egg. I began to lose my appetite until the sesame chicken came in seeing if that would turn things around but unfortunately no. The entire dish contained more vegetables than chicken and is overly doused with sesame sauce anf also tasted watered down. It has been many years since visiting a P.F. Chang's location. It was good to be back again for the food. Chang's Lettuce Wraps are worth coming here alone. The Oolong Chilean Sea Bass from a "special" menu was a nice detour, and I really enjoyed the Pad Thai that was at the table, too. The place looks and feels like a chain, and that's not necessarily bad. The valet parking is great for the location since the open parking lot can be challenging. So why the two stars? Service: Our waiter was doing a decent job, but why there are three different people servicing three tables on a small patio I don't know. When calling and asking if one could bring a small dog out on the patio, and having checked with a manager, the answer was, "It should be fine." Apparently § 38-1402. Dog-friendly restaurants doesn't apply here. (Which really means they need to go through a permitting process) At least that SEEMS to be the case, since onsite management only said they would be fined. Well, someone should figure this out and let everyone employed there know exactly what is going on. No matter where you go for Chang's most can't get past three stars when it should be easy for them to do so. Training? Systemic corporate issues? Whatever, fix it and it would make a huge difference. read more

I want to start off by thanking Luis the manager for he's amazing customer service. He really was a true definition of going over and beyond for the customer. It's Valentines weekend and you can say that all winter park was packed! Not a last minute reservation to be found. Even the take out time frame is 2 hours. We orders the dinner for two. Two salads, Mongolian Beef, Changs Spicy Chicken and the chicken lettuce wraps. Everything was amazing! Very fresh and exactly what this pregnant lady needed. Let me start by telling you. It was so cold at this restaurant That was even hard to concentrate on eating. I'm never cold. The drinks were mediocre at best. I couldn't tell where our waiter was or waitress. They switched them halfway. PF Chang's used to be one of my wife and I preferred chain restaurants. In the past, food has been really good, great service, reasonable pricing, and an overall enjoyable experience. After our experience last night: not anymore. Service was still good, Josh did a fine job for us. But aside from that, terrible experience. Food was very slow, especially considering there were 16 total people dining in the restaurant. Quality has dropped to subpar, serving size has definitely diminished, and prices have gone through the roof. The music was way too loud where my wife and I couldn't even hear each other in conversation, and as my wife noticed, the back of every single chair and booth in the restaurant was covered in what I can only imagine is thousands of layers of fingerprints and grease without a clean place to put your hands in site. Gone are the days where you can get quality food for a reasonable price in a nice atmosphere and clean environment. Unfortunately, it appears we will be taking PF Chang's off our list of places to have a casual weeknight dinner. read more

It seems that once you have gone to one, you have gone to all and that is the beauty of chain restaurants, and since it has been a hot minute since I have gone to a PF Chang's, and was pretty excited to enjoy it again. My husband has been recently with his mom and wanted to enjoy it with me. We ordered the Hot & Sour soup, Mongolian Beef and Chicken Lettuce Wraps. I also had a fantastic Peach Boba Lemonade (not sure if this is the actual name) this was the best part of my meal. We came on a Wednesday evening the place was decently packed and we still were sat immediately. Our server Ashley was so sweet and kind. Explained the drink and food menu and gave me helpful recommendations. The food was 10/10. The soup was so yummy since it was 58 degrees outside(we had just came from the theme parks at Universal Orlando) so it was perfect little appetizer to enjoy. The sushi was fresh and the dynamite shrimp had a kick. I really came for the long life noodles! The prawns were tender and full of flavor and perfectly cooked. Service was quite slow - veggies that come with your entree are undercooked. One person in our party asked if they could modify their entree. Server agreed but entree still came out with vegetables that were asked to be removed. They also thought their meal was greasy tasting. I got the spicy chicken lunch option. I think the flavor was pretty good but I was bummed to see it was just chicken and rice. I was hoping for broccoli or green beans but I guess I didn't read the menu well. My son got chicken teriyaki. He also did not like it. It's breaded but on the soggy side. Once again I think are expectation just didn't match up to what ended up being served. Let me start by saying PF Chang's is normally one of my top chain choices for date night. I love the atmosphere and the food. Today, however, I was pretty disappointed in my local spot. I ran to the bathroom when we first got there to wash my hands and I instantly thought I was in a gas station bathroom. It was filthy, the floors were wet, and it smelled awful. I don't even think a normal cleaning would be enough to bring that place back. Then we sat down in a booth and were looking out at all the tables and chairs and I was shocked to see how filthy they were. The restaurant was pretty empty for 7pm on a Monday but they still had the music blaring so everyone was yelling at their table to be heard. It then took 15-20 minutes to get are side salads before dinner. Did I mention there was hardly anyone there? The food came shortly after and it was delicious as always. The staff were also pleasant as usual. Unfortunately the cleanliness really put a damper on our dinner. I had never been to PF Chang's before, so we were excited to give it a try. Our goal was to enjoy happy hour, but we didn't realize it was only available at the bar (that's on us). I had made a reservation for a regular table inside for our group. After being seated by the staff, about 10 minutes in, one of the hostesses came over and told us, "You can't sit here," in a very accusatory and awkward manner. It was uncomfortable, and honestly, there's a better way to address that situation. We were moved to another table, but there was no apology for the mix-up. We didn't mind moving, it was just the way it was presented that was off-putting. The food itself was just okay. The Lo Mein had a bone in it, and many of the dishes, even those that should've been savory, tasted overwhelmingly sweet. We opted for the special they had going- $20.99 per person for a party of 2 or more. It was a great deal- an appetizer for the table, soup or salad and an entree. The hot and sour soup was yummy but it was pretty sour and my husband wasn't a fan, but he liked the egg drop soup which I thought was way too eggy. The smell alone overwhelmed me. The chicken lettuce wraps were delicious, maybe a slight burnt taste but still yummy. We got the teriyaki chicken and beef lo mein for entrees and they were both very good! Went with my daughter yesterday. I was craving a Mongolian beef for a nice warm meal. For some weird reason, everything tasted really dirty. The soup was really gross. The salad dressing was just subpar. My daughter loves spring rolls and we couldn't even finish it. We had to send it back in the Mongolian beef was so chewy that I couldn't swallow it and when I did, I almost choked. My daughter got the fried rice and I don't know how you could screw up fried rice but for some weird reason, I had a weird flavor. The only thing that we really liked was the lettuce wraps and I think the cheesecake factory does it better. The server was really nice and she refunded our spring rolls. But the restaurant has really gone downhill since I went there like five years ago. It wasn't worth a Winter Park establishment. We placed an order through Uber eats. The food we received was not what we typically get from PF Chang. I ordered the pepper steak with fried rice. The rice was extremely dry and looked like it was old. The steak was more like beef jerky. My wife ordered Buddha feast and her rice was also hard and dry. We also got the pork roll for appetizer. The pork egg roll was the worst. It was cold dry and looked like it was under a heat lamp for hours. We had cheesecake for desert which tasted ok but could have had more fresh fruit on it. read more

I consistently get the Changs Spicy Chicken with rice, but the lettuce wraps are also phenomenal. You really can't go wrong here. The ambiance can go either way - many people dress up a bit more than your daily street wear, more like what you would wear to a date night dinner. 5$3 service is always friendly and I've never had to wait too long for anything when I've came. It was delicious. We also ordered the crispy brussel sprouts as an appetizer. It was good and it came with crispy red peppers and peanuts. For our entrees, I ordered the sweet and sour chicken with brown rice. The others ordered the honey shrimp with fried rice and honey chicken with lo mein. All my life I was told to avoid P.F. Chang's and I didn't listen and gave in and boy was I disappointed. The orange chicken is a staple dish as in I get it at every Asian American restaurant to test the food quality and I'm confident to say how terrible this orange chicken was. Aesthetically it is nice to look at, but the batter that coats the 9-10 pieces of chicken (wild for $18) was mushy and not crunchy at all. A good orange chicken IMO should have a nice crunchy outside layer followed by a tender chicken meat. The flavor was not too bad but there was zero "wok-hei". The fried rice was actually not that bad. The lack of short rib meat was one thing but this dish was supposed to be spicy and it wasn't at all. We had to ask for chili oil on the side to even bring the heat up from a very low mild to a low-medium. The service is amazing and our hostess and waitress did a great job attending to us and our requests. They are super polite and professional. The ambiance is dim, moody, and overall pleasant and adds an "upscale" vibe to the restaurant despite the very mediocre food. *BONUS: the alcoholic beverage was really tasty, definitely give it a try read more

Very consistently good service and food. I can't think of a time I had a bad meal or experience. I like the the new happy hour deals. Plenty of space at the bar to eat and drink at this location. They do have outside dining for those who prefer that. Very good food pick up. Just go to the left side of the semi circle bar. Disappointing. Came here on a Thursday after lunch rush. Restaurant was less than half full at 1:02pm. Was quickly seated. Ordered the lunch special at 1:08pm. The app of 1 spring roll arrived at 1:34pm, after I asked about it and after the first table seated after me received their main course (they did not order any apps) and before the second table seated after me ordered. My main course (lunch special mind you) arrived at 1:53pm, after the second table seated after me received their mains and side dishes. I don't know if the server didn't enter the ticket, if the kitchen lost the ticket, or another server took the wrong order, but for a "lunch special" that is smaller and usually designed to be prepared faster, the pacing of my meal was ridiculous. The manager was visible in the dining room, however, never checked on any tables and was only busing and resetting them. They need to put their focus on their customers and either a little retraining or streamlining some processes. It was not worth the money or the time, so I will not be back. If you choose to dine here, be prepared that it may not be an enjoyable or quick lunch special experience. read more
