He made me feel comfortable and showed me my options. We both decided that the hidden amp was the way to go for me. The service was great and they had me out of there shop within an hr. They also upgraded me from a Kicker Hideaway HS8 to a Kicker Hideaway HS10 complimentary since the 8 was defective in the box. Did not correctly install subwoofer. No low end sound. Also have leak in the seal for the driver's side where they did the window speaker install. So water can get in when it rains or I go through a car wash. Had to go to a different shop to fix it. read more

Damaged my car on several occasions. When i confronted them they denied everything and said all sales final and threatened me. 0 stars. No credibility whatsoever. Mick mouse work all around. My third time coming back here was a disaster, there was a v-shaped bubble over 18 inches long on my camper shell back window, I asked them to fix it he said I have to come back, I paid $210 and I got the worst value not only that, the manager David got in my face yelled at me saying I moved the film, he called me a liar and continued to scream at me worst of all he said he was going to call the police when I asked him to fix it now or give me some of my money back for such a terrible job, the worker felt so bad he pulled off the entire film and re stuck it on and squeegeed it. read more

I had came here for my car to get a whole new sound system on my 2020 charger. Had on going issues with the sound not sounding right. Instead of helping with the issue they kept saying it was this and charged me for new things that should have been added since the very beginning for it not to cause any kind of issues. Fast forward 4 months later I got another issue with my sound going off when I'm driving and it becoming staticky. They told me it was a blown out speaker when I just had put on the original speaker that was fine and proceeded to Charge me 240$ for new speakers . The issue was still there and was never fixed. It was just a scam at this point and kept having issues that should of never happened in the first place if done right. Micky mouse work... I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I paid these guys to do some work on 2 of my vehicles and I have something to say about both experiences. I brought them everything they needed to put subs im my truck except wiring, their installation price was good so I was happy...come to find out, they swapped my expensive 12" subs for some cheapie 10" ones. I didn't notice until months later because its installed under the seat and it sounded alright. Before I noticed the subwoofer switcharoo I was happy with their work so I brought in my jeep project for them to install keyless entry, an alarm & some speakers. They installation not only took 5 hours but it was so badly done that my window ended up chopping an electrical taped bundle of fuses in half and my door almost caught fire, I brought it back to them to fix it but the work was yet again total crap & it just led to an electrical short in other areas. Heres where it gets really awesome. The short in the electrical ended up constantly tripping my factory alarm and the jeep became un drivable. I had to sell the jeep for a huge loss because it became too expensive to fix. Im was debating coming after these jerks for what they've done but I really have no way to prove anything so I'm screwed read more

These guys are hacks....they will offer free installation....install your stuff incorrectly .....then send u on your way.. They wired my processor to my left rear speaker only. Yes....they put both left and right feom the processer to only the left speaker...i had to uninstall and reinstall myself. Then have a real car audio tech tune my amps processer and head unit.....for 50$....well worth it read more
