I had purchased my tires from this shop less than a year ago, so I returned because I believed they were trustworthy. To my surprise, they removed the inner lining of the tire, then told me the tire was damaged and that I needed to buy a whole new tire. When I questioned why the lining had been stripped, the employee claimed it was because I had driven on a flat tire. That simply wasn't true. This truck is rarely used, and the tire was not driven on while flat. At that point, I was frustrated and asked them to put my tire back and perform the patch I had originally come in for. It's disappointing because I genuinely wanted to support a small business, but after this experience, I won't be returning.
