Zero stars. Worst BMW service ever. Standards have dropped. I made prior appointment to service my car with a loaner vehicle. On the morning of my service appointment, I dropped off my car and later found out that no loaner vehicle was reserved for me! It was early 9am, and the service person said they usually have a spare loaner available but on that day there was no loaner. They got me a free uber to my work place. There also would a free uber to bring me back once service is done. When the car was ready for pickup in the afternoon. I booked the return Uber to pick me up. NO Uber pickup came for 40 minutes. I have proof of the dozen text messages to BMW service. They gave the Uber driver my wrong cellphone number, and did not give specific information on the pickup location. read more

I took my 2020 M4 here for the 1200 mile "break in" service. Expect an hour of wait time in the service lobby and maybe more if you ask for a loner car. But what pissed me off the most was that after the completion of the service, their "certified" technician had driven my car over two miles & had unplugged my dash cam. When I asked why my dash cam was unplugged the service manager said it was their standard procedure to do so... if that's the case why not tell me in advance and what about a disclosure? The small bracket that hold the hardwire was also broken and now the wire just hangs. I understand a test drive after the service but over two miles? And my mpg had gone down from 169 to 159. Avoid this place at all cost! Took in our 740 for service for a diagnostic test. Plus are starter was making a noise and ac wasn't working. John Vasquez are service advisor stated the vehicle had 2 different anti freezes inside that's why it wasn't working. Then with a service cost of almost $6,000 with changing brakes and wheel alignment. Then took it back the second time because the ac stopped working again. Meanwhile they kept our our vehicle for 2-3 weeks without fixing it and stating if he had to repair the whole ac system which would cost another $6,000. Got my vehicle back from this dealership because all these charges and nothing being done. Now my vehicle is leaking some oil. Also when I called Edgar the service manager he is the worst manager he listens to his voice and avoids the customer at all cost and just has John Vasquez return the call to bring in the car for nothing only to add more charges! I been coming and purchasing parts from this bmw store for years . I've had them fix my 335i then and my M4 now . I've had defective parts over the years and never Onece complaint . This week I decided to go for my M4 steering wheel w the lights i was so proud of how hard we've worked and we're able to finally install our most expensive mod . we ordered and picked up the steering wheel upon opening we noticed the cables were messed up and the people who were doing to install it said sorry we can't install it's defective because if they would touch it it would become they're responsibility. so we're like no biggie BMW has our back told them we'll be back tomorrow, we went over BMW in Glendale the part guy this morning was very nice . said no problem let me have them look at it . comes back w the worst news says there's nothing they can do for us . it dunked in we lost over 2k in a day . so I said nope we're not losing 2k get your manager please . He calls him I could hear him over the home he didn't even wanna bother helping us . 10 mins later he comes to the part section w a stink attitude . I have a whole video on what he said . we got a defective part then he blames us and says maybe the people tried to install did it . crazy right he wasn't there doesn't know . we explained says no I figured and gives his opinion . mind you we have spend 1,000s of dollars here , we trust them to have our back . I wish I could give this dealership a zero star but I can't. This is not the same Pacific BMW that used to be 10-12 years ago. From finance managers to service advisors, their service has gone down so bad and they don't even care cause they still have their customers. First and foremost they are always extremely overpriced and they think that's ok. We have dealt with so many sales people over the years and unfortunately all the good ones have either moved to other locations or quit and they never give you their information when you ask. One person that we had the please of working with was Issa who was an AMAZING person but unfortunately his life was cut short and he passed away about 1.5-2 years ago and I don't think anyone can replace that guy ever. We ended up leasing 3 cars from him and extremely happy with everything from the whole process of getting the right car, right price and even the service after the lease. We went in last year to lease another car and this time since he had already passed away, we ended up dealing with the finance manager Thomas who seemed not too bad in the beginning but ended up stepping over some legal boundaries and violating our financial privacy which we addressed with the general manager and took care of that and got an apology from the general manager. Then, I go in today for a pre lease end inspection. As I'm still waiting for them to come and get me to go over everything, next thing I know this guys comes and hands me a paper saying that I will have to cover $2550 worth of damages, mind you that we only used 19000 out of our 36000 miles. I asked if I can talk to a finance manager and he takes me to Chris Cho or Chow. He glances over the charges and asks if the guy who did the inspection went over everything with me being present and I said no. I asked if I'll get any special deals or any sort of discount for being a loyal customer or anything, without any care in the world he said no and he wasn't even interested in having a conversation. I'm going to get another inspection done at a different dealership and I'm going to report everything both their general manager and upper management. P.S. another guy came and measured the tires and he said they are still not at the point where I'm going to get charged but most probably he charged me assuming that i will get to that point (that magic number 4) by the time my lease is up and I asked the other guy what if I stop driving he said then you don't have to pay. He was the only normal and honest guy there which I thanked for his honesty and help right then and there but I won't mention his name so he won't get in trouble. This is the worst place for you to look for a car. Yesterday my friend called and we made an appointment at the dealership. when we came - nobody was waiting for us: the person we made an appointment was not there. so it looks like they value their time over ours. This is not nice. So we looked via inventory and found 2019 530 electric which we liked and it was like 620 on the internet. The other sales person approached us and gave us the card. Today as i was at work and my friend went to buy a car without me. and when my friend was trying to negotiate reasonable offering 750 a month with the credit 800, Frank. the sales person, wrote a text message saying that my friend wants a car he cannot afford. Currently my friend pays for the car 560 but it's a fully loaded Lexus suv 2020. the car my wanted. the sales person said first be 700 but it went to 880. to the end, then sales person was going that since my friend has suv / he can get only suv not the car my friend wants... the sales person somehow was trying to sell a car to my friend which he did not want. I told him to immediately walk away. I called to the dealership and talk with Boby on the phone, asking what happen because they still have a car at their disposal, the phone got interrupted and when u called to ask for Body, he was unavailable and nobody called me back because i asked to. the sales person was trying to manipulate my friend using THE FOUR-SQUARE SHEET... first 620 became 700 because of my friends trade in... but - the numbers went up to 880 so strategy was to play the numbers game. so Frans, the sales person, was using dirty tricks to close the deal. - and he made my friend wait on the sun for two hours... The sales person took my friends car keys and did not want to give away keys to my friend... So my friend spent at the dealership from noon to 4:30 pm. When Frank was driving my friends car saying that my car was acting out. simply because he forgot to put the car on the parking. while my friend was waiting the sales person served 4-5 other people. He was telling my friend negative things about me like who I am to my friend asking what kind of relationship we had. so he again shown that his time more valuable... I was selling cars in 2003 and everything was wrong at the process. The service department has horrible mechanics will miss diagnose you and the service agent will lie to upsell you on service that is not needed or bill you for service regardless if its covered by warranty, most people will just pay because they will have no knowledge of what is covered and Pacific BMW will take advantage of this. If you look at the many negative reviews they are mostly related to service department. If its regarding a warranty issue they will give you hard time and tell you to bring your car somewhere else. Okay, so this review stipulates that all dealerships are overpriced and you could save money going to a independent mechanic. That being said my car is a lease and under warranty so that point is moot. I leased my 2016 x1 from Pacific BMW and the service has been pretty good. They are attentive and aim to please. They send video updates of your car being serviced and they usually are done on time. My one gripe is sometimes when you go to pickup your vehicle it can take longer to get the car ready and released to you than it should. Over all though this is a top tier dealership. read more

I was in the market for a pretty specific vehicle spec and from my first interaction with him, Ara did a great job of telling me what was currently available and what would be available in the near future. Never did he try to upsell anything nor was he pushy even though there were vehicles in stock at the dealership that had 90% of the options I wanted. Within a few days, we were able to identify a vehicle that matched what I wanted down to a tee - although this vehicle wasn't immediately available, Ara regularly kept me in the loop of the vehicle's status as it made its way to the dealership. There was a recall for the Takata airbags in my 2003 325i so I made an appointment through the recall team to bring my car in for service. I drove into the service department for my 12:15 pm appointment where I was checked in and told to wait for my service advisor. Around 12:30 pm my service advisor Albert came by and we went over to his office so I could sign the paperwork. I was planning on taking a Lyft somewhere but to my surprise, they provided a free Uber ride to the location of your choice and back to the dealership when your car is ready! Albert told me my car should be ready in about 3-4 hours. At around 2:45 pm I received a call from Manny who asked if I had a regular repair guy I went to because my car needed some additional repairs. I informed him that my dad was a mechanic and that I would have him take a look. They were kind enough to make a list of the things that needed attention. Although, when my dad took a look at the list one of the items were the bushings, which he had replaced about a month or two ago, so that was strange that they put that there... At around 3:30 pm I received a text from Albert that my car was ready and he sent over my Uber. When I arrived I signed one more piece of paperwork and waited in the waiting area for around 5-7 minutes until my car came down. I noticed that they washed it too (not perfectly) which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately, the next day I realized that the magnet I had on the back of my car was gone. I texted Albert asking if maybe they removed it when washing my car and forgot to put it back and he said he would check and get back to me. That was yesterday. I brought my car in on a Tuesday in regards to rattling on the driver side. The service attendant sent me a video telling me that my tire pressure was OK but nothing else. I then contacted the representative who called the service attendant who clarified that they couldn't hear the noise so I drove back and had the foreman drive the car with me. When the foreman heard the sound, he took the car back with him and said that they will do a deeper investigation. Rene was the only helpful one who was pleasant to work with. The following Monday they sent me a video, showing me the same tire pressure inspection, no mention of the rattling whatsoever. I noticed there was a note to replace the wishbone. Other than a quote to replace it, I have no idea what is wrong with my car. I texted and left voicemails from Monday through Thursday with no response. When I got in contact with someone, they told me that Vanessa was out on vacation. I asked if someone else could help me, and the response was no, only Vanessa could help me. When I finally got in contact with Vanessa, there were no recommendations or official diagnosis of the issue for my car. I had to press Vanessa to find out more information. Even then very minimal information was provided and it didn't provide any guidance and or direction. Based on the poor service that I received, I decided not to have Pacific BMW fix my car. When I went to pick up my car, I asked for a diagnostic report since that's what I was charged for. I did not receive any diagnostic report whatsoever. When I asked, I only received a screen capture of parts that were required to fix my car. There were no notes on any of my documents indicating what was wrong with my car. This is somewhat ridiculous since I left my car for over a week and paid over $200 for absolutely nothing. I will never go back to Pacific BMW and I will make sure all of my friends are aware of the level of service that is provided there. read more

My car came in for simple maintenance came out with a scratch next to my door and my fender then I started calling them after I realized and no answer so I called with a second number and guess what they answer and transferred me to who I needed.
