Rene was fantastic from start to finish. Extremely patient and helpful. He set me up in no time. We agreed on a car. We discussed financials over the phone. He was transparent and overall great. Lucy in financing spared no details. She gave me all my options up front and was extremely patient and detailed. Didn't force anything on me and didn't push for any sale. She was and is so polite. Relatable and down to earth. Almost like I was talking to my mom. Haha Juan helped me to my car. Gave me the tour and walk through. Such a good dude. Friendly, polite and professional. He sat with me in the car and helped setup my phone to the car to personalize it for me. Customized the car to my liking and went over all the gadgets. In the end I felt extremely comfortable. I felt at home and was provided exceptional service. I was welcomed at the door. Greeted with a smile and left extremely happy and satisfied. I have owned the vehicle for a week and I have come to love my ride more each and every day.

I just want them to fix my car . BMW USA NEEDS TO CALL THEM. Manager name starts with A, said they were calling cops on me because I called a lawyer. Retaliation likely. Leaks oil and was on TURO AS CPO. Not disclosed. Saga continues Also lately 3/26 At dealer The manager said he was going to call the cops on me lol for complaining to GM who can't pick up a phone. Is the GM too busy? They sold me a BMW CRACKED RIM TOO. THATS from the replaced tire! I got a lawyer!!BMW USA HASNT HELPED. See TURO EMAILS. They have to disclose RENTAL LIKELY ABUSED. They saw cracked rim and dead battery and said let's be cheap on a 740!!

Best location to get your car service done. Very efficient and great customer service. Allen from the loaner department was super helpful and got me a car super fast. Manny in the service department made sure everything went smooth and took care of all of my requests.I will only be coming here for my car service from now on. Thank you guys.

The charge I haven't authorized

Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I have been a long-time customer at BMW Pacific in Glendale, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I brought my vehicle in for a recall service and asked the service advisor, Benjamin, to check what repairs could be done under my warranty only. I was very clear that I did not want to authorize any paid diagnostics or services. I also verbally stated that I did not want to pay anything out of pocket. However, when I picked up my vehicle, I was unexpectedly charged $286 for a diagnostic that I never requested or approved. I was told that I had signed the document, but like many customers, I routinely sign paperwork during drop-off without being clearly informed that I was authorizing a paid diagnostic. This was never properly explained to me. I spoke with the manager afterward, but unfortunately, no real help or resolution was provided. This experience made me feel misled and disrespected as a loyal customer. Charging customers for services they did not request--especially after clearly stating they do not want to pay--is unacceptable and unprofessional. After many years of servicing my car here, I no longer feel comfortable returning. I hope this location takes responsibility and improves their communication and transparency with customers.

I was trying to look for a shop that would be able to do everything at once ASAP (a One-Stop shop if you will). I found this shop and I'm satisfied with how detailed and communicative they were throughout the whole process (shout-out to Anthony!) Past shops have never given me a detailed report with pictures, status of wear/tear, and written explanations for the recommendations for my car, and it was so nice to be able to cross reference everything. Anthony was so knowledgable and took the time to explain all the "why's" for the recommended services. "Recommended" was very much emphasized throughout our conversations and the inspection report that's given to you is clearly color coded with Green (Checked & Okay), Yellow (May Require Attention Soon), and Red (Requires Immediate Attention) so you can opt in/opt out for any services based off the findings. A clear timeline for the service was communicated to me and I was able to pick up my vehicle the next day (probably would've been same day if I didn't need new tires).They also offered a free shuttle service after I dropped my car off and washed my car after the service was done! Most shops see this thing pull up and suddenly everybody disappears to 'lunch,' but not here. Maria and Cesar handled it like absolute veterans. Maria was at the front desk looking so good I almost forgot why I came in there in the first place. Customer service was flawless she had the whole place running smoother than my truck after the service. Meanwhile Cesar looked like the final boss of diesel mechanics. Dude walked up to the truck like he'd wrestled lifted suspensions in hand-to-hand combat before breakfast. I'm pretty sure at one point they needed FAA clearance to work underneath my truck, but somehow they got the oil change and fuel filter done fast, clean, and without launching a socket into orbit. Truck came back running perfect, no leaks, no problems, and no 'check engine light surprise package' two miles later. Honestly Glendale Lube Center feels less like a lube shop and more like a Fast & Furious side quest. Great people, great vibes, and solid work. My truck is on a 12-inch lift with 42-inch tires, which basically means it's less of a truck and more of a mobile observation tower. Small children look at it the way people look at monster trucks at a county fair. Most oil change places take one look at it and suddenly say things like "our lift is down" or "we don't service... aircraft carriers." Not these guys. They walked out, looked up at the truck like they were inspecting a skyscraper, nodded, and got to work like it was a completely normal Tuesday. One of the techs climbed up there like a Navy SEAL scaling a building. Next thing I know, oil change done, no drama, no weird upsells, and nobody needed a ladder from Home Depot. Truck runs great, still sits high enough to change the weather pattern in Glendale, and I'll definitely be coming back. 10/10. If your truck is ridiculously tall and slightly irresponsible like mine, these are your people.

I ordered a used replacement from eBay and after it arrived I looked for a body shop that could install it. After reading glowing reviews, I called Hyperion to ask if hey could schedule the installation, expecting to wait a few days. Instead the guy on the phone said to bring it in at 10:30 the next day. I didn't get there as a tweak in the door itself caused my overhead lights to stay on and drain my battery. I arranged for a friend to take me home, expecting to leave the car for at lrast the afternoon. But manager (I did not get hois name) said it would just be a half hour. He called over a ytechnician and 20 minutes later the car was ready! I had some body damage and the manager quoted me a price apologetically, noting that Lexus Parts are super expensive. I said well, it's a 15 year old car - probably isn't even worth the cost of the repairs. I started to walk away and stopped, turned and said, "Wait, I haven't paid you!" And he said, "no charge". I was dumbfounded and only hope I thanked him emough. Great work, fast, and even complimentary. I'm in awe. Go there!
