I bought a 24 inch dual zone wine cooler and they offer FREE delivery to garage even at weekends! If you want they delivery to the kitchen and install for you, you will need to pay $50 extra. Which I think it is fair because I called some other installation service they charge $120-$150. I purchased a Pacific range hood in 2006 for its strong ventilation performance. Recently, the hood light switch for on the control panel went out. I went to the store with my sales order and was assisted by Patrick. He verified my purchase and stated that my range hood parts were warranted for 10 years so they will replace the bad switch, but would need to pay for labor at $55 since it was warranted for only 5 years. Needing the switch repaired, Patrick scheduled a convenient appointment date for Saturday and that I would get a confirmation the day before. On the Friday, I stopped by during lunch since I didn't get a confirmation. The lady checked the appointment system and couldn't find my repair job. She was apologetic and said she could reschedule for next Friday, which I accepted. I received a call on Tuesday to confirm the Saturday appointment. The technician came in the scheduled time and efficiently repaired the switch. Very good technician service, but never entering my repair order into their system was a major error in the process. Hope oversights like this is rare. read more

We had our range hood replaced last Saturday. We are very happy with the performance so far. With our old one, whenever we cook dishes, we will need to close the door upstairs as we don't want to feel smoky at bedrooms. Now we don't need to do that! Plus We live at Northbay, so I feel appreciated that they can still provide the service but only charge a little extra gas/toll fee, providing that we have four rangers installed as a groupbuy the same day. The scheduling was very easy and fast. The information we obtained from Zoe was very useful. The installation was also very efficient and the technician was very friendly. We did a lot of heavy wok cooking and the ventilation system that we had was not doing the work. Our friend recommended Pacific Range so we bought a Pacific range hood about 3 years ago. Pre-Sales and after sales service are excellent. We recently called for service to replace the light bulbs since they no longer worked. Appointment was made without any issue. They called me a day before the appointment and about 1/2 hour before the technician (Chong) arrived. Chong was very helpful. He also helped with the intermittent switch-on issue which was not in the work order. He explained the cause and got them all fixed in no time. Appreciate the wonderful and speedy service. read more

I had purchased range hood from this company for many years. I recently purchased a "TruSteam" range hood back on July of 2013. After we had the unit installed we just loved the unit with it's powerful extraction to ease of cleaning not to mention the LED light is very bright. Only until we started using the true steam clean funtion a few time is when we realize the problem with the unit. We cleaned and cleaned (twice a week per manufacture) using the true steam function but it seems nothing comes out to catch basin where it should had collected some type of moisture or grease. After a few months of cleaning we called to inform them the issue we were having with the cleaning function. We went through every detail making sure everything is working accordingly, sound hissing from the steam spraying onto fan area to making sure water level is adequate etc. I was told to give it time allowing moisture to build in order for some moisture to drain out since we are dealing with steam which produce very little moisture. After a few more months, with many refills, still nothing. You would think after so many refills to unit there should be some type of moisture coming out, but nothing! This time I carefully inspect what I could from my determination when removing the catch grease cup where the drain hose is leading to catch cup I notice the angle of the hose which should be slop down to catch basin cup is slopping upwards which means vapor/grease is back up in the hose or at the upper fan housing area. I call their office to informed them of problem and have a technician to come and inspect the defect. After the tech came and removed the cover to expose the fan housing and did the inspection is when we both saw where the problem is, just as I had suspected. The fan blower housing where it catches the vapor/grease drains out to hose then drains down to catch basin does not slop downwards as it should but it slops upward causing the backup in the hose and in the upper fan housing where is accumulating and can be a potential hazard for fire down the road. All the moisture is up in the fan blower housing area and in the hose. It's like your artery being clog up and soon the grease will plug up the hose and will lead to hazardous issues. The tech even said it's a flaw in this model's design. I had since call the company and spoken with Cecilia whom is very helpful and told me she will have another unit replace for me when they have a upgraded model to the true steam with some modification so that drain hose is higher then catch basin allowing for water/grease to drain down to catch basin. It's been almost six months and still waiting for the new redesign unit to arrive. The funny thing is every unit (TruSteam) is design the same way cause I took the liberty to go to their showroom and inspect their floor model. When you remove the catch basin you immediately notice how the drain hose is slopping upwards to catch basin. The catch basin is higher then the fan blower housing which causes this issue. I am curious if anyone out there whom had purchase this same unit (TruSteam) and experiencing the same issue? Please post here so that others will be aware of problem. Lou, from SF read more

Think twice before you buy. The service sucks! I bought the most expensive range from them 6 month ago. Theirs is more expensive than others, but they make it up by giving you pretty nice gifts. I got one Ekolos 3.8L hot pot (retail for $99) and a nice chopping knife. Exactly 6 month later, the Ekolos 3.8L went dead. They told me since it is a "gift", there is no warranty. Plus, even if you paid for it, nothing they can do either since the warranty is 6 month only. My range comes with "lifetime warranty". It is not broken yet. But this incident gave me bad feeling on their service level and product quality. My last Tiger hot pot lasted 10+ years. It was still working when I trash it due to cosmetic reason. read more

On 2/11/14 I called to inquire about cabinet mounted range hoods and was directed by the sales lady to a website to look at them. I told her that I like to see them for myself before making up my mind and she said I can come in to look at what the store had. This was at 3:15 PM. I drove to the store and arrived at 4:30 PM but the store was closed. The sign on the door says open 9 AM till 5:30 PM. If the store was going to close early why did the sales lady say to come in? Pacific auto clean 36" S/Steel product is not very good. I had a new installed on 2007 and it turn on and off itself in 2010 without anyone there. I called and someone came in and put the new one in. But now (2014) you can turn it on, but it will turn off itself for about couple minutes. Then you have to wait for while to turn it on again. I called again, but person who answered the phone was not very nice. Looks like this product won't least for more than 4 years. read more
