A great flavor on the Tom Yum soup. Citrus-y, umami, fresh mushrooms, and shrimp. Some of the best Pad Thai I have tasted and the beef and noodles in the Pad Kee Mao were cooked to perfection. I would say, some of the best Thai food available in Long Beach. The dining room is spacious and clean. There is a private lot with plenty of parking in the D&D Discount Store lot. They served my wife's soup way before our entrees so we couldn't eat together, so that sucked. But everything else was good. Note: They are closed on Weds and they also close between lunch and dinner service, so check the hours before coming.

Drove by this place for ages without realizing that it would be a great Thai bbq place. Easy and plenty of parking spaces. The place doesn't look like Thai restaurant, it's more of wooden oldies western style. Went here for dinner and got table right away. There was only one person working the whole place (front of the house that is). She was wonderful, friendly and nice person. She's fast too for 6 tables. She took the orders without writing it down (for us at least) and within 10-15mins, the foods start coming out. Big portion for the prices, great taste and great quality of the meats. Perfect seasoning since my kid literally ate them all and he's a picky eater. The place is clean, airy, funky but settle decoration (still got holiday decor up). Overall we enjoyed it a lot more than we thought with good foods & great services.

Great first time here. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The baked mussels and The Tiger Wings were really good, and the fried rice had huge shrimp. We finished with the tiramisu and it was delicious. The place was clean and the service was quick. Would definitely come back.

Came here based on the 4.5-star rating, but I should've read the reviews more carefully. Service was friendly and the food came out quickly, but that's where the positives end. The shrimp tempura was average. The strawberry lemonade was overly sweet and tasted artificial. The food quality was very disappointing. The crab fried rice was made with imitation crab, even though we were told it was fresh snow crab. All the fried rice dishes were overloaded with chunks of egg. The chicken pad Thai was not good at all--the chicken was tough, large, and clearly not fresh. We took a few bites of everything and couldn't continue eating. When I told the server we were unhappy, we were still charged the full $72 with no attempt to make it right! Would not return.

Alright yall if you've read my reviews before you know I'm very honest and I don't play with my food because my moto is FOOD IS LIFE!! I tried this place yesterday and it was amazing it was freshly cooked I ordered the seafood fried rice and it was delicious I contained lightly battered fish, shrimp, mussels, and I believe squid but don't quote me on it onion and tomato the sea food was cooked to perfection and didn't have a fishy smell , my partner ordered crab fired rice and the same with that the rice was cooked perfectly and the crab was found to be cooked to highly delicious standards as well we also ordered fried chicken egg rolls and those where to die for it was crispy without being soggy fully packed the staff was very polite as they stayed open even though they were about to close I didn't feel any anger or awkwardness as the guy offered to give suggestions on what to order as we had never been there before it's very peaceful and small so there's no over crowding during the day it gives a very welcoming vibe

Bad day to be a pad Thai! Delicious Thai restaurant located in a small plaza, they're scooping up all the Thai cravers on this hot July 4th whilst the other Thai spots are closed. Service is great would def recommend!

I came here today Monday around 11:30 am craving thai food. I saw their hours sign and understanding that they open at 12 I went to DDs to shop and come back.Coming back at 12:03 still surprised they weren't open yet. This really is a let down and misguiding towards customers. Please at least update your sign..

Love their Chicken Satay, Pad See Ew, and BBQ Combo number 1! Everything was wonderfully delightful! Service and ambience were amazing. Date night became available and after a rainy day I quickly looked for a good Soup spot, found this place and looked good not to far from the beach. So this place was perfect. Managed to get sunset and perfect dinner . Food. Wow did not disappoint! Waitress was so nice and freindly! Food was delicious!!! Soup was to the exact Flavor I was looking for. Orange chicken was crispy and sauced so perfectly! 10/10 coming back soon!

I LOVE THIS PLACE I found this place on Yelp while at work looking for something for lunch and when I tel you I've tried the pad see eww WONDERFUL!! The flavor there is everything the garlic wings and orange chicken was great it's just a flavor of fireworks going off on your pallet. The staff here is LOVELY very very professorial they tell you the eta of when your food will be ready and when it's ready they give you a call and like you know that your food is ready ,but the staff are welcoming as if your family when I tell you I'll come here over and over I will the food is outstanding THANK YOU read more

I found out the portion they gave is very small. I ordered green curry and the pnanpang curry. I am notnsure if It's because of covid19 taken out or generally because I've never ordered their curry. They did give 15% for take out during the lockdown. Not sure if it's still going on. I did like their green curry. Thick and fragrant. But it's really small. read more

*Review is based off of a delivery experience* Was craving some Pad Thai but was too lazy to get off my bed to grab something so I checked out Doordash. I narrowed down the best rated Thai places on the app and compared it to Yelp reviews. Pad Thai Classic has an overwhelming amount of positive reviews so it made the decision super easy. I only ordered Pad Thai and a Thai tea. The Pad Thai is one of the best I've had. The scrambled egg on top is a nice and refreshing addition. Portions are smaller than I'm used to but the flavor makes it well worth the price. What compelled me to write a review about a delivery experience is my Thai Tea. I was initially confused to receive a half filled cup of Thai tea and a whole cup of Green Thai tea. I assumed there was mix up with the order but upon opening my bag of food, I saw a note apologizing that they ran out of Thai tea and hoping I enjoy the green tea on the house. I just didn't think they needed to do that as they could have easily just cancelled my drink order. So now I am taking this experience as a testament to the quality of service they provide. If they're this thoughtful for a delivery order, how much better would the service be for a dine in experience? Looking forward to trying more dishes from this place! read more

I hope management addresses both the customer service and the staff's attitude so that other guests don't have the same experience.

I don't know much about Thai food, but I think the flavor in this restaurant is almost like a universally cherished flavor if you know what I mean. I had a great experience at this spot! The dishes were flavorful and well-prepared. The combination pad see ew and the tom yum soup were delicious. What really made the visit even better was the excellent customer service! Our waitress was warm, attentive, and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. I'll definitely be coming back! I love their noodles and their food overall. I'd say one of the best Thai resturants in Long Beach. The restaurant is in a nice part of town, so its pretty good. One thing tho is that they are almost always packed whenever I am in there, maybe thats a good thing, but things can get crowded for us customers. Wow this food is soooo good. I'm always looking for new places to try and this place really impressed me. The peach iced tea is not too sweet and super refreshing. But wow the food is really something else. The pad see ew and chicken fried rice are 10/10. The Asian Sauce wing is so good and they are so crispy. It's a must try in Long Beach! read more
