I absolutely love their cakes! I ordered my civil ceremony cake from Padoca and it was perfect from start to finish. What really stood out was how many ways I could personalize it--flavor, cake shape, size, color, and decorations. It truly felt custom without being overwhelming. The price was also just right, especially for the quality. Ordering was super simple: everything was done online, delivery was scheduled easily, and the whole experience was completely stress-free. Reliable, seamless, and delicious. I chose the chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling, and it was a huge hit. I've also tried the brigadeiro flavor before, which is equally amazing. Everyone loved the cake so much that at least three friends have already ordered from Padoca as well. It's officially my go-to for special occasions, and I can't wait to try more of their products. Highly recommend!

Went in to get the teddy graham ghost latte! 10/10 super cute and delicious. The teddy graham on top was a perfect topper. Didn't get to try any food items but will be back to do so soon.

    PDQ Brazilian Cheese Bread $4.20

I ordered the PDQ to share with my cheese-loving toddler. One of my favorite Brazilian treats, the PDQ here was chewy, cheesy, and savory, as it should be. It was a bit cold, but otherwise a solid product. For the size and overall quality, this did feel overpriced, but I guess this is what you get from a boutique bakery cafe in the UES. There were two tables inside the small, tight space and a few outside. The tables and chairs were flimsy--not meant to accommodate long visits.

    Cookie Butter Latte

Ordered the cookie butter iced latte with the addition of the ghost drawing. The latte was okay, barely got any of the cookie butter taste so it just had the flavoring of an average iced latte. The barista was really nice and the bakery itself smelled amazing, cute decor inside also!

    PDQ Brazilian Cheese Bread

Popular local bakery offering coffee, pastries, and their famed Brazilian cheese bread (PDQ). The space is small with just two round tables fitting a max of four people. It's mostly a grab & go place. No restroom. Unsure if they have WiFi. The guava PDQ was decent. Do not order the strawberry matcha. It was watery and overly sweet. A layer of liquidity strawberry syrup sat at the bottom of the cup. Overly milky and not much matcha flavor. Stick to a black coffee if you want a hot beverage.

    They're so cute together!

I've passed this place for years but had no idea they served coffee until I saw the tik toks of the ghost lattes. Obviously needed to try... for science.... A little on the pricy end for coffee but this is art at the end of the day! 10/10 and would go back to try the pasties.

Golf themed cake (name sign not included)

If you ever need a speciality cake, please come here!! Padoca has a huge selection of baked goods and cakes that you're bound to find the perfect thing for your occasion. If not, they also do customized cakes! I ordered their golf themed cake for my husband's birthday and the cost was super reasonable (~$110) and it was ready for pick up on the morning of my scheduled date. Ordering online was easy and if you had any questions you can contact them through email. The cake came out better than expected and included a little mobile golf cart which was soooo cute. The cake itself was delicious too! I highly recommend Padoca and will be ordering from them again!

Small pink sprinkle celebration sheet cake w/ vanilla cake & cookie butter filling/vanilla buttercream. We added the toppers separately.

I ordered a small sheet cake from Padoca Bakery for a baby shower. You place your customizable order on their website and then can send a separate email with any specific instructions, such as what you'd like for an inscription and any notes about delivery. I did local delivery, which is $20. They were very quick to confirm the details from my first email. On the day of, I was able to track delivery, which I appreciated. The cake looked great and tasted even better! I had ordered a small pink sprinkle celebration sheet cake with vanilla cake and silky Biscoff cookie butter filling/vanilla buttercream. The cake was moist and flavorful, with the cookie butter filling tasting mostly like caramel. It was a thick cake, so I'd recommend leaving it at room temperature for the full suggested two hours before serving. I highly recommend Padoca Bakery for any of your bakery needs! The pao de queijo are great too and I can't wait to try the brigadeiros next.

    Sprinkle Explosion Cake

We got the sprinkle explosion cake for a candy loving coworker's birthday, and it was SUCH a hit. With a novelty cake like this, you might expect having to sacrifice on quality and flavor of the actual cake, but it was so delicious in addition to being fun. Very happy with our order.

    Pao de Queijo

Always smiling employees whenever I stop by. Got the pao de queijo and it always hits home. Don't forget to ask for a warm one (if they have any) because they are always much better warmed up! Their apricot cherry scones are also amazing if you're looking for a sweet treat!

3 stars because this location has clearly downsized but the yelp photos/reviews don't reflect this. Only space for three wood slat tables--no swing seat or large community table in sight. Definitely not a location to get work done. There is an outlet but there is no wifi. I ordered an iced latte that was half decaf and was given a hot latte accidentally. Politely explained mixup to the barista and she did not seem very happy about the change even though I clearly remember specifying ice. Thought the food selection would've been larger than it was. Got a chocolate chip scone which was quite large, but have had better scones. Tasted a bit too floury. A bit disappointed overall, mostly because of the false advertising in terms of workspace potential.

good but so expensive.... I will only try once, not worth paying $5-ish just for a small pastry/bread.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.

Made with rice flour and egg whites, it is so airy, and literally feels like cutting through a cloud. Plus, it's gluten-free! A perfect little cake for a small celebration They also make the prettiest korean dessert sets, alongside bingsu, dubai chewy cookies, and einspanner. They're seriously always keeping up with the trends! *Black Sesame Ssal Cake $16.5 ** My top pick. The black sesame layer on top was the richest. Super nutty without being too heavy. The sponge and cream cheese had a subtle black sesame flavor. It reminded me of the cream in their black sesame einspanner. *Mugwort Ssal Cake $16.5 * This one was surprisingly rich. The mugwort had a strong earthy, herby flavor, while the plain cream cheese layer helped cut through the richness. *Mango Ssal Cake $16.5 This was a bit of a miss to me as there wasn't any mango-flavored sponge or mango puree inside. It was just a plain rice flour cake with a few slices of fresh mango on top. Though I could really taste the mild, clean rice flavor in this one. *Da-On Sang Set $26 ** A must-order if it's your first time here! The mochi was super soft, and the strawberry was so ripe and sweet. The yak-gwa and joo-ak were chewy, sticky, and just sweet enough, especially paired with the tea that came with the set. *Black Sesame Einspanner $8.5 *Mugwort Einspanner $8.5 The cream was lighter compared to other einspanners I've had. The mugwort one was bursting with earthy flavor. Definitely try it if you're a mugwort fan. The black sesame was alright. I personally wish it was a little richer.
