i am not the type to typically leave a review but this location went above & beyond! we placed an order through the app for delivery, and the door-dash drive that was supposed to deliver our food either got lost or took it for himself we aren't sure, but there was no direct contact from him and then he just completed the order. i called the store and spoke with the manager, david, and he looked into our order and said it had been marked completed on their end as well so they could refund and we could re order but since we used some rewards i wasn't sure we'd get them back so instead, he went above and beyond and had our order remade and delivered without us having to place a new order or anything! he made it so easy and solved our problem so quickly. he was also extremely kind & helpful!! and the food was delicious!! will definitely be visiting again!! read more

Like any other Panda Express except this one is very clean, well-lit, & the staff is great. Usually I give PE 3 stars, but this location is a lot better than your average Panda Express mostly due to the staff. I had to wait for a fresh refill of an entree and they gave me a complimentary drink. They were also very friendly as compared to the staff that works the PE at my college campus. Ordered through Uber tonight. And?? Food was good. I ordered a plate with three items....double orange chicken and grilled teriyaki chicken with extra sauce and all chow mein as my side, an order of crispy shrimp and a water bottle. What I got was double orange chicken, a small container of teriyaki chicken with no sauce, a container of orange chicken because they don't have the crispy shrimp anymore and no water bottle. Now I know that when ordering from a place such as Panda Express, that generally speaking the combo plates are bursting out of the containers because they are that full of food. Not that anyone needs to have a container that is bursting at the seams because it's so full of food, but I've never been to a Panda Express and gotten such a small serving of the chow mein. Admittedly, if this was the worst thing I have to complain about, then my life really isn't so bad. Oh, and when you go in to place an order they typically have some to go containers filled with fortune cookies. I love fortune cookies. I'd requested that a container be added to my order. Perhaps they were out? I have no idea. So instead of a container full of fortune cookies, I'm given one cookie with my order. Thanks Panda! "Rose" and she was doing a great job, she smiles and works very efficient. She even gave me a complimentary drink while waiting for my honey walnut shrimp. The quality of the food here has been steadily declining over the past two years. The Teriyaki Chicken is loaded with fat and the String Bean Chicken has so little meat that when you ask for more they barely put any in. Today, (Order # 134505) all I received was string beans an two 1/8" pieces of chicken and my daughter received 4 small pieces of Chicken Teriyaki on a side order. Also take note that the Orange Chicken has never had more breading. Lately the veggies have been south of al-dente (barely cooked) and everything is lukewarm at best. I am reviewing this place because I like to eat here but I must say over the last 20+ visits it has gotten steadily worse to the point where I will avoid this location, not that the other local locations are much better - Ladera Ranch is my next go-to but the same problems abound at that location, as well. This makes me very sad as this is an infrastructure restaurant for those of us on restricted diets. It seems as though the buyers are choosing the very least expensive chicken and even then, don't buy enough to complete the dish, and/or Panda is training the servers to make it look like they are scooping a lot on those optically elusive (shallow) scoops and when you sit down, there is disappointment in the quantities, especially in the Bowls. I frequent this location maybe twice a month, today like usual there was only a couple people in line and many staff members but it still took me over 12 minutes to get my food, of which I had asked the girl at the counter for fresh chicken because there was hardly any left and it was dried but they gave me the bottom of the wok anyways. Ive visited this location a little over 5 times since then, and the quality of food / customer service improved. The new staff is very friendly and accommodating.
