This Panda is always a reliable spot for me inside the Stonestown Galleria food court on the second floor. It's usually busy, but the staff work fast and keep the line moving. I almost always order through the app for the rewards and my food is usually ready earlier than the estimated time, especially for one or two plates. The food is consistent every visit and the staff are friendly.

Panda Express is always a good place for a quick meal whenever you are craving Chinese food. Given the price of the large plate, the money is well worth it, and the taste is consistently good.

Great experience at this location. Quick service, hot and well seasoned food, and the chow mein noodles actually held together (which is rare). The orange chicken was still crispy yet well sauced, and the mushroom chicken had great ginger flavor

Luv using the App to order with ease. Long lines, mostly students. Staff were super friendly especially the cashier and the young girl at the counter. Had to wait abit for the Beijing beef and the girl threw in a bunch of fortune cookies in and apologized for the wait. Overall, a great place for a quick pick up for when I don't fancy cooking.

What can I say about Panda that hasn't already been said? Food wise... it's Panda. Service... it's Panda. Ambiance... it's Panda but in a mall food court.

The Stonestown food court Panda Express has been around for a long time. They have always been consistent with their food. This location can get busy and have long lines, even though door dashers do pick up at this location. The staff has been lovely, and this is no different from any mall food court.

Definitely worth the premium price for the angus steak et Beijing beef et sesame chicken

A popular choice, and I see why. Quantity and price point are the reasons why I choose this, but over the years, the taste is what stands out and is consistent. It was good! They have a variety of options, and I like both the classic flavors and the newer ones! The angus steak was worth the premium price!

I know SF is anti-chain and I'm going to get mad *eye rolls* but I have no shame in saying, that I like Panda Express. It's like a booty call. Convenient, reliable, and you know what you're getting... A quickie that hits the spot! To the owners, Andrew & Peggy, can you kindly consider opening an Innovation Kitchen here? I NEED that Orange Chicken Bing Wrap in my life! P.S.- I've been coming to the Stonestown location since high school - food quality is pretty consistent with fast and friendly service.

    Does this look fresh?

I forgot that I left a post on this establishment before about their serving sizes... still hasn't changed. Mayne if they were so stingy their produce wouldn't look like it's borderline going bad. Won't be back to this panda location

This is not gourmet and it's not going to ever get a Michelin Star for its dishes. My rating is more of a 3.5 stars. This is fast food and it's very accessible and convenient. It's mall food and the only Chinese food inside the mall. The orange chicken is my guilty pleasure

Ordered a plate with chow mein, orange chicken, and eggplant tofu. The food was decent. The orange chicken was a little crispy on the outside and covered in a sticky sauce. The portion sizes of the entrees (orange chicken and eggplant tofu) seemed smaller than expected.

Total rip off! All rice - no entree to speak of.... Service was bad.... Food was worse! Total rip-off... half bowl of rice left...

There is no dedicated parking lot here, so it's hit or miss to find a parking spot close by. My hubby dropped me off while he searched for a place to wait. I was grabbing a KFC bucket meal for our World Cup watch party and had a KFC coupon to redeem. Paulette, the cashier, told me my coupon had expired on July 3rd. I totally believed her until I saw that my husband wrote in black Sharpie pen "July 31" on the coupon flyer. She looked again and realized her mistake. LOL Fortunately we both had a sense of humor about it. Hey, life is too short to get upset over trivial things. Paulette processed my bucket meal with the coupon deal but told me I'd have to wait 15 minutes for the biscuits. I didn't care about the biscuits and asked if they could be substituted with something else. She said no. Okay, I'd wait for them to bake. Heck, I paid for them! LOL Meanwhile, a steady stream of customers came through. At a certain point, I thought my order was ready when Paulette started grabbing freshly baked biscuits. In reality, she was filling other people's orders, so I finally got up to see if my order would be ready soon. Paulette asked me if I wanted to order anything else, and then asked what flavor I wanted, chocolate or lemon. I looked a little confused but said "chocolate". She told me that she would comp me a free chocolate cake because I had to wait so long. I thanked her profusely for her great customer service. I walked out with two heavy bags of a delicious fried chicken meal! Will I return? Sure! I LOVE Kentucky Fried Chicken!!!

I mean you're paying for cheap and convenience, so I don't understand why people are complaining. If you want better food then eat at another dine-in local restaurant or cook your own food, in my opinion, of course. Don't want to offend people - we are a sensitive bunch in SF. As always if you can afford to do so, a dollar tip goes a long way for these minimum wage workers. Being cheap is kind of a turn off :/ Recommend with my utmost respectful regards if you're trying to buy cheap to go food.

Food: LOOOOOVED and I mean LOOOOVED their #2 bbq pork banh…read moremi. The highlight was the perfectly toasted bread for sure! Super soft with the perfect crunch. Good ratio of meat to veggie and there's options to add extra veggie/meat if you'd like at a cost. I will say the portion size runs slightly smaller but it was perfect for me! Meat was very tender #20 bbq pork with egg roll: huge portions, though a good amount of it was noodle, tender and flavorful meat. The highlight is definitely the fried egg roll! I'm usually not a fan of egg rolls because I don't love things that're super fried but somehow the egg rolls were perfectly fried without being too overwhelming, and the stuffing had some nice spice flavor. Paired well with meat and noodles! Coffee: I'm not much of a coffee drinker but I had a few sips of their Vietnamese coffee and it was yummy! Not too sweet, not too strong. Service: extremely efficient especially with everything made to order. Our banh mi was out in less than three minutes! #20 took a bit longer but that's because they make everything to order. Still less than 10 minutes for it to cook. Seems to be a small mom and pop shop. Person taking our order Joseph was super sweet! Offered for us to call and order next time to go and didn't rush for us to pay at all. Keep in mind it's cash preferred but they have Venmo and zelle too. No credit cards accepted here. Ambiance: more of a grab and go place. They did have one table and a few chairs and we sat down to eat but I'd recommend getting to go and going out for a picnic. Price: good price point! Our food was $28 total. Will absolutely be back!
