I was about ready to give up on Panda Express until I visited this location! Wow, the food was hot and delicious...and it reminded me of the Panda Express that I grew to love years ago. I ordered the chow mein, orange chicken and black pepper chicken. Everything was sooo good and the meat had just the right amount of sauce. Service was quick and efficient and the restaurant appeared very clean. I highly recommend this location! read more

My son and I get carry out. I get a plate of Beijing beef over noodles. It is out of this world delicious. He gets the orange chicken larger plate. It's very good as well. I recommend this place for tasty low cost Asian food. My plate is good for 2 meals. He eats his all in one as he is 18 and very active. The best part is we can get both our meals for around $20. Highly recommend for a quick, tasty, and inexpensive meal. read more

The employees at this location give top tier customer service. They are super friendly especially Amar. We frequently visit this location and the last few times the supergreens were light in portioning. We expressed our concerns and they really took care of us. The food was delicious as always and fresh!! read more

Got a Large Grilled Teriyaki Chicken at the drive-through. The service from the staff at the window was acceptable. The product however was nasty. The food was barely warm. It had an odd, unfamiliar taste to it. As well, the chicken was badly prepared. The chopping/slicing of the pieces was incomplete, resulting in long strands of meat that were connected, requiring further processing. Most of all, there was a great deal of fat and gristle that should have been trimmed off before cooking. I threw out most of it, considering it to be inedible. This is the worst experience I have ever had at Panda Express in the years I have patronized the establishments. This was sooo bad, I don't see me coming back anytime soon. As Kimberlee C. indicated, Corporate needs to take a hard look at this place - and fix things! read more

Got a Large plate with 3 meats and 1 sides The meat to vegetable ratio at this location is actually offensive... everyone know meat portion of the food is the expensive part and ultimately what you are paying for. I understand that for the most part the vegetables are used as a filler and I'm okay with that IF ITS IN A REASONABLE RATIO. My third meat the one they place in the tiny container had probably 5 pieces of chicken (maybe) I put all the vegetables back in the container to show how ridiculous it is. Was served charred meat. The chicken terriyaki was so burnt that it no longer tasted like teriyaki but it tasted bitter. Not only that. Super awesome sizes for such a cheap price. For $8.30 you can choose 3 entries and one side from the menu. Throw in a few cheap rolls as well, and you are good to go. The portion sizes are so filling, that my boyfriend had some yummy leftovers for the next day. Best part is if you are more selective, you can choose double portion on one entre. I have to stop trying Panda Express because it's never good besides the one in Cleveland. I went about an hour before closing and they were out of basically everything first of all so after deciding what I want I order and go to my hotel and open up my food...terrible! My chow mein was missing, the greens looked like the very bottom of the pan and my food was minimal...also the big box was on top of the small red to go container and it caused leaking. I know it was the end of the night but if I can't get quality food until closing then I feel like they don't care about their customers. read more

This Panda Express location is great and better than the Roseville location. The ambiance is great. My wife and I had been going to this location for a quick bite to eat for years. The customer service are friendly, great and fast. The Chinese foods always taste great and limited choice of entrees. The sweet and sour chicken always tastes great mixed with chow mein noodles. We love the sweet and sour chicken entree with chow mein noddles in a bowl. The workers are always team players and helping each other out compare to some place with little drama and more socializing than paying attention to customers. If I can give them a zero instead of a one star, I would. We got there at about 8:02 PM. Practically everything was almost out when I asked if they were making more noodles and teriyaki chicken, I was told no they're not making no more because they were closing soon. Mind you it was only 8 o'clock and still an hour and a half before closing. Sorry but you'll never get my business again. read more

Msg sensitive eaters, beware. Massive migraine kicked off within 30 minutes of eating 1/2 green1/2 rice with mushroom chicken, honey walnut shrimp and honey chicken. It was a debilitating 10 for 32 hours. Haven't eaten at a Panda over a year. Never had issue before. They are obviously using MSG now. read more

Better check your order in the drive thru. You ask for sauce they don't put it in the bag. Missing the eggrolls is common. Tonight I was there at 7:50 and half the food items they were out of. No eggs rolls or spring rolls and they are still open for another hour. The one on 23 and Gratiot is much better. read more

I cannot believe this, they have changed the teriyaki sauce again!! I went in today hoping to get the wonderful teriyaki chicken i normally do, but got some watered down sauce. I wish i would have known this before going in and ordering. They also had the string bean chicken missing, which would have been my other meat. They have also changed the egg roll sauce to some ketchup dupe and overall I wish i went somewhere else. Buyers beware!! read more

This area is not known for its Chinese food to begin with and certainly fast food Chinese isn't going to cut it. That being said, this particular Panda Express is hit or miss. This time they did a pretty good job. We walked in just as the Kung Pao chicken was coming on line, so everything was fresh. The chicken had some gristle which really creeps me out, but the taste was good and the Kung Pao was actually spicy. All the tables were dirty and at no time did anyone come out to clean them or the drink station. I will likely come back because of their low cal meals, but it sure would be nice to have a clean table. read more

Well well well this certainly is a surprise. I moved back to the area so this location is more convenient. Against my better judgement I decided to give it a try. I was extremely pleasantly surprised! The food was incredibly fresh! And what they didn't have they offered to cook for me even though it was very close to closing and they brought out to my car. This trip, I ordered online through their Android app. I was able to select my meal quickly and schedule a time for pickup. Once I arrived I scanned the counter as I passed by to wash up before dining. Yep, my order was ready and waiting (about 1:45pm). As I entered the restroom, I noticed that it could use some attention. The sink area was untidy, mirror could use a good cleaning and the sink looked as if it belonged out in a shop area somewhere. It really needs a good scrubbing! The paper towel dispenser was totally out of toweling. On to my meal ... I ordered a mixed 4 piece meal, spicy with an unsweet tea. Unfortunately, my tea was sweet - oh well. The rest of the order was correct. I liked their version of Cole slaw. Now, on to the chicken ... Popeyes served breaded chicken, heavily breaded chicken. You can literally take a bit and get a mouthful of breading, no chicken. Sometimes I don't bite too hard, just in case there is a bone hidden inside. Okay, besides the breading, the chicken is cooked well, but still moist and tender. The spice level is about perfect for my taste. My final portion of the meal was there biscuit. As usual, it was tasty, not overcooked. Overall, had the restroom been clean, this review would have been a 5 star. Offering a clean washroom for patrons it a must in my opinion. I will return.

This was my first time coming to this place. Apparently it's been around for like two years or something? But I only saw it a few days ago I'm pretty sure it's new. Two ladies were helping me and they were so nice. The one with the glasses who made my food was named Jordan, and the girl who checked me out was Natasha W. They were patient and explained everything to me and even let me sample stuff!! And the food was all amazing. I don't much care for the beijeng beef, too spicy, but the teriyaki was perfect! I've gone here multiple times now and it's just the best. Everyone is so kinda and friendly, and the food is always freshly made. I love coming here. I've found the best time to go is during busy times.
