The only solution they offered was a refund if I drove back and returned the burnt boneless ribs. After already making the trip home, wasting another 20 minutes just to get a refund for their mistake wasn't exactly customer service. The rest of the food was okay, but nothing memorable. It's hard to enjoy the meal when the order is wrong and the restaurant makes fixing it your responsibility. I know quality Chinese takeout options in the area are limited, but there are still other places I'd rather support. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
