This is the worst Panera I've ever been to among all the Bay Area locations. Do NOT come to this location! We came at 8:10pm. They told us we cannot dine in anymore and they're closed. All the chairs are put upside down on the table (see pic) I've been to other Panera locations before and they all close at 9pm. Why would they close so much earlier than the posted 9 pm? They should have changed their closing time online to 8pm if that's the case. Horrible service. Also, even when we tried to order for to-go, their soup is out, and their salad ingredients are out. We all ended up leaving without getting any food. Super disappointed.

One of my go to Panera sites for catering pick up. Manager responsive and courteous even when dealing with so much activity around her and supporting her team. Called site when discovered that packed water instead of tea. Manager answered after several rings & did not put me hold despite a busy Saturday morning. She was apologetic and offered me multiple options to remedy. I chose credit to charge card, which was done the same day instead of 3-5 days. Ample space on site and noticed a couple of morning large groups of older adults enjoying conversations.

Sandwich finally came, but green spots all over the bread. The bottom was even worse. :-(

Thirty min and still waiting for our food. We just ordered sandwich, soup, and salad. When my sandwich finally arrived, there were green spots on the bread. My first thought was avocado, but it's hard, and appears to be growing.

ordered a hibiscus drink, and it was refreshing and well-balanced. The flavor was pleasantly tart with a light floral note,, which made it very easy to drink.

honestly don't get the bad reviews this Panera is one of the best I've been to! The team here works incredibly hard, even during the busiest rush hours. Cashiers keep the line moving fast, the orders come out fresh and correct every time, and the staff always greets me with a smile. The dining area is spotless, and I've noticed employees constantly checking on tables and making sure everything looks perfect. It's clear they take pride in their work. If you've read complaints about slow service or unfriendly staff, I can only say my experience has been the exact opposite. This location delivers quality food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere every single visit.

Needed a little something-something Hadn't been to a Panera since college! Was craving a sandwich- surprised with the new croque monsieur ! Temporarily at a Panera near you ! I added lettuce -- Hurry up and go try it ! This croissant bread is delish !!! One of a kind! Best invention since -- plain sliced bread ? Please don't take it away ! Maybe keep it permanently on your menu ?! Don't be surprised if you see me here tomorrow! Clean dining and front register - friendly service!

I only wanted 2 cinnamon rolls, but using my Panera App at this location, they didn't sell the cinnamon rolls individually.

I am sadly going to have to change my star rating. This particular store, perhaps is getting a slight makeover within the employees, I still see a handful of the normal employees I see, they're always friendly, smiling, helpful, but today when I went in to order my breakfast sandwich from a new lady that I have never seen before, I noticed there was a lot of smoke coming from the toaster oven where the bagels usually are toasted. I tried to tell, this particular employee, and she said, "that thing always smokes. It's OK. " After I placed my order, which was a chipotle, chicken scramble with added spinach, her coworker/an employee I've seen numerous times there was abruptly trying to use the tongs to get a bagel out of the oven, which apparently was smoking because it was on fire/stuck! It got incredibly smoky inside and the lady at the register in front of me just seem to not care/brush it off. Interesting. Lol. Sad to say when I got my sandwich and went back to my house, it was incredibly small and looked nothing like the picture. I guess I'll just have to travel across town and go to the Campbell location since there. New employees tend to be more helpful/considerate and their items you order look like the picture.

You place your order through a QR code, which makes the process quick and easy. This visit, we ordered the salt and pepper chicken wings, Tidu Sliced Beef Pot, and Tianjin Eggplant. The wings are a must-order here. They're always perfectly fried and crispy on the outside while still staying juicy and tender inside. The Tidu Sliced Beef Pot reminded me of a dry hot pot. It had a great mala flavor with a subtle numbing sensation, and the peanuts added a nice crunch and texture to the dish. The Tianjin Eggplant was simple but delicious, with flavorful pork that paired really well with the soft eggplant. Overall, the food here is comforting and satisfying. It's a place I'll definitely keep coming back to.

It's in a busy complex, but there was enough parking. When I walked in, I noticed they had a half-empty dining room but a ton of to-go orders wrapped up, including mine. I really loved the Mongolian beef, and the eggplant dish we got was good too. The chow mein was good. I did like the cucumber salad, but it would be better if it were sliced smaller, so the marinade could infuse the cucumbers. Service was friendly. Food was very fresh. I did notice the portion sizes were generous and we had plenty of leftovers!

Uzumakiya had beef broth, supposedly oxtail broth. It's lighter in consistency than the ramen broth. Tasted more meaty without being heavy or fatty. The noodles were thicker but not chewy. The chashu (pork) slices that came with it was tender with just enough fat to give it the umami flavor. The Tonkotsu Ramen had the thinner noodles. The broth was creamier and richer than the beef broth but not bold or complex compared to other ramen broths I've had but still has a nice balance of flavor between the pork and dashi. Had the same chashu slices. Had more umami flavor than the Udon. Love the Hojicha Panna Cotta. Very smooth consistency. I felt like I'm eating something fancy but not heavy. Combination of light roasted tea and milk flavor. Just the right amount of sweetness. Enjoyed this the most. They had a $3 discount on their Udon. Food came out quickly. Staff were welcoming.

The reason I'm -2 stars off the review is from their ordering online on their website and picking up (via Toast which is cheaper than Doordash). This past Sunday, I ordered for pickup and ordered 4 dishes, including the crab fried rice. Right after driving home with my order, I realized I received 3 correct dishes and one incorrect dish. I was missing the crab fried rice. Instead, I got a mango sticky rice, which we didn't order. I notified the restaurant multiple ways. 1. I called the number listed on their Yelp (628) 345-3469, which rings once before being picked up by an voice machine and connecting you to an AI agent who helps answer your questions. 2. I told the AI that my order I just picked up was wrong, and they told me to text a photo of my order and the receipt to the phone number listed on their website: (408) 495-9959, which I did that night. 3. I didn't get a response, and I also tried calling that line a couple times, and no one picked up. 4. I then tried filling in the form on the Contact tab of their website, and also did not get a response. In summary, I really like this restaurant and would go again in person, but would caution against anyone who orders multiple dishes during pickup. You may (1) want to open up all of the boxes and verify that it's correct (2) go back in person if the order is wrong instead of calling their AI number (628-345-3469) or calling or texting their real number (408-495-9959).

Beef Brisket Rice Noodle - rice noodle itself was a bit on the thick/tough side compared to the thin, soft yet chewy texture at some restaurants. The beef brisket was tender, but the sauce itself was a bit bland overall; it was salty enough but felt a bit boring after a few bites. Adding some of the soy sauce at the table gave some savory sweetness to the dish which I recommend. Sampan Congee - Flavor was really good, and the peanuts were a great add to this given its crispy texture and savory taste. The congee itself was pretty standard and not the most velvety texture I'd prefer, but still pretty decent. Curry fish balls and pork skin - has a kick, decent curry flavor. We were looking to catch up in person on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. All tables were full and there were a couple of other parties waiting inside when we walked in, but the wait for a table was not bad at all. It is on the noisier side since the clientele is primarily Asian, and service tends to be short since that's what would be considered authentic. I got the beef noodle soup with the wide noodles since it was a chilly day and I wanted something warm. In the past I've gotten the tomato and eggs sauce noodles, which was very tasty and not a bad option for a hot day as the noodles themselves come out cold. Make sure to bring some floss if you get the beef noodle soup, some of the meat gets stuck in my teeth every time. Service does tend to be short so don't expect anyone to wait around for you to order or extra pleasantries. But this isn't surprising given the type of restaurant so it didn't detract from the meal. The check comes to you when you're about done so there is no need to flag anyone down after finishing. I would definitely revisit if I have cash on hand and am in the area. I would recommend this spot to anyone interested in authentic Chinese noodles, hot or cold.
