    Iced Caffe Latte
    Cynthia S.

Came at around 9am to just hang out. The place is decently clean. There are some tables with crumbs but I see them cleaning the floor. There are 3 kiosks and a person by the ordering area in case you want to order in person. My order was ready almost instantly since I only ordered coffee. I received a notification but when I went up to the pick up area it was not there. I had to flag someone and ask where the order is. I'm not sure if that's standard practice. Anyways, the cafe latte was decent. It's a little weak but it's ok.

Food is always good but the service isn't always great. Came with a friend for lunch. We both got complete meals to go. When my food was ready, I was given everything but the drink. And when I mentioned I didn't receive my drink yet, the associate gave me a cup. So, I go to fill my cup and the only lids there were the larger size. I go back to ask the same associate for a lid and she replied with a sarcastic tone "aren't there no lids there?" As if it was too much as ask. I wouldn't have asked if there was actually both lid sizes available and she could have just provided me one. Her customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.

I placed a pick up order for bagels and a coffee tote and they gave us all old, expired creamer that looks like cottage cheese

Ordered bagels and a coffee tote and they gave us expired, curdled creamer that fizzles in hot coffee. You can only imagine the embarrassment I felt when my only job was to ensure breakfast was served with an emphasis of having good coffee present. Needless to say, no one wanted just plain black coffee and I had to toss it. Do better Panera

I was looking for a place to grab a bite and study so I came across this Panera. They had lots of seating and every table near the wall had an outlet. When I went to order, I felt rushed and couldn't even finish saying my order without hearing "anything else?" The mac & cheese was ALL salt & the italiano sandwich was alright. There is a calming ambiance in Panera that allowed me to get a lot of work done. However, the food was not good!

    Signature Take Chicken Sandwich

So, I ordered the Signature Take Chicken Sandwich for take-out. It was pretty fun to open the box that it came in. You rip open the pull-tab and it unwraps around the box. You take both halves and then fold it and out pops the sandwich! The chicken breast was really soft and had decent flavor. The parmesan crisps were my favorite component to the sandwich. Although a bit hard, they felt like they were melting into each bite as I chewed, adding a distinguishable cheesy flavor to the chicken. I really like sandwiches with brioche bread buns, so that was another plus for this one.

I've gotten this salad since I was a high schooler. Wonderful place to get a quick bite.and stay nutritious! A fullsized salad or their "Pick 2" of appetizer and entree allways does the job.

My bf got the breakfast burrito which was loaded with protein and he enjoyed it. He also got the cinnamon toast which I didn't have a chance to try because he finished it so fast. The matcha latte fell short though. I asked how many scoops they used and they said one and a half and my matcha still tasted like oat milk. Not the vibrant green stuff. Self-depreciation joke aside, let get straight into this review. My wife and I were looking for a place for lunch and wanted something on the lighter side. Ive been meaning to try this place out and was very glad that I did. This place actually makes eating healthy fun and is very delicious. Life is about balance and I certainly cant always have fries and cheeseburgers. I mean, I could but I'd pay the price. I didnt feel like I was making any big sacrifices with the steak sandwich. It wasn't heavy like a cheesesteak would be and I was satiated. What I didnt expect, however, was enjoying the salad more than the steak and bacon sandwich. Excuse my english but Holy Shitballs, this was a very tasty salad and everything tasted so fresh. Salads are supposed to taste fresh so, you can tell I dont eat salads very much by the way I am describing it but man, I could eat this salad multiple times a week! I am trying to make healthier decisions, it's not easy but every little bit counts.

Roadtrip seems to cater to Bowls, salads and some sandwiches. Lazy Dog online appears to have a different menu. We ordered the Salmon Dill salad and the Thai chicken salad. Both were designed as cold entries. This morning we wanted to minimize time waiting for food and were able to order two items which for us had free delivery. Unlike some delivery services there were no extra charges. Delivery pricing, and possibly order minimum amount, is based on how far you are from the kitchen. The original order estimated 45 minutes but their service delivered the food early. The online ordering was simple and organized. They used DoorDash for the delivery but I wouldn't be surprised if they used different agencies depending on requirements. Food was nicely prepared and met our expectations. I don't understand why they have both a delivery for Lazy Dog and Roadtrip Bowls menu. It appears the menu items are different and to confuse us more the in-store menu has some of the bowl items. They also have a "group ordering" option. You can invite others to order, and pay for, on your same check. For a small party at your house/business this is an intriguing option. If the menu has what you want, give them a try.

Meat is proportional where you don't feel like the "jipped" you, I think the spread adds a good flavor boost. They also offer free pickles and pepperonis on the side. I've never waited more than 10 minutes in line at a MIXT, even on opening day in Walnut Creek. There are always multiple people behind the counter, and the most time consuming part of the experience is that they often can't hear me when I put in my order. This San Ramon location is a bit less fancy than the Walnut Creek one. They had fans running and seemed a bit more rough around the edges, but our food was still just as good.
