Hello, I do not write reviews often, however my experience last night at this location was phenomenal-I just had to share. First and foremost, I was simply awed at how great the customer service experience was! Nowadays it is not very common to have an enjoyable experience from beginning to end. Last night surely was! My cousin and I decided to study at Panera instead of our usual study spot. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by Elvin. Such a nice kid! Had a smile on his face the entire time. We found a nice spot, got comfortable and began to study. That is when my lab top decided it wanted to go psycho on me. I asked the few young men who were working, if they can help me fix it. That is when both Justin and Matt came to the rescue. They were patient with me and helped me get my lab top going again. They did not have too, but I am glad they did. After sometime, I got hungry and wanted to order food. I had no idea what I was in the mood for. Matt was working the register and was generous enough to let me sample a few items. After a few samples, I finally decided that I wanted a BBQ Chicken Salad, which delicious and satisfying! He was not pushy nor impatient. He was like Panera Expert, extremely knowledgeable about the different deals and promotions. The entire time we were there the lobby was kept cleaned-Justin made sure of that! Even the bathroom was nice and clean! Now that was surprising, given the amount of customers in and out of this place. Overall the staff was just great! I was extremely happy that we ended up coming to Panera. Since we were there for such a long time period, the staff kept checking in us. How nice is that!? Towards the end of the night we met Debbie, who is an absolute sweetheart. Such a kind and caring woman! She has trained her staff well! One of my favorite places to go when I need a quick lunch but also want to sit down and relax for a few minutes. The wait time is usually not too bad and they are pretty darn quick and getting you your food. I love the tomato soup and the half turkey cranberry sandwich. It's my favorite. This place is usually packed but you can almost every time find a place to sit with in five minutes. Love the blueberry muffins that you can get for only $1 each when you buy a meal there! I was introduced to Panera Bread when i lived in socal for school and it was always a great environment to study and eat. I stumbled upon this Panera when I was picking up dog food at the Petsmart next to it and I was super excited because I hate going to the Barnes and Noble at Hacienda. Here I never have to worry about seating and there is also free wifi. Fab! I would recommend getting the "you pick two" with their smokehouse turkey panini and chicken noodle soup. It's my favorite thing to get there. I also really enjoy their Mac and cheese. I remember it being made with shells and white cheese. Mmm. It gets pretty busy around lunch time, so if possible, come maybe after 1 or 2pm or before 11am. read more

It's hard to find a place that offers good healthy alternatives in the middle of all of the chaotic lifestyles we all lead. But one thing that is almost a guarantee that you can pick out good food, even if you choose to eat poorly, is Panera. I tried to eat poorly at Panera but yet, I feel no guilt because most of the things on there are fairly healthy in it of itself. This one in Dublin is tucked away in the back end of a very busy parking lot. The parking for Panera is horrible during lunch rush and they usually run out of seating space at that time. But once you're seated, its nice. It's a bit hectic during the rush but if you go during an off time, then it is so calm and relaxing. Their seating is very comfortable and you see a lot of people on their laptops working on...well, work. Most of the employees there are friendly, especially the cashiers. They seem to make their way to be especially nice to you, which is a good thing. Sometimes I put myself in their shoes and wonder how many times can you be nice to someone? But nonetheless, I do enjoy that level of customer service, just for ordering a Smoked Turkey Sandwich with an apple on the side. The clientele there is pretty diverse. Lots of older people there mixed in with young adults. It is nice to see that mixture between the generational gap since it seems like most restaurants have separated it for us. I love going to this Panera Bread!! The staff is always friendly & super nice. They have great deals and i LOVE the atmosphere. They even have free wifi. Its a great enviornment if you need to study or want to read. I usually get something to eat & then go into one of their big comfy chairs and read for about an hour. I really enjoy that they don't try & RUSH you out of there because your done with you food. I really enjoy their soups.. my all time favorite which is served on tues/thurs/suns (I know this because i used to go when they didn't have it, so now i know & im prepared lol) I usually call in my order for pick up. That way all i have to do is pay & its ready for me when i get there since im on a time crunch on my lunch time. I also like to sometimes get a bagel or their yummy corn muffies. I also like some of their Iced smoothies. I really like Joe who is a cashier in the bakery side. He is always super helpful and really nice. I love someone like him who gives great customer service. Everyone is great but he is always the same everytime i come & remembers me. Its great to feel welcomed like that! i LOVE as well that they have a rewards system/card so everytime you go in you get more points towards a free item when you swipe your card. & just for signing up you get a free yummy gift. I usually go once a week & i say about every 2mths i get something to redeem. So if you go more often im sure you get your points waaay faster. & even though i usually stick to the same items i get everything always looks really yummy. & if you dine in and order an entree they make your item fresh and then bring it to your table. Great service!!! & i love that the managers get involved as well in anyway needed, cleaning, cashing customers out, making food, wiping tables & bringing out orders. its really humnbling to see because most places that doesn't happen. but its awesome to see that they do everything their employees do & ive seen them all contribute like that. This is a tough one, it's a very close one but I have to go with a 5. I seriously love this place. I'm a huuuugee fan of sandwiches and this place did not disappoint me. I love their turkey sandwiches here, filled with goodness! I believe most sandwiches come with a slice of pickle and I'm not going to lie, that adds a kick my sandwich. Everything looked great here and looked perfect. Way better than many sandwich places. My go to sandwich is the Sierra turkey. Service was nice and very helpful. The line can be long when it comes to lunch time, but it's worth it! I'd love to try their salads, I see many people eating a big bowl of fresh greens. It looks great! read more

The menu has changed a lot since I've been there a year or so ago. My favorite Fuji apple chicken salad is gone, and there's a lot of salmon choices available now. Could just be seasonal. I usually get the cinnamon crunch bagel. The wild blueberry cream cheese is really good. My bf got the jalapeño bagel with chives and onion cream cheese. That was quite tastey. It's early morning trip for me on a daily basis here at this particular Panera Bread location. Just before the hustle and bustle of citizens around town get started, I visit this place and have myself a nice relaxing time. The crew is friendly and personable in making sure my bagel is hot and ready for me, which makes the cool spring days a tolerable situation. While I haven't visited it any other time during the day, I am sure much can be said about how well the staff treats new and continuing customers. I came here for a quick dinner last Friday. I'm a big fan of Panera's baked goods - anything from bagels to cookies to buns to muffins - but anything I've ordered has always been taken to go prior to this most recent visit. It was a busy night, yet my food came in less than 10 minutes. I ordered the new pasta-and-soup combo: Tortellini Alfredo with Tomato soup. It came with their awesome sourdough bread. The tortellini was ok, smothered in cheese, and slightly too salty. The soup was decent too. I ordered a shortbread cookie - which was the best thing I ate that night. I'm not a fan of the atmosphere though: over-heated (A lit fire in April, in Cali? Really?), over-crowded, and over-beige. I guess this Panera is the place for loud high school kids, or soccer moms going out for a girls night. Also, the door said free Wi-Fi, and I spent a good 10 minutes trying to connect, but it never did. Reasons could have ranged from too many people on at once to me sitting out of range. Although, it's a pretty measly Wi-Fi router if within sight of the cash registers is "out of range." read more

I've been here twice. The first time I came with a friend and our food was brought to us outside with almost like a tracking device thing that tells the staff what table we're at. Food was great. I think I had either clam chowder or soup and salad. The second time I ordered to go and got clam chowder with a bread bowl. I was super sick after eating the clam chowder, I'm a little scarred to get it again. It'll take me a while to order the clam chowder, which sucks because that's all I like to order from there. :/ read more

Went here on Sunday. All tables were dirty with dirty dishes. Couldn't see anyone cleaning. Servers confused as to what food went to what table. One cashier was taking orders. Total mess in the kitchen! Terrible management! What a disgrace!!! read more

For a decent lunch Panera is a good bet. I like their asiago roast beef and broccoli cheddar soup combo. It's usually busy at lunch but the large line moves fast due to their multiple cashiers. But sometimes seating is a challenge. They have a rewards program but I lost my card and always forget to ask them to look it up and they rarely ask. I'm not really sure what the rewards get you after the initial free drink. Free wifi although at lunch time they cut you off according to the message on the first page when you sign-in. I LOVE Panera. Everything I have tried on the menu is amazing. They have a few vegetarian options which is great for my vegetarian benders. The bread is fresh daily, which is sooo delicious. The service is fast as well, when I order for take-out my meal is ready by the time I have my drink filled. Another huge plus is the free wi-fi. I'm a huge fan of this Panera Bread location! I work right down the street so I get lunch from here fairly often. I love their food, hands down. Very rarely am I unsatisfied with the food they have here. Their lunch rush is pretty outrageous....but so is every other restaurant in this area at lunch time. So what do to? Plan ahead!! We mostly go here to grab my youngest a Caesar salad to go which is by far the best in town and also to buy their bagel pack which is 13 bagels and 2 containers of cream cheese. This is a mixed review. First I would like to comment on the bakery portion of the store. I enjoy the cinnamon rolls, bearclaws, and other assorted pastries. This is clearly their strong suit. They should stick to baking and forget all the other stuff. Sandwich and salads are mediocre at best. The salads are small and expensive for what you are given. I ordered a Cobb Salad, and it was not a Cobb Salad by any stretch of the imagination. The best part of the sandwich is the bread, and even then, the bread does not seem like the same bread they sell in the bakery part of the store. To me it tasted like it had been frozen and thawed. What is it with restaurants that sell "turkey" sandwiches, and instead serve that awful pressed fake turkey that has no flavor other than salt? Not only did it have no flavor, there were only 3 thin slices of it on the sandwich, and one sad leaf of lettuce. Not impressive. I could have gotten a better pre-made sandwich at Safeway, and save a few dollars. So in summary, stick with the pastries and coffee, and you won't be disappointed. Why is there no butter packets out? This is a BREAD store! I had to run around the place looking for butter, and then a server came by and asked if anyone wanted butter. YES! She gave me one pat of butter. Is butter becoming an illegal substance, or what? read more

I use to work at Panera for two years, pretty much know the ins and out of this place..came to order today and I was given major attitude by a cashier over asking if they had a specific soup still in stock..etc., literally had to walk away from register to avoid any further confrontation... once we sat down, MOD came up to our table and pretty much said that if we didn't like her employees personality then that's not her fault. Panera Bread recently added some new Salmon based dishes. The Salmon club sandwich is excellent though I could have avoided removing the bacon if I had taken the time to actually read the menu carefully. I ended up at the front of the line a bit faster than I had expected and didn't take the time I should have to read it. I loved it without the bacon, it may be even better if you like bacon. The salmon Caesar on the other hand was merely decent. it could have used a bit more dressing and the lettuce wasn't that great. It wasn't bad, I'd classify it as decent, just not what I generally expect from Panera. They also have a Greek salmon salad that I haven't tried and probably won't. I'm going to be having the club sans bacon for the foreseeable future I suspect. read more

Great and healthy place to eat at! Their food is divine! Service The staff was mehhh, maybe it was because we were just a bunch of Dublin High kids causing a ruckus, but after we grabbed our food that was the last I saw of the staff hahaa. Ambience You can order to go or to dine-in, and they have LOTS of seating indoor and outdoor. The outdoor area has a fountain near the eating area, tables with comfortable cushion seats, and tables with open umbrellas. The indoor area is AC and very clean for the most part. Parking near Panera Bread is plentiful! This is a lovely place to have lunch! Food I had the broccoli and cheddar soup, which was in a bread bowl (you can choose between a regular bowl or a bread bowl), and I ordered a drink as well. I absolutely love Panera Breads choices on their menu (they have a variety of choice from sandwiches, Panini's, teas, soups, and salads. Friendly service, free wifi, delicious food! I don't go to panera often because I find it slightly on the more expensive side but their food is delicious. I ate here yesterday (7/12) with my family (but this review is based on what I ordered). I had a half serving of the Smokehouse Turkey Panini, a half serving of the BBQ Chicken Salad, a bowl of Broccoli Cheddar Soup, and a Strawberry Smoothie. I also got a blueberry muffin to go, and it was amazing!!!! I have to try more of their baked goods. The Panini was pretty good, I took the bacon off (I don't eat pork), I loved the soup and the salad had a lot of flavor. And you can't go wrong with a strawberry smoothie. Love everything about this place. Tomato and Mozzarella Panini is extremely filling. I always have left overs. Big plus for offering an apple as a side. It actually tastes good if you have it with the panini. Try it! Soups are always delicious and lemonade goes well with anything here. Love the ambience in fact, the last time I went, I saw two women breast feeding their babies and thought, "well that's something you don't see everyday". It was great, they seemed like regulars. Its an alright place to go if you are content with SIMPLE food (anyone who cooks knows you can improve on the soup or sandwich fillings enormously) Some of the reviews are a little hard on the staff and place - I do find the staff to be very pleasant, accommodating, and generally trained well enough to do what they do. Yes, its a little overpriced for what they serve. But again, if you know better re good food, just don't eat there. chipotle is one of my favorites, but I now have to avoid busy times (which seem to extend well into the afternoon past lunch) and I too have opted for Panera just because of the lineups. This is absolutely unacceptable & the last time I ever order from Panera's mobile app. On my lunch break today, I ordered & picked up my usual sandwich (steak & arugula) with my usual modifications (on french bread, extra tomatoes, no pickled onions, no mustard horseradish sauce) that I planned to take back to my office & have for dinner later on. When I opened my sandwich at dinnertime, excited & hungry, I was profoundly disappointed to find a large pickle (not even the pickled onions I already specified that I did not want) wrapped inside the same package my sandwich was in. The juice from the pickle had seeped into my sandwich & the entire thing smelled & tasted like the most disgusting food in the world! Trying to improvise, I planned to take the filling from my sandwich & put it into the baguette I had ordered as my side, but the baguette I received wouldn't even be worthy to be called that! Whenever I have dined in a Panera cafe, I have a received a substantially sized piece of bread with my meal. This piece of bread was less that 2 inches long & was definitely not big enough to make a sandwich on! Disappointed & getting HANGRY, I decided to call Panera's customer service line. The fellow I spoke with was nice enough & seemed genuinely apologetic that my order was not satisfactory, but all he was able to do was offer me an electronic gift card (which I would have to wait 2-3 business days for) for the value of my order & inform me that pickle spears should be included in all sandwiches ordered through the mobile app. I have never received a pickle in my sandwich before, & this would be something I would remember, as I hate pickles & refuse to eat them. First of all, I find it inexcusable that Panera thinks it's acceptable to add extra ingredients to an order. Second of all, I was offended that all they are willing to offer as requital for their error is a gift card to their own restaurant, forcing me to return & deal with their utter stupidity again! And finally, there is NOWHERE on the mobile app's menu that specifies a pickle is served with all sandwiches, & therefore no way to remove it from the order! read more

Nice place to go on the off hours they get busy during the main eating hours so order in or get there early because they have a line out the door. Good food for fast food I would go here over the other fast food joints, I recommend if you like spicy go with the CHIPOTLE CHIX hot sandwich the sauce is delicious!!!! If you're a salad person the AZIN CHIX salad or the seasonal HARVEST salad. The soup on a cold day hits the spot as well as the sweet iced green tea during the summer. The breakfast sandwich on a cinnamon crunch bagel of french toast bagel are sweet salty goodness if your in the the combo I AM!!!! YUMMY... The staff is nice and willing to help, if you do have a problem or questions its easy to ask and get an answer. I'd recommend the place for a lunch date or meeting a friend or a quick togo breakfast. Free wifi is a plus and outdoor seating. People bring food to your table after its made so make the table number they give you visable to make it easy. I like that there menu changes a little every season so if you dont find your usual on the menu dont be afraid it will be back or just ask about when it will be back on the menu agin... Like this place and my mother dose to. Try some pastries to the orange scone, or a cookie warm from the oven there yummy! The runners have no clue where any tables are, and bring me the wrong food at least once a month, only for me to return it, and watch them give it to someone else when it's been in front of me. Mathew is amazing and needs praising. He's always so nice and calls me by my first name whether I dine in or take out. As a current Panera Bread Associate, I believe the this location needs retraining for dining, not including Mathew! read more
