I frequent this location and have never had any major issues. I have noticed they are ALWAYS out of cream cheese. I have been in a handful of times in the last few weeks and they have had a very limited selection of cream cheese, which is a bummer. I adore their chai tea latte, as it has a bit more spice to it and isn't too sweet like many other companies. I was incredibly bummed that this morning I went to buy a bagel, a chai and a egg white, avocado and spinach breakfast sandwich. I was informed that they had only plain and reduced fat plain cream cheese. I skipped the bagel and only had the chai and the sandwich. From the time it took me to place my order and walk out the door was over 10 minutes, which was a long wait for Panera. The kitchen often runs slower and the pick up area is often congested. This store could use some re-organization. read more

Food is ok. The location is near lots of stuff and it is a large space so it is a nice place to have a lunch meeting.

I went there and I had to wait for forty minutes. The food was cold and a ton of people who were after me got their food before me. I only got a small mac and cheese and it took. forty. minutes. I was really disappointed with the food and service and the workers were really rude. I had places to be and it was just incredibly disappointing. read more

The building is super-cold today. The HVAC system is blowing cold air into the building and it is 15 degrees outside. I politely mentioned this to one of the counter employees, she just shrugged it off, oops, I guess I forgot my mittens, my bad! Chicken salad was pretty light on the chicken. And Wi-Fi is non-existent today, had to use my Hot Spot. Outlets are scarce (if you need one), and they are worn out. Restroom, yuk, floor wet. use at your own risk. read more

I came here, by myself, because I missed the turn for Brueggers and was too hungry to turn around. The staff are friendly, but slow and inefficient. I ordered two bagels with cream cheese because I'm gluttonous. It took a few tries for the cashier to understand my order. Again, nice but not getting it. We finally finish and she said my food would be brought to me. I sit down and wait. While I'm waiting, the kitchen staff are talking very loudly about filling shifts for later in the day and whose responsibility is what. It was unprofessional and annoying. My food comes and the bagels are on separate plates with separate knives and napkins. Heaven forbid one person eats two bagels! Don't judge my appetite pleaseandthankyou. read more

Typically boring fast food masquerading as healthy fare. Long lines, long waits and clueless staff. When I asked what kind of tuna was in the tuna salad (water packed, oil packed, albacore, whatever) the girl rolled her eyes and said "Ummm....it comes in a bag, like, all mixed up with sauce." I really don't understand why people like this place. I've had better soup from a convenience store and better sandwiches from Subway. The "fresh" bakery items are day-old at least and incredibly expensive. Nobody wants a stale muffin for $3.50. The only reason why this isn't a 1 star is because the focaccia that my "tuna from a bag" was served on was pretty decent. But I won't be back...too expensive for mediocre fast food. read more

It was pretty busy there because I went in at about noon for lunch, but I didn't have to wait in line at all and my food as up in no time at all. Only problem was a lack of tables. Also, one of the employees was coming around gathering dishes which you never see at Panera but was refreshing. read more

This Panera Bread has the absolutely worst employees no sense of ANY urgency to take and complete an order. You will never get out of this place less than 30 minutes. Plan to stand in line behind someone who will then proceed to ask 25 questions about the menu. No rush it all about me and the self entitled mentality. Avoid this Panera other are better. read more

I use to go to this location often and always enjoyed going there for a cup of coffee and bagel. I haven't been there in 6 months and decided to go there today with my daughter for a cup of coffee and bagel. Today, the young man asked me how I wanted my bagel twice. I said just sliced. My daughter also ordered a bagel and tea and he asked her twice, how she wanted it and she said toasted with butter. When we received our order neither of our bagels were prepared correctly. Mine wasn't sliced and my daughter's wasn't served toasted with butter. Very frustrating, the help here has definitely gone down hill. We won't be going back, there are too many other choices in town that get the order right! read more

Ugh. I hardly ever eat at panera and now I remember why. I had the turkey cranberry flatbread and the squash soup. Flatbread was ok, dripped all over me and could have used more lettuce. The soup was disgusting...waaay too sweet and very artificial. I ate it because I was hungry but it left a weird taste in my.mouth. The person who took our order, Kassandra, was rude and impatient, snapping at us and not greeting us. I know it was busy but we would have appreciated at least a friendly tone. read more

It's a nicely kept store, and the staff is friendly. But they are very slow and too chatty, one lady and employee chatted for several minutes while I waited to have my order taken. Finally had order taken and was waiting about 10-15minutes, for it and an employee on her break got her food before I did; which I wouldn't have minded until I heard: "Hey is anyone working on the order with salad and tortellini?" My order. I had been waiting going on 15minutes and they had forgotten my order. Add another 15minutes and my order was done, but I had to go back and wait for plastic silverware when none was to be found. read more

Waited 25 minutes for a ToGo order on a Wednesday night. Even did the kiosk ordering to bypass the long lines and it didn't make a difference. For the time frame I waited I could have gone to a sit down restaurant but I was looking for something quick and easy. This was not the case and do not recommend it for people on the go. I am partially astounded that I am ticked off enough - on Good Friday - to have specifically set out to read this restaurant the riot act via yelp. I ordered a Mediterrenean Chicken Salad. I asked for french bread with it. I was told that because I was ordering from a hidden menu I had to pay for bread. It's a $9 salad AND you're now invented a circumstance through which you can extract more money from me!? Thanks, but, no thanks, GREEDY. Upon getting back to my office, I learned they made me a Franken-salad that included a hardboiled egg and bacon. No feta. No red onion. When I called and spoke with the manager, she INSISTED that what I described was correct. Never mind that it DOES NOT match the picture or description on the Panera web site. She asked if I hadn't really mean to order the salmon coucous salad. I wanted to tell her to F off, to be honest. NEVER EVER returning to that particular location. We stopped here for breakfast after getting up at 4 am to make a three hour drive to the airport, which turned into more than four hours due o snowy roads. Needless to say, we were ready for a nice stronger, hearty cup of coffee. Our food came pretty quickly but there was no dark roast coffee. Another customer asked for more and we were assured that I would be right out. We were there for 20 minutes eating and drinking our tepid light roast. On our way out, we went for a refills expecting got fresh dark roast. NOPE. If you are a coffee place and you can't do coffee, you are a fail. read more

Our little family stops here often for some pastries and coffee. Okay service, adequate cleanliness. and always busy. They've ruined their scones by putting a gross coating of icing on all of them. The trip today cost an additional $1.10 due to an upcharge for the use of a mug rather than a paper cup. I've always loved Panera for their big, cozy mugs, but I don't understand that rationale that I have to pay extra. It just made me want to steal their mug. I bet it cost them about $1.10. read more
