We arrive at 1115 and ordered on the kiosk for dine in. It took over 40 min to get our order for one salad and one sandwich. People coming in after us got their food and we're leaving when we picked up. People going through the drive through got their orders really fast. The food was ok. On the strawberry poppy chicken salad there were 4 bites chicken. The Napa chicken salad had mayo overload. They did give us one free cookie for the long wait. read more

Panera has slid down hill recently. I don't like to write bad reviews but here it goes. My wife and I have been a part of the coffee club for about 2 to 3 years. At first it was great but the last 4 times it has been awful. Today was no different. First thing, The Iced coffee was extremely watered down. I could tell from having worked in restaurants in the past that whoever made the coffee ran 2 or 3 cycles off the same basket and let it die in the Ice. (it was 8 am on a Saturday 6/11/22) When making Iced coffee you HAVE TO MAKE IT STRONG for this very reason. Next, We have noticed the bagels have gotten a lot smaller. They were also cold and hard. The worst part was the tub of cream cheese we had ordered had gone rancid. It tasted like sour cream and had a funky smell to it. I'm sorry to say that I will be canceling my Coffee membership. THEY ARE HONEST! My 82 year old mother forgot her purse at this store and we didn't figure it out til almost a week later. When I called they confirmed that they still had it but I couldn't get there until after they closed and the manager offered to stay until I could get there. Let's talk cinnamon rolls. Went through the drive through to get a cinnamon roll and was not given the usual roll they normally serve. Instead I got one 1/2 the size. I asked the lady at the window about it and she explained something about the old rolls were denser and the new rolls are made better. I explained that it was 1/2 the size and at the same price. I questioned why the price was the same for 1/2 the product and she told me she had no control over that. I was late to work today for the very first time because I sat in the drive thru for 18 minutes with three cars ahead of me. Left without my food and now I'm hangry at work. Awesome. I knew it was risky because a few weeks ago I tried to order a quick breakfast and also sat for about 20 minutes in line with just a couple of cars ahead and was almost late to work that time. I just figured they were having technical issues with the registers or something. Don't do the drive thru in the morning unless you budget for a solid half hour of waiting in line. So normally Panera has some really good sandwiches. One of my favorite ones was the Cuban. I was disappointed when it went off the menu some time ago and was very excited to see it back. Boy was I disappointed. It says it comes on the ciabatta roll but came on the skinny French bread the give you when you order soup. Also the ham and pork was not distributed evenly but in clumps. There was hardly any mustard on it and not enough pickles. I feel like whoever made it did not give a crap that I paid $10 for the sandwich and expected it to be good like they were before. Took 4x as long as it should take to order 2 bagels each, toasted, 2 cream cheeses each, and 2 bottles of water, for here not to go. Every single thing had to be repeated or checked 3 times. And they started packing it up to go. When our order finally came it was missing one bagel! It is NOT the fault of the young guys at the counter, where is management? Where are the experienced workers? Not coming here again when it's run this poorly. I should add, we were here yesterday, had the same order, and everything was great. I would say that on average my Panera experiences are a consistent 4 stars. I think this new Everett location is still getting up to speed and is more of a 3-star experience thus far. As many others mention in their reviews, it can be the luck of the draw as to whether your order is right or not. The food is classic Panera that you can expect from any location but they still have some work to do on putting it all together. Tonight I had a sandwich and it was covered in basil with one corner being exceptionally basil-y. It's pretty standard for me to rebuild all fast food sandwiches so I shouldn't really consider this out of the norm but it's still not appreciated. All of this being said we've still been back a half dozen times in the past month and will continue to go. I will update this review as Panera continues to grow and evolve in one of their newer locations. read more

If i could give zero stars i would. I came through the drive thru June 25th at about noon. The young man taking my order, treated me like an inconvenience and when i asked him what the 3 prices listed after each item meant, he said he didnt know what i was talking about and that there were only 2 prices. Ok lets get passed that...ordered a chicken cobb salad....half order..... When i got home I saw that i had a small container of lettuce, some slimy funky red onions and some avocado....oh yea and a tiny bit of bacon.....do you see something missing?? Yep thats right...THE CHICKEN!!!! I was charged for a full sized chicken cobb salad, received a half order and no chicken. Needless to say the salad ended up in the garbage...yall need to re think those funky onions....unless they arent supposed to be as funky as mine were. Oh and the whole apple I recieved (not easy to eat apple slices) was bruised and gross. I love Panera but now that I work close to the Everett location I'm having issues with their quality and service. When I sit inside it's quite slow and disorganized. When I go through the drive-thru they tend to get my order wrong. Recently I was told that I had a $1 off pick 2. So the next time I went I ordered a pick 2 which I normally don't do because I just like a big salad. I get to the window and the girl was not in a good mood... This is the 4th time I've had an integration with her and she's very cold and a bit rude. I told her I had an offer on my card and she said she didn't see it. She didn't offer to just discount it she just slid my card and handed me my food... I looked on my app and sure enough there's the coupon. Also. I always ask for no tomatoes and almost every time there's a couple tomatoes in my salad or they put tomatoes on and took them off.. Always a good meal. Soups, salads, sandwiches, and pastries are very good. Free wifi and usually a spacious, comfortable dining area also make their locations a good place to hang out. Unfortunately, their prices have risen quite a bit in the past few years, and they are not longer as cheap as some other "fast food" options. read more

I love Panera. They have great Mac and cheese and amazing bagels. I love bagels. bagels are possibly the best food ever created on the planet. Most of the time I come to this Panera, I order a bagel. They are glorious. Unlike another yelp review I read, the cream cheese does not smell funky. It is never rancid. I pulled up to the window and surprisingly, they handed me my order in a short approximate 30 seconds. I was SHOCKED. this was GREAT SERVICE! However, when I stopped to feel the bag, it was cold. do you know what temperature Mac and cheese is supposed to be? not room temp, not lukewarm, and DEFINITELY not cold. I was devastated. I am impressed with this new location. There is ample parking, and more importantly spacious indoor and outdoor seating options. The restaurant is clean, and the staff are friendly yet professional. Although I haven't used their drive-through I am thrilled about this option. Our orders have been accurate, even when substitutions have been requested. Been here a few times now and the service is always great and the tables always clean. I also really like the tea selection, there's stuff I've never tried before. There was a dog in there today which I think shouldn't be allowed because of dander, fleas, and other pests and allergens, but after the staff were done fauning over it the manager did explain to the owner that only service animals are allowed. I am a huge fan of Panera overall but this location is lacking and sub par. My 4 year old and I always have mommy dates and he usually wants to come here. You can't go wrong with Panera Bread no matter what location you visit. All locating are conveniently located off major roads, have free WiFi, helpful & friendly staff and are very clean. They have outdoor seating, some with amazing views, beautiful & unique decor throughout, a bar area for the 21 and over and clean bathrooms. The fries are damn good, amazing shakes, good appetizers and so many delicious burgers to choose from, large menus, kids menus, high chairs for the kids, very kid friendly and good apps. This place is perfect for families, groups, one on one or just someone by themselves wanting a good meal. Finally fair pricing, takeout, and large portions. read more
