My chipotle melt sandwich came wrapped in a wrapper that said it was an egg cheddar melt and it was also greasy. I did not eat it because I didn't think it was the correct sandwich. They also threw a chunk of baguette into the bag with my food that was not wrapped and when I took all this back and asked about it, they told ne it was a "side baguette" which I had not ordered. I'll start by saying I am a big Panera Bread fan because I love soups, salads, and sandwiches. The food was typical Panera food. It's located on Everett Mall Way, just a few blocks from the Everett Mall. My biggest complaint is the parking. I came around 12pm and the parking lot was difficult to navigate. The drive-thru from McDonald's that shares a lot was backed up and cars were blocking entrances and exits. Once I was able to turn, Panera had multiple open spots available. I ordered online for pickup. All directions were followed and my order was correct. Pickup was very easy and quick. Due to COVID restrictions, all pickup orders are placed behind the counter and an employee has to get it for you. The employee I interacted with was very pleasant and efficient. She also came to my car before I left because she thought she had given me the wrong order and wanted to double check. I really wanted to give Panera five stars but the parking situation detracted from the experience. read more

We've been to this Panera an embarrassing number of times over the course of a week of moving. I am in love with their Fuji Apple salad, their raspberry almond thumbprint cookies, and their vanilla lattes. (Yes, two of those things cancel out the third. Don't judge.) I've seen the lower ratings of this Panera and I have no qualms with their service (friendly) or the quality of their food (it's standard Panera fare). Wait times were never unbearable, and location is convenient. The only issue I have (and the reason why I'm taking off one star) is because NOBODY in the kitchen or at the window was wearing a mask. read more

I love their food. I have heard about them in Vancouver and always wanted to try so I got the bacon and egg bagel and in my mind the sandwich would have a hole in the middle and yup no hole in the middle. As well the sandwich was quite big. It tasted as if the bagel was pan friend or something. But it was nice and had a bit of crisp to it. I also got the Chai tea Latte and the Chai Tea Latte was ok. I had it cold and so not sure if its because there are too much ice or something at the end the Chai tea latte tasted like nothing. The sandwiches are made fresh by order. As well, this place has lots of seats. Showed up around 10 am and we were the first to show up at the restaurant. Not at all happy with my experience. I ordered a large meal online yesterday for 830am today and when I arrived my order wasn't ready and it seemed like they had forgotten about it completely. They open at 6am so there was plenty of time to prep my order. I ordered the bakers dozen bagels which is 13 and asked for them sliced. The girl behind the counter was clearly complaining about having to slice each bagel, I told her if it was that big of a deal then not to worry about it and she gave me a couple excuses before somewhat apologizing. I ordered the broccoli and cheddar mac & cheese from the adult menu, not the fetus menu. Despite that, these noodles were so bloated with water that I'm certain it was made only for those unfortunate enough to lack teeth. I think it would take real effort to overcook the pasta so badly that the cheese sauce offered more chewing resistance. This mac & cheese is the consistency of shampoo. The two stars are for the service which was friendly, and the fact that they even serve broccoli mac & cheese at all, as it is a rarity. Still, if you're adding food items for fetuses, at least warn your fully-teethed customers that they're ordering from the wrong menu. read more

I love their Chicken Wildrice Soup, so today I made a quick Drive Through trip. When I ordered the person kept asking me to repeat my order. I did that several times. My request was for a cup of the Chicken Wildrice Soup and the side I ordered was bread. The person repeated my order and I proceeded to the Pick-Up and Pay window. Unfortunately, I didn't think to check the order, but arrived home to find they'd included chips, but not the bread I ordered. I called the manager to suggest the staff was in need of further training. I spoke to Walter who explained they've had issues with the speaker device for several weeks, but it still wasn't fixed. He was kind and courteous, and I suggested he escalate the issue up the chain of command. He did say the next time to ask for him and he would take care of my request. I was super stoked when a Panera opened near my work location in Everett, and I vowed I would go there at least once a week! I love that they have a convenient drive-thru, and I simply adore the chicken and wild rice soup. Having said that, I have often been disappointed by this location. Half the time, my orders are completely wrong. And I don't know if it's just the to-go portions are different or what, but I feel like I'm getting ripped off on the You-Pick-Two salads when I go through the drive-thru. They are so small in comparison to what you'd get if you went into the store. The soup sizes are pretty generous, and I do like that it comes with a baguette. I just feel a bit ripped off when I am paying $9-$10 for this lunch combination. I decided to stray from my usual order recently, and I have never been so sad that I did so! I went with the grilled cheese (which I have heard raving reviews for) and a cup of soup (my beloved chicken and wild rice), and the soup was scalding hot (not that big of an issue), and the sandwich was cold, yet, somehow nuked to hell so much that it stuck to the container. I seriously took the box it came in, turned it upside down, and the sandwich would not budge! I had to rip off the sandwich from the box lining (taking most of the bread), and then the sandwich was COLD! Plus, one side of the sandwich looked grilled, while the other side looked pan-cooked. I ordered the pepperoni baguette and it was very disappointing. The picture of it on their menu and the commercial shows it overflowing with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. My baguette had a thin single layer of pepperoni and little cheese. I would not recommend ordering this baguette. read more

EVERY time I veer from this order I kick myself because it's ridiculous and I'm stupid to think this place can provide a good experience . Anyway, I ordered a pumpkin cookie that is on a sign with a big .99 sign. I arrive at window and she repeats order back and assumes bread with my soup. I tell her I'd like an apple please. She fixes it. I don't know about you but I think a horse would eat this apple, but certainly not me. See pic. Then, I commented that the cookie was 2.79 on the receipt, but .99 on the sign. The you pick 2 deal is amazing! I don't think I've ever had a sandwich soup or salad that isn't the bomb.com! I love the option to do curbside service I always order it after work and they are very prompt to bring my meal out. The customer services excellent I never have to wait very long everyone who works there is extremely customer service oriented. The food is delicious and is what keeps me coming back. What keeps me away is that my order is almost ALWAYS inaccurate (this is the case with every Panera I've been to- they clearly have a systems problem- not a personnel problem). Some days I'm not in the mood for it. They have a promise that if your order is not correct- bring it to their attention and they'll give you a baked good for your troubles. I have had inaccurate orders nearly every time and never received a baked good. Don't get me wrong- I don't want the baked good- but I'm curious as to why this is their promise and I've literally never had one offered to me before. Before you think "maybe she just doesn't know how to order," when I say inaccurate I mean salads ordered off of the menu that are completely missing toppings, no baguette when one was ordered, a french onion soup without any croutons, a grilled cheese sandwich that comes out as a PB&J- that sort of thing. Yes I check my receipts, yes I watch the screen, yes I have plenty of my own food service experience to understand it. Furthermore, I have emailed them about it at least twice in the past few months and not received a response. In total, over the last year, I have emailed three times to the corporate office and never received a response. I even posted on their Instagram about the lack of responsiveness and didn't receive a response. There are times where I'll mention I want Panera and my husband will say he's not in the mood to deal with getting the wrong order, so we won't go at all. And vice versa. That said, the food is so good. It tastes fresh and yummy, and you're able to customize it as needed to meet your dietary needs and preferences. The three stars is for the food. There are a couple of amazing customer service super stars that work there (there's a certain guy- I'll have to get his name- he's phenomenal) but there are others that don't seem to like being there. My family has been coming to this location for quite a while and this is my first review. I have been satisfied with the friendliness & customer service. Tonight I called about some issues and was completely happy with the response both times I called. Again, the great attitude of the employees there goes such a long way. We always have to check our order for missing, wrong items and utensils. Also, recently they seem to run out of types of bread relatively early, including the French bread that's a side. Today it was a small Mac n cheese and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. When asked to provide it when we went back in, the manager was rude and said it was for sure in the bag. She was invited to come out to the car to check, and then told that it is unacceptable they bring the food out 15min late to us, forget the food items, then question us when we are spending $80 on lunch. Corporate has been emailed about this now being an ongoing problem and hopefully they can address it. Until then, and maybe even beyond, Panera has one less customer to sell to. I'm a client from this store and that's the second time they hand out a wrong order for me. The first I was super pregnant and order to go so was a disappointment when I came home for things missing but I was cool with it and let it go. This time I am taking care of a newborn, order to go and had a HUGE disappointment when I came home for a completely different order. Even my bacon paid for +1$ (2x, so 2$) they didn't add on my mac and cheese. When I did complained about it that just added a 5$ reward in my account. Really????? It was two large mac and cheese completely wrong, one tiffany wrong, one side wrong and they add 5$???? I ordered half a sandwich for Curbside Pick-up today at 3:35; the email said it will be ready at 3:45. I parked in one of the designated pick-up spots at 3:50 and clicked the "I'm here" button. I waited in my car until 4:06, then went inside. They weren't busy at all (literally like 2 other customers who were sitting and eating) and there was a group of 3-4 employees just standing and talking behind the counter. I was nice because I work in customer service and I don't wanna be a Karen and told them I have a sandwich I ordered for pick-up. They magically had my sandwich ready and brought it out to me, almost as it was ready the whole time lmao. I love Panera Bread in general. Their menu is comprised of soups, salads, sandwiches and a large variety of tasty pastries. I appreciate their You Pick Two-you can choose half of any salad, soup or sandwich. All the nutritional info is printed on the menu. One suggestion is I would appreciate the menu being larger or lower on the wall. I ate dinner at the Everett Panera last week and their counter staff is particularly friendly, helpful and kind. All this without being intrusive, which is annoying to me. They all seem to have just the right touch of helpfulness-take your time-just let me know if you have any questions. Then they don't stand right in front of you, but stay close, doing other chores. read more

This was my first time at Panera bread. A guy I talk to a lot works at another location and he recommended I try Panera. The line was long but once ordered, the food came up pretty quick. I ordered a full tuna sandwich (about $6) and a chive and onion cream cheese bagel (about $2.50). To drink, I had a 16 oz hazelnut coffee. The coffee was outstanding because the hazelnut was dominant. Not a subtle hazelnut like most hazelnut coffees. The cream cheese bagel was enough to get full, but like a true Yelper, I ate the tuna sandwich as well. The guy (a blonde haired gentlemen with a beard) was super friendly. He had a great sense of humor too. All and all, great service, nummy food, and decently priced. I sure hope my doctor doesn't Yelp. read more
