Bagels

Thank you Ms. Jackie for great customer service. I ordered bagels and they were put in a bag then I asked you to put it in a box and you did it with a smile and without hesitation. I can tell you really like your job. I wish there were more customer service people like you continue being the person who you are.

Our sandwiches and cookies
Angela Q.

We had Panera for lunch earlier in the week and wanted a repeat for a Friday afternoon meeting. I ordered delivery and they arrived about 10 mins early. Excellent service and the order was correct. We ordered 4 cookies. Our entrees were very filling and not one complaint was had. We ordered the strawberry poppyseed salad with extra chicken, chicken Cobb salad, frontega chicken, grilled chicken and avocado blt and tuna sandwich kids meal. We always enjoy our food from Panera.

Bacon turkey bravo sandwich

Honestly this is a great Panera bread! However today I came home a little bit bummed. I order the Bacon Turkey Bravo which normally consists of their (absolutely delicious) Tomato Basil Bread and Turkey. Instead I got some other meat inside of it and a completely different bread. Not sure what happened but me and my pregnant belly are a bit disappointed.

Dead bug!
Valerie G.

I never had an issue with this Panera Bread before, but today I found a dead bug in my chicken ceasar salad! After seeing that and being 8 months pregnant, lets just say it did not do well with me.

Sandwich was good, but the bread needs a sledgehammer to get through it, it is so hard no sane person would want this bread

Back then, I believe we used to have a flyer/menu from them that some employees ordered from. I visited on a cold day where most of the customers were taking their orders to-go. The setup is a little confusing at first, but you just go down the serving line and stop when someone asks you for your order. You can get a tray, or not, depending on how many plates or dishes you ordered. The ready area (for dine-in customers) is weirdly placed in the middle of the line and the spot for to-go orders is at the end of the line next to the last register. Once your order has been places, you grab the ticket and take it to a register. This setup reminds me of a little local deli I used to visit regular in Stafford. I will say that their selection of hot sandwiches and specialty sandwiches is limited. Most are 1 protein only which is probably how they can keep their prices so low. I asked the order taker if you could customize or make a hot roast beef sandwich or toast it and first she didn't understand me, then she just repeated the two hot sandwich options from the menu. I again asked can you make the sandwich toasted, then she said yes. The sandwich, by default, comes on French bread. I wasn't familiar enough with the menu to pick another bread so I just stuck with French. I chose provolone cheese. It comes out after a few mins and it's nicely toasted and ended up being a nice size sandwich with an adequate meat to bun ratio. The sandwich also comes with a pickle spear. I also added a cup of homemade chili which is pretty decent. The meat is finely ground and I prefer it to be more coarse, but the flavor was good. All of their entrees and side dishes have low prices. One of the best deals is the "classic" sandwich which comes with prosciutto. An even better deal may be their baked potatoes with 4 toppings for only $2.09 weekdays!
