The service was great. The staff was very pleasant and helpful! The ambiance was great. Clean, well maintained, and the music was good too! So good I actually noticed lol I got the steak Asiago sandwich on white bread and it was good! A nice blend of flavors and a little bit of spice. Also had the agave lemonade and tried the strawberry basil drink and it was tasty! I l don't visit Panera often, but this was a good experience.

    Hot tea to go

Panera Bread is a chain and has a plethora of locations. I had a hankering for a nice hot tea and that's exactly what I got. It is a Togo location and not very many places to sit. The space itself was clean and very well kept. There is not much interaction with servers (being that it is a to go location), but my order arrived right on time. The restrooms are locked behind a key code for customers only. I would definitely stop here again.

Let's just say.... It did the job. It was a hot day... Traffic in the area (West L.A.) was horrendous... And there really wasn't a lot of options to choose from. But it was lunch time and I had to eat something. So I spotted Panera Bread and I went with it. First off, the area is not the greatest. Second, this was by far the weirdest Panera I've ever come across. No indoor or outdoor table seating whatsoever (not that I'd want to stay around this area anyway)... And it just didn't give the normal "Panera Vibe". You order at a self serve digital kiosk and then either stand or sit on a wooden bench and watch your food literally being made in front of you by their team members. The whole experience just left me wondering if I'd ever return to any Panera again. The grilled cheese was just o.k., like I said earlier... "it did the job". Maybe I've gotten spoiled living in the suburbs or maybe I've just gotten more critical in my "old age" but this is definitely not the 'Panera' I used to know.

Not Panera making a comeback! Lol. Didn't even realize they'd opened a location here but I'm happy they're here. It's more of a pickup location rather than dine-in and chill spot and I love that. I ordered online through the app to pickup, swung by and asked the staff for my order. They had it tucked safely away so no one else would take it off the shelf. The manager or shift lead was super nice and she had great customer service. $8.29 for a half sando, cup of soup, and bread? Perfect sized meal for me!

This is a pick up only location, online order was a breeze. They were very friendly and efficient here. Very clean and well run space. Plenty of easy parking.

This location just opened within walking distance of my office so we decided to give it a try. Unlike other locations, this is purely a to go location but honestly I think that works out well since people are in and out pretty quickly. Also, the parking lot here is not huge so it's good to be able to just hop in, grab your order and get going. That said, it's pretty spacious for a takeout place. There's a bunch of tablet kiosks for you to order in the store or you can order ahead online or via app. When you arrive, there's a large area where pickup orders are waiting as well as a TV screen showing which orders are already done and which are still being prepared. There is also a member of the staff helping distribute the pickup orders and she was super friendly and helpful. I honestly haven't had Panera Bread in a long time but my co-worker really loves their soup. I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt and a Strawberry Poppyseed Salad. Both were really good! I especially loved the salad. It was really more of a fruit cup crossed with salad greens and super refreshing. I really like the poppyseed dressing. Will definitely be coming here and again and probably ordering catering for office lunch.

Bacon Mac & Cheese yummy but expensive for what you get.

First time at this Panera and it wasn't great. I'll try again in the future. Hopefully it'll be better. Firstly the price: $25.26 for a tiny cup of soup and a mac n cheese w/ bacon bits is just too high! Holy cow that's a lot of money for just average comfort food. Next, they're out of pumpkin-shaped cookies. Cookies are probably one of their most profitable items and they were out. They spent a grip on advertising the cookies because I see them everywhere, just couldn't buy them. Bread bowl was missing from the order. When I inquired they gave me a bread bowl but it was cold. Other Panera restaurants have warm bread bowls. Broccoli soup was super watery. Bread roll was very hard and chewy. The staff was nice so that's a plus but I only saw two people so maybe they were understaffed.

Although, it is not a traditional location where it has a dine in area, this location is clean, friendly and has a fast take out service.

Even when we ordered the food, the server said "that's it?" as if she was offended that we didn't order more food (lower sales?) I'm not sure if we misunderstood her attitude but that's kind of how it felt like. The quality and size went down and it was just... not good. This used to be my #1 spot for cold noodles but our other fav place was closed today so we decided to come here. As you can see, the size of the cold noodles became smaller. Everything was packed in this small bowl which made it harder to eat. I think they changed the noodles they use because it wasn't doing anything texture wise. It used to be chewy and had a good buckwheat flavor. The broth tasted.. like water with a splash of bone broth. The quality of galbi was also a disappointing as I feel like it's became less and the meat was burnt with more fat/chewy bits. The leek pancake was ok but again, comparing it to my picture from January, it was bigger in size and more dough-y. Service was decent previously but it felt a bit cold today. Again, super bummed because we still love this place but I probably won't be ordering their combo again. You can see in my pictures how often we used to order the cold noodles from here and you can compare the quality.

Taste: 5 Value: 5…read moreService: 5 One of the best Taiwanese meals I've had since coming back from Taipei at the start of the year. The hot and sour soup was thick and chunky, just how I like the soup. The scallion bread sandwich with 5-spice beef was distinct. The bread was perfectly baked and the beef was flavorful and juicy. There was both mustard greens and pickles that gave crunch and acidity to balance the meat and bread. The lotus root salad was refreshing while still having a kick from their in-house chili oil. Dan Dan noodles were also excellent. Fresh cucumbers, chewy noodles, flavorful sauce. Hearty portions with enough for a lunch the next day. Also appreciated the speed of service. The sea urchins one is creamy and VERY RICH. The cream sauce bend in really well with the sea urchins. But definitely not something you would order if you are on a weaker stomach. The duck udon is flavorful with plenty of meat. The soup pair perfectly with the udon as well. There was a line outside before it opened. But not too bad. Udon noodles were good, but it was not excellent. It did have light chewy texture. BUT in comparison to Meiji Seimen, it fell short, really short! I was disappointed. BEEF BOWL It was delicious! Beef was tender and moist and loved the caramelized onion too. Rice was delicious too, not dry nor mushy. Served with pickled red ginger. A very satisfying bowl. Sat at the bar, so watched them make udon from scratch, which was nice. WAIT LIST There was a line when I got there, just as it opened. It wasn't long, but everyone wrote their name down on a wait list. There's a sheet of paper placed on the table outside. Please write your name down ASAP, as that will help in making sure that you will grab a seat. Also, the lines are disorganized too, so it's best to write down your name, so no one cuts in front of you. It is a small restaurant. Limited seats. CUSTOMER SERVICE It was okay. Everyone got in the restaurant in the order they came in. Service was quick and there were no delays in taking orders. The server came by quickly and dropped off the check as she saw that I was nearly finished with my meal. PARKING Parked at Joe's Autoparks. It was $15! I did not know until after I paid the ticket. Very difficult to find parking in this area, so not many options unless you want to walk really far, back to your car in 90 degree heat. There was another parking garage next to Joe's, but the price was the same! Would I come back again? Not sure. Given that the udon wasn't what I expected, it may be my last time here. Also, parking sucks.
