    Toasted Italiano
    Ben L.

Service is swift. You can order in line, online, or on a computer screen at the restaurant. They also have customer names and order status posted on a computer screen next to the to go line. I had the toasted Italiano - it did not look impressive from an optics standpoint, but, surprisingly, was quite tasty. Ham, salami and cheese based. Probably not worth $15 for the size but it was above average for taste. Parking can be a challenge with the In N Out right next door.

First time grabbing something from here in years. Ciabatta bacon egg and cheese: nothing special as you can see from the picture and something you can make at home. If you consider it a convenient grab and go, quality is fine.

Did online mobile order for 10:30am pick up and order was ready. The kickin grilled cheese was so good. I love the little kick it has. You can never go wrong with a tomato soup and grilled cheese.

The food is always good and fresh. Coffee/Tea hot and ready. The men and women that work here are pretty cheerful, helpful and hardworking. Clean and well decorated interior. Indoor/outdoor seating available. Private parking.

Chicken Noodle Soup with French Baguette

Friendly staff and good service Clean and cozy dining atmosphere I like the food choices here at Panera Bread When I am not craving for burgers and tacos, Panera is a great alternative. The food at Panera is flavorful and not super heavy on the grease. This is always something to like (I like it). Items I ordered today: - chicken noodle soup - chocolate latte The chicken noodle soup came with a French Baguette which makes a great complementary to the light meal. This chicken noodle soup is perfect for a cold, rainy day like today. That cup of chocolatey latte pairs well with it. And as for chocolate lattes? Very flavorful, interesting, and creative. One thing I really like about Panera, they are never super crowded. Overall, great first experience here so I am definitely coming back.

Tried to find a place for meeting off the Millbrae Station. This Panera Bread looked quite close, but had taken some zigzagging to arrive. There was a roadside sign at the intersection of Millbrae Ave and Rollins Rd, but had to walk through the gas station and parking lots. Service was promptly. Most booths and tables were sort of dark, so had to use the table off the exit.

Panera bread saved my throat. I liked that you can get the combo at an affordable price. If the temperature of the soup wasn't satisfying, you can reheat it to your taste. I was a little upset about one thing - my chicken soup was a bit too salty. However, I liked the Caesar salad, and I appreciated the fact that when you buy tea, you can add honey, which has a good effect on the body, protecting against possible cold weather illnesses. My boyfriend also rated his tomato soup and sandwich, saying it's a nice place to visit in the cold season. In conclusion, I can say that this establishment can be visited often because of the reasonable prices, good food and convenient location.

I sometimes go to Panera because I have the unlimited drink subscription. The people at this location will get you a cup without even verifying your subscription. Anyways I had an Asiago bagel in the Daly City location and it was pretty good. I decided to order one at this location but it always shows all bagels sold out on the app, maybe because they don't feel like making them. My guy went inside and ordered 2 bagels. One for me and one for my 7 year old. Both bagels were burnt and just thrown in the back not wrapped or anything. My sons was crispy with bubbles and mine wasn't even cut in half right. I mean how do you cut with a hole and part of the other half stuck to the other side and burn and crispy. I definitely will not be eating from this location again.

    Corporate policy failed their employees

Cold management scolded an employee in the dining space: I sat down at the window table near the ordering tablets, and where apparently is in front of the "business table" nook area where Panera management sits and talks business. As I was sitting I could hear every private conversation about names of specific employees, comments about their work performances and their work schedules. Then at the end, an older short male manager pulled up one of the subordinate employees to have a negative performance review about her. His tone was unprofessional and didn't care to listen about what the new employee was experiencing, he just wanted her performance better. Numbers, numbers, numbers and he didn't care about the humanity of his employees. To top things off, he made her get up in the middle of the conversation to help a customer at the register and come back, as if she was even in the mindset to provide friendly customer service after demoralizing her just so she can sit back down and be demoralized even more. I wish I said something because I know this poor girl doesn't get paid enough to deal with such pig-like and unprofessional big wigs. I also have dealt with similar experiences at another Panera location of management acting unprofessionally superior towards lower ranking employees in front of customers. There is clearly a deep rooted issue in the way Panera Bread corporate treats their employees and it bleeds down the ladder. Do better Panera Bread! Your management is so cold and unprofessional!

I was honestly shocked walking into the restaurant and seeing that they expanded into the neighboring brick and mortar space. The ambiance was absolutely divine and felt like dining in a beautiful Italian courtyard. Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere! The staff was incredibly genuine and attentive. Huge credit to the sweet mother to be working the cashier register. I unfortunately did not catch her name, but she was so kind and caring toward my fiancé and I while we dined there, especially since I'm expecting as well. The runners and hosts were also wonderful. You can truly tell they have a great team dynamic. Now for the food... one Bay Area term: SCHMACK. Man, did I miss having such a variety of food items made to absolute deliciousness. I ordered the Palermo, hot chocolate, orange juice, and the Siena sweet crepe with no strawberries. My fiancé had the omelette and the French toast order. Everything was perfect for our cravings and tasted so fresh and comforting. We will definitely be returning with our families to celebrate our little blessing to come. Highly recommend Crepevine if you want food with a fresh taste that truly feels like home.

The place is quite pretty. We opted for a small table outside , which is much quieter. Our waiter was a bit stiff around the collar. I suspect he is an old timer, and clearly, we are not regulars. Regardless, the food is great, and the prices are reasonable. The Food: Zucchini Cake, $15 - 4.5 Stars Menu: crispy zucchini cakes with cucumber & mint-yogurt dressing These cakes are ball shaped, deep fried, and made a healthy veggie taste naughty type of good. Very yummy. Lol Tzatziki, $9 - 5 Stars Refreshing and delicious, the tzatziki is an excellent complement to the meal. Octopus, $19 - 5 Stars I really need to stop eating octopus, but when I am in a Greek or Spanish restaurant, I am weak. Grilled octopus legs are soooo good. Their version is grilled just right, not too much char, plus they smartly removed the hardened tips (common) before serving. See photo. Lamb Shank, $34 - 5 Stars Menu: aromatic braised lamb shank with orzo & myzithra cheese The lamb meat is tender and falls off the bone. It is cooked just right. Mykonos Souvlaki, $31 - 5 Stars Menu: herbs marinated tenderloin, shallot & rosemary skewers I enjoy a tasty protein and produce meal, and this dish is perfection with tender pieces of tenderloin over a pile of veggies. Do…read moreyourself a favor and try to make a reservation OR get lucky and they'll have a seat for you at the bar. This place can get crowded and loud - brings me back to my college days. However, thank god the food itself is not reminiscent to my college's dining commons. Now if you want to try a little bit of every dip, just ask for the sampler. And if you do get the sampler, the red/orange dip is my favorite. It's nutty with a little bit of a spice. I have no idea which dip it is on the menu and I'm scared to steer my yelp fans wrong (However looking at the menu, it might be the Tirokafteri. Hold the applause guys, I just looked for whichever dip said "spicy"). Next, my recommended dishes are the Dolmathes, the Lamb Riblet, the Fishermen's Pasta, and the Traditional Moussaka. If you really want to do yourself a favor and practice some self-love, you'd get the Fishermen's Pasta. Hands down the best dish I've tried here. The sauce was bursting with so much flavor that I almost developed synesthesia but for food. The Lamb Riblet was also a great standout because it fell off the bone so easily that I almost took the bones home to give to my dog (I don't have a dog). There was only one dish that was a bit disappointing and that was the Short Rib Pasta. Lack of flavor. Tasted like cardboard compared to everything else. Not that I know what cardboard tastes like but that's what I imagine it to be like. I'd avoid that dish unless you're a cat who's teething and needs to bite into some cardboard then you should go for it.
