I've been going to Panera for over 10 years and this was probably the worst experience I have had. There were a bunch of young kids working just kind of goofing off, it took about 15 mins to prepare our food even though there was almost no one in the restaurant. My salad was made incorrectly and was basically inedible as it was just wilted lettuce and drenched in dressing, they only gave me a spoon to eat my salad with, Mac and cheese was cold, bread was hard, my husband was given the wrong side. Great food, great service. Everything is open (with added precautions such as hand sanitizer) and there is more than enough parking space for curbside pickup. Not only was my party of four satisfied with their food, but the workers went above and beyond on making our experience great. We were having difficulties with ordering on the screens but one of the workers kindly rang us up and gave us extra cream cheese and cookies for the trouble. All the other workers were very nice as well. This is certainly a great place to go especially considering it isn't too busy given the circumstances. read more

Panera Bread used to be a first class fast/casual place to get quality food made with fresh, wholesome ingredients. WHAT HAPPENED? If this location is the standard for "the new" Panera in 2022, they're in deep trouble. Lukewarm soup, dirty store, long waits, and always running out of items long before the dinner hour. This week I received a notification on their app that I had earned a free bagel. I tried to redeem it the day before it expired (mid-afternoon), and they were out of EVERY kind of bagel! That's right, they had zero bagels, at 2pm. Recently, their only redeeming quality is the nice, helpful kids that work at the front counter. I feel for them... They are clearly embarrassed by being required to tell customers how many items they are "out of". Two thumbs down. read more

I had a bad experience at this location last week and thought I would give it one more shot. Wow! I'm so glad I did. My salad was delicious and beautiful, and my sandwich was tasty. The service was great and the food arrived quickly. If this is the kind of service that I get for going inside instead of the drive-thru, I will be going inside from now on. First time going to a Panera Bread. Their menu is very confusing, the pick two menu prices specifically. When I walked in, they had numerous posters up promoting their bread bowl soups. They sold me...but of course they were all out of bread bowls. I settled for a bacon tomato grilled cheese and broccoli chedder soup. Soup was ok but not seasoned well. The sandwich was overcooked and I couldnt bite into the edges. Ordered a self serve drink, they were out of lids. The male restoom was dirty with urine on the seats and floor. We ordered a couple of salads for lunch at work today, the Chinese citrus cashew with chicken and the Strawberry Poppyseed with chicken. The ingredients in both salads were fresh and tasty, everyone loved them. Bread was included, which was fresh, soft in the center, and very good. read more

Crying baby. My kryptonite. I'll try and make it quick. A month into the diet I had been carb deprived. No pizza or bread for a month. Well last night I went full carb load Johnson. My body went in freak out mode. I felt turrible and not just because I was in Moses lake. I downed 3 gallons of water just to rid my body of Roseanne Barr level carbs. This morning I had the opportunity to experience Hands down THE BEST customer service here at the Indiana location of Panera bread . Immediately upon walking into the store I was greeted with two huge smiles, offering to help with my order. As it was my first time at Panera bread I needed a minute to look at the menu. After deciding what i wanted, I was able to place my order with the friendly, helpful staff. The service was quick however as I was waiting for my order, my drink slipped off the counter and spilled across the floor... The young man working at the register practically ran to my rescue cleaning MY mess, reassuring me that he was more than happy to help. The worst Panera! Especially drive thru!!! I ordered a bowl of French Onion Soup... the guy kindly asked if I wanted chips because they were out of baguette and I said no that's ok, I don't need a side. When I got home and took out my soup I noticed there was no croutons for my soup, kinda sad about this. Then when I take the lid off my soup and stir it up, there is no cheese in it!!! Just a cup of broth and onions. Always make sure you get your receipt when leaving drive thru cause it's common that you will need it if you take your food back. I like paneras good and healthy options but this location has messed up my orders the past few time and we live 20 min away. It is really expensive for fast food so I am not a fan of paying for a meal that is consistently missing items. i even order ahead and they tape the bag shut so to miss the side and a bread bowl when they check every item off seems ridiculous. read more

Registered as a member through online, I got my pastry order for free. I had a chance to eat some of the pastries beforehand, they all tasted good for me--chocolate brownie and bear claw (tasted before the opening), chocolate chip cookie, and candy cookie, and iced cafe latte. Panera Bread is using fresh ingredients, and I think that is why it tasted so good. Go try them. They will not keep the remainings over the next day. The employees will bake or make them all new. I am definitely willing to go next time to try other menus. read more

We had a variety of soups brought in for work during the outages in November. I have never had anything from here although I have heard many coworkers talk about how great the sandwiches and soups are here. I became a fan. I had about four different kinds of soups and went back for seconds, thirds, and more. I will happily gain an extra 10 or 50 pounds if it means this delicious soup is mine. A must-try! read more

This place is amazing! My wife and I moved here from the Seattle area and certainly missed this placed. Everything is just what I remember of it. The staff are very friendly which is also the reason why I will keep visiting! The Food: Spinach & Artichoke soufflé- it is made to perfection. The flavored are just to die for. It's not over cooked, which is easy to do. Asiago Bacon Egg & Cheese added sausage- It's all made to order and you can pretty much modify your menu item. In this case, I added the sausage. Great way to start the day! Enjoy fellow Yelpers! Nothing new this time. Had the same as above. However, I will have to try the recommendation of one of the girls that took my order. This used to be my favorite place. Never coming back. They have discontinued every single item I've ever liked. I liked the Italian.... they discontinued and replaced with the Cuban. I ordered the Cuban and now they discontinued that. Every time I ask to substitute chips instead of the incredibly hard bread they forget. In my time going here, they've Messed up my order, given me the wrong order, had me wait for 10+ minutes for a simple order, and seem to mess something up most of the times I've gone.
