Food is always good at Panera. It's the right size portion and a reasonable price. Service is pretty quick especially given how busy it was at lunch time. It's all automated so you order at a kiosk and then watch a board to see if your food is ready for pick up at the counter. During lunch hour rush it's pretty packed and can be hard to find a seat. Booth tabletops were clean, but the shop as a whole wasn't the cleanest. A lot of huge dust bunnies sitting on top of the booth backs. read more

Not only is the food and drink delicious but it's such a great meeting place for friends. The booths and the tables are comfy too. You can hear each other talk and staying for 3 hours is not a problem. The service is quick and easy plus they have a kiosk system if you choose not to deal with the cashier. Panera is a classic go to because it's been around for many years. My daughter suggested that we have an early brunch and try their new dipper sandwiches. Upside: This did not disappoint French Onion Dipper; has your classic beef and cheese on ciabatta, but the bread was fresh. The meat felt tender, not overcooked, and the French onion dip was a nice sweet thing to it. Combine made an excellent dip sandwich. I wanted more. Spicy Chicken Dipper; this surprise me very much and had a nice spicy spice to the tomato sauce. It had a salsa Verde cream spread that I wasn't expecting however, it really really enhance the flavor of the sandwich. It was delicious every bite, especially when you dipped it. Drinks are good. First off, if you have trouble with your hands, don't pick up your lunch yourself. The counter from which the items are served is so high, the plate so heavy, that you may spill the stuff everywhere. The new pecan braid had no pecans to be found. My mom said her food was okay. No longer excited by Panera. Her coffee had grounds floating in it. Been there many times, food is ok at best, but I love the sour dough baguette. I usually order the Chicken Cesar salad and it comes with a piece of the baguette on the side. I went there specifically to pick up a baguette to go with some soup for dinner. The baguette is usually chewy/crusty on the outside and soft on the inside with a very distinct sour dough flavor. I don't frequent this Panera as much as the one closer to work but it is a convenient location. It is unconventionality located next to a Bonefish, another restaurant, a gym, a bakery, and a haircutting place. I make these points because the parking lot as big as it seems is almost always full especially at peak hours. Your best bet is to go when it's right after lunch or late breakfast or early or late dinner. The staff works quickly to get your order out and I love that. All the soups are amazing and I have literally had everything on the menu, minus the bakery stuff and it is all good. The pick two is the best bet if you have NO clue what to get. I ordered from catering recently. I spent quite a bit to feed my large family. The bagels and soufflés didn't have the best quality as in years past. I also ordered a pastry ring, which was packaged sideways in my bag. Cherry filling was seeping out of my box and the pastry ring was compressed to one side of the box. It looked ridiculous and should never be placed sideways in a box. I had to drive back to replace this pastry ring and was offered nothing for my troubles.
