Tuna on tomato basil bread with French onion soup and chips
    Brigitte L.

Highly disappointed with my pickup order. Ordered pickup for dinner last night for myself and my daughter. I ordered my usual -- pick 2 with a Greek salad and half tuna on tomato basil bread. Does this look like tomato basil bread!? And where the heck is the tuna!!?? It's like they literally scraped some tuna across the bread. The sandwich was dry and hardly any tuna. This is a waste of a $11 meal! Come on Panera, I know you're better than this.

Not only is the food and drink delicious but it's such a great meeting place for friends. The booths and the tables are comfy too. You can hear each other talk and staying for 3 hours is not a problem. The service is quick and easy plus they have a kiosk system if you choose not to deal with the cashier. Ask for Panera gift cards for Christmas so you can go often.

French Ciabatta Dipper Spicy Chicken Ciabatta Dipper Drinks: Chai Tea Latte & Americano

Panera is a classic go to because it's been around for many years. My daughter suggested that we have an early brunch and try their new dipper sandwiches. Upside: This did not disappoint French Onion Dipper; has your classic beef and cheese on ciabatta, but the bread was fresh. The meat felt tender, not overcooked, and the French onion dip was a nice sweet thing to it. Combine made an excellent dip sandwich. I wanted more. Spicy Chicken Dipper; this surprise me very much and had a nice spicy spice to the tomato sauce. It had a salsa Verde cream spread that I wasn't expecting however, it really really enhance the flavor of the sandwich. It was delicious every bite, especially when you dipped it. Drinks are good. Downside: Spent north of $40 for just my daughter and me... which honestly is pricer than preferred with a chain restaurant.

    What it looks like online

Ordered a chicken salad sandwich. It had one sliver of chicken. I remembered when I got home why I don't go there anymore.the pictures tell you the real truth.

Pathetic, I will not be ordering Panera anymore. Time and time again they skimp out on what you're paying for. This is 2oz of chicken.....

This is a sad excuse for a sandwich. If you're going to call it a chicken sandwich it needs to have more than 2oz of chicken. I won't be back

The food is delicious and my son loves it, the service is good and the ambiance is great. Clean and organized

$7 bowl of turkey chili- decent. Portion was small
    Robin K.

Wasn't feeling too well so thought Panera soup should do the trick. To my amazement, a bowl of soup was $7 and they're quite skimpy with the portions. I can get a large bowl of yummy Phò for around the same price at Saigon Deli. Mistake on my part, I should've gone there instead. I used to frequent this place a lot but lately i am very surprised how expensive this place is getting. It's very easy to spend $15+ on lunch. That's crazy to me. As far as the turkey chili goes, it wasn't very flavorful. I had to add Tabasco sauce. Oh, it came with cold sprouted roll which was so hard to tear. Overall, not impressed!

Autumn squash soup and deli turkey sandwich
    Laura T.

This is one of my Mom's favorite places for lunch. I have always loved the you pick 2 offering on the menu. I had an autumn squash soup and deli turkey sandwich followed by a pecan twist. First off, if you have trouble with your hands, don't pick up your lunch yourself. The counter from which the items are served is so high, the plate so heavy, that you may spill the stuff everywhere. My soup was good but had a weird after taste. The sandwich was awful. I look forward to good bread at Panera Bread, whatever they served me was dry and stale. The new pecan braid had no pecans to be found. My mom said her food was okay. No longer excited by Panera. Her coffee had grounds floating in it. I saw some folks playing board games and I know a few people who work out of this spot. If this was a small local business I would say they may not last, but since it's a chain they have a better chance of surviving with mediocre fare. I won't be stopping by again any time soon.

My impression is that they do quite a bit of takeout. The Philly comes in four sizes, mini, small, medium, large. I went with the small (maybe 7-8 inches) and that was a good size. It was made fresh, included onions, mushrooms, and of course, cheese. I got some hot peppers on the side. It was served piping hot on a very soft roll. They did not skimp on the steak. It was very tasty and filling. Ketchup packets are available. The staff were friendly and service was quick for a fresh made sandwich. With a bag of chips, the cost was just under $15.

The menus we were given were for lunch/dinner; however, we were able to order breakfast (I can't say for certain they offer breakfast all day). Two "country fried steaks w/2 eggs", were ordered, one BLT and one Reuben sandwich were the others. Everyone really enjoyed their meals! THEN, LINA herself, personally came to our table, and visited with us for a while. What a lovely person she is. I also noticed the many other servers/staff were all cheerful, smiling, and it seemed many of the incoming customers were "regulars". This gave me a very good feeling, not "commercialized", with a nice feeling of "community". As "newbies" we felt right at home. Lina and her staff have a beautiful restaurant, immaculately clean, great ambiance and a bright future in our neighborhood, and surrounding area(s). Arriving at Lina's we were greeted by our server Margarita and she was so kind. While breakfast had ended, the cook (husband/owner) agrees to cook the breakfast sandwich on their in house made biscuit. I ordered the Lina's Smashburger. The burger was cooked perfectly and they graciously served extra lettuce and tomato in lieu of the bun. I absolutely loved the burger. My husband loves his sandwich so much, he ordered a 2nd and devoured it. After finishing our meals we engaged into conversation with the owner who was super sweet, kind, and lovely to speak with. She shared of their experience living in NY and decision to love south to FL. Before leaving we asked to bring home 2 of their blueberry muffins made in house and they made fresh ones for us. Anytime we travel ww prefer supporting local businesses and are so glad we took our friend's advice and came to Lina's. The restaurant is bright, cheerful, clean, and the home feeling and welcoming by the family is immediately felt. We look forward to our next visit to Lina's.
