Went here for a break in our Temecula soccer tournament. Panera never lets us down. Fast, easy and friendly service. We were able to linger a bit in the warmth as the field was freezing the morning we played. I ordered a turkey panini with chicken noodle soup. Both tasty and I was no longer hungry mission complete. The girl had the bread bowl soup and a mookie or something like that muffin cookie concoction that she loved. The boy had a sandwich and the rest of the bread bowl the girl did not finish he loves his panera! Maybe I'll have a quest to see how many Panera Reviews I can write... but, in the meantime here's my third. First visit to this location to meet some family for a small birthday lunch. Everyone ordered sandwiches except me who, had to have the Macaroni and Cheese. Everyone loved their sandwiches and I loved the Mac, so I guess you can say this was a successful lunch. I had zero interaction with the staff as I was seated and my food ordered for me, but I did note that there were no samples! I like that you can get your own drinks and they have lots of options for a soft drink mixologist, but I wish they had the lemonade there, too. I hate having to go up to the counter to ask for a splash of lemonade and I mean, really? Is the lemonade so much more expensive than all of the other drinks? Came in around 10 to grab some treats. I also also couldn't resist a breakfast sammy and latte! The service was good it wasn't very busy at all. My latte and food came out quickly and I was soon able to eat a bite or two as a mid morning snack. What can I say? I LOVE the way they make an egg and cheese. While not the best I have ever had (award goes to my special bear) it is simply delish. Ample egg and cheese melted into the bread and I am transported to a world where clouds rain donuts and the only fights that happen are over who loves who more! "No breakfast sammy I love YOU more!" My latte was good. I should have added a flavor shot my mistake. I wish they didn't put the calories up for me to see. I've been here many times, I usually get the pick 2 for 7.19 or something. THe sandwhiches really aren't that great, it's kinda weird that they don't automatically put the mustard and mayo on there you have to ask them or you can do it yourself, they have an area with the condiments. The thin is.. if you get the "signature" salads/ sandwhiches you have to pay a dollor more for each so it can end up being pretty much 10 bucks after tax for only a little bit of food. The salads are good, I usually just get the ceasar, but they do have a variety. The soups, like most places really aren't that great, except their cheddar broccoli is really good with the baguette. That's why I usually get it because I like to dip the roll into the soup. Honestly it's kind of expensive for just OK food and you don't really get that much either... VERY disappointed with my experience at Panera tonight. My friend and I ordered our meals around 6:40 pm. I didn't get my food until 8:00! I ordered a small soup and salad. In all fairness, it was busy when I initially arrived. People were seated at almost every table. I was initially warned that it would be about a 30 minute wait, and I was fine with that. But the mass of people started to leave after about 20 minutes after I had arrived. Yet why over an hour wait for a straightforward order? Ridiculous! At about the hour mark, I went up to the counter and asked for them to check on my order to see if it would be ready soon. They proceeded to tell me it would come "right out" and I received a half assed apology. It took another 15 minutes, but finally my order had arrived. The food was aight. Not bad, but not exceptional. It was not worth the $13.34 because the portion sizes for my soup and salad seemed to be customized for a small child. My friend and I were never offered anything to compensate for the terrible service other than a few meaningless and mumbled apologies. The staff seemed to be unorganized and scrambling. This is one of my grandma's favorite restaurants! Everything about this location is great. Good food, good service (my grandma is really slow at ordering and always has 50 questions to ask so I appreciate the all the cashier's patience and kindness with her hahahaha) But more over, I wanted to write this post because of how kind Tiffany was to my grandma / us! Sad to say Panera bread in Temecula has seen better days. Ordered a bowl of soup and my husband a sandwich. Mac and cheese for my son. No utensils given. When we asked for utensils while our food was in front of them they asked what utensils we needed. Seriously? Wanted to take part of the sandwich home and when we asked for a to go box it wouldn't fit. Asked if they had anything else...no. I asked what do you do when someone buys a sandwich to go? I went to Panera for dine in lunch with my daughter. My diet is limited and I am thankful for Panera. I had one of the most pleasant experiences. Food was hot and came right away. The server Brandon was excellent and mindful of my experience. The place was very busy. I was impressed how the managers were cleaning and serving to make sure customers were served right away. Every visit I've payed at this place is always A-1 service. I get a half sandwich and a half salad to be able to taste their range of recipes. Each item comes with your desired side option but I get chips or a French Baguette. I've tried their cookies before and I recommend them if you like sweets or pastries. Came in at around 2:30 today. What a difference in food quality. Jennifer was the manager. Very inviting and friendly. The portions were extremely better than last time. Still would like to see he thick bread come back as it prevents sogginess. But I guess corporate changed that. I'm still advocating for more bread since it's in the title. Can never have enough bread. The lobby still looked a little dirty with some trash on the floor. But a gentleman cleaned it promptly from what I noticed. Restored my likeness into the restaurant. I receive one whole piece or two halves. The bread is thin sliced and is suppose to be thick. The meat is about half short. Although, there have been some improvement. I can tell by other reviews not much as changed. I looked back on the line and noticed before lunch rush filled trash cans, crap on the floor, not food. Like boxes or containers or something. Managers or a designated employee should be making sure garbages and line area is clean and sanitary for prep. All employees should be wearing gloves when handeling food. Don't care what the law is. You indefinitely lost me as a customer. I've gone to this location three time in the last month and each time there was an issue. Perhaps today is matter of opinion in terms of my issue, but as a business owner, it's not up to my standards. The first two times, my order was wrong, and the first time I had to pay for my second sandwich, the second time, the got my order wrong again but I refused to pay for the sandwich and asked them to remake it. Now the third time is perhaps personal, but an issue. I waited in line like any other person, but for ten minutes while only one person was in front of me because after she ordered, the young lady at the register kindly left to fulfill her order leaving me and the other 10 people standing waiting. Why would someone who is running the register also be tasked with filling orders? No reason why people should be waiting 10,15,and 20 minutes in line because the person running the register has to leave to fill orders. read more

I have tried to eat at this Panera bread several times and each time it has disappointed me, the only thing here that has been consistently good is their plain Mac and cheese and even that makes my stomach drawl. I've even tried just their sandwiches and worse results, their bread is amazing but all the condiments are just.. sad. The cheese is dry and pale, the lettuce has no crisp to it, the sauce is just salad dressing and don't even get me started on the meat! 10/10 every time the bacon has been over cooked and all their deli meats have no flavor and are hard to chew. The other day, we placed a to go order. You know as soon as we get into the Christmas and Thanksgiving mode, mistakes happen with newly trained people. Also with supplies delivered to the stores, it's taking forever. Similar to Costco running out of their Kirkland TP. Anyway when the food came it was missing a lot of items and I paid $40, and was really upset. I usually don't complain, but it was expensive, plus in a way, it hurts the business not to say anything. Honestly, this place and the employees and management really know great customer service! I was having some problems with the online ordering system, and my card was charged several times. I called in to let them know what was happening, and they reassured me that they would help me out when I came in. Not only did they refund everything, but they gave me my order on the house and also offered a free pastry item! Was in the area and wanted something light, decided to use kisok....bad idea. I reviewed my meal and was correct but not all items where listed until I got my email receipt. When food was delivered staff was rude and unprofessional. I work in the restaurant business and the service here was horrific.
