So we placed an order online for two pizzas and cheese sticks at around 8:10 pm, didn't get our food until 10:00 pm. What kind of service is this? When my brother called twice asking where our pizzas were they told him it was on the way. Pizza delivery should not take 1 hour and 50 minutes to get delivered especially if that's half your business. The manager there, forgot to get her name, told us it wasn't her fault and that they only had one driver. If half your business is delivering pizza then you should probably have more delivery people. If this isn't her fault then who's fault is it??? Is it our fault for ordering pizza? Should we ask next time before ordering if there is more then 1 person delivering? This is very poor service, especially when the pizzas and the cheese sticks aren't even hot. If this is how papa John treats its customers then I think they need to make some changes or think about getting into a different line of business like racing snails. Now this doesn't go for all papa John locations, I've enjoyed there pizza on several occasions but this specific location that we ordered from was by far the worst, not just out of papa johns all over but the worst out of every pizza delivery place we've ordered from. If this was the only papa john location I would have found a new pizza joint to order from, and judging by some of the other comments left on here I'm sure others would agree. "Manager" Brenda argued with me regarding my concerns. Extraordinarily defensive. When she became belligerent, I asked to speak with another person.
