Hadn't been to Paris Baguette in a year so I thought I'd stop by to surprise my wife with a treat. The chocolate croissant with mousse cream was a " must buy" in the past so I asked the lady if they still made it. She showed me the chocolate croissant but when I got home it did not have the chocolate mousse in the middle ! It was not what I wanted and surprised they would sell it to anyone! If you look at my pic, there is hardly enough chocolate in the middle to even cover your lips . Sad to say I need to find a new bakery where they pride themselves on quality and providing adequate help to consumers. I don't think we'll be back. Had my boss order lunch here today online, and I picked it up. Ordered a chicken goat cheese salad, and a Turkey melt. After I picked it up and returned to work, we noticed we got an egg sandwich in place of the turkey melt. Purely an accident. I know it happens. So I went back real quick to let them know. They told me to keep the egg sandwich, and that they would make me the turkey melt we had ordered. The older gentleman at the counter was SUPER NICE, and he whipped up another sandwich to go for me. When I returned back with my bosses sandwich, and sat down to eat my salad is when it got gross. I'm wondering how long these premade salads sit before they are sold. As I'm mixing my salad around, which is hard to do in the small containers they give them to go in. I had to pull out so many bad pieces of lettuce, it was ridiculous. I couldn't even finish the salad. I'm hoping I don't get food poisoning. We definitely won't be going there ever again. read more

Food/ breads/ drinks offer was a good selection. Its location on a busy road, people come and go. It an open inside lot of table and chair at about 8:30-9am. I give it a 3 stars because they can work more on their service. They need more attentive staff at the cashier. I ask for ice coffee for hot coffee. ...I typically go here weekly... today I went moments ago. The young man at the counter (Hispanic, grey hoodie, short haircut and braces) stood picking his nose idly for about 30 seconds... and approached the cash register I said "I'd like grab a tart..." and he grabbed a plastic container and then walked over to the glass enclosed case to retrieve... I stated, ""...however you have to wash your hands...." He looked at me, with a sideward glance, aloof query... I said you just picked your nose... he grabs a glove... I said no no no you need to wash your hands and he asked if I wanted the tart or not? And I walked over to the two staffers - they were polite .. enough... (whereby you try not to empathize with the customer too much to go against your co worker). In past purchases they've been very polite and helpful. At best, as there were other customers he began to ring up... as I spoke with more effort - more loudly to the two staffers he went over to the sink and began washing his hands. He came back and picked up the same glove. I said stop that glove is dirty and he put the glove onto the counter and left it there ... and grabbed two clean gloves. I went to my vehicle parked directly in front and as they all spoke - I watched as he pointed to the vehicle laughing ...(I'm not sure how disgusting unsanitary food handling practices could be ...a shared joke, humorous?!!! ... the manager came out and I went back in. I informed the manager and she was profusely apologetic... offered me a free tart to which I declined. I want safe and clean food handling practices in place for myself and other customers. He already helped several customers. He stood next to the manager and laughed. I pointed out this behavior to the manager - his flagrant oppositional and resistant behavior and pointed to the glove that STILL remained on the counter w dried out pieces of nasal mucus - on the counter there after helping several customers. @2:30pm on 2/28/25 Yelp review. Poor review. Department of health complaint. Completed the document and a separate email. And an email to PBG headquarters. Sigh! This location is the lesser of the two Paris Baguette locations in my neck of the woods. The service feels cold. They never greet you or even smile. And the breads and pastries do not seem as fresh as the Dublin location. Everytime I come in, there is only 1 super hard baguette out in the baguette basket, no matter what time of the day it is. And there is minimal pastries out, even at the prime of business hours. Once I found a piece of black hair in my mango cake. yuck!!! Also, they take door dash orders but after charging my card, they say they don't do door dash. I had to go through Door Dash customer service to solve the issue, which is very time consuming. I sent my family member to use the buy one get one coupon today only that to find out later that instead of the buy one get one, it used the free pastry reward that doesn't expire until another 2 months. Family member said she told the cashier that she wants to use the buy one get one coupon but the cashier selected the wrong coupon. She did get a free pastry but used the reward instead of the coupon for the day. I hope Paris Baguette train their employees to repeat the coupon used for the customer during check out so we wouldn't be disappointed afterwards. read more

I usually go to the Dublin location and thought I give this place a try, but I was disappointed. Does not seem to be under the same ownership and service was not the greatest compared to Dublin. I can now see why there were some bad reviews. Even the way they packaged my pastries was careless and cheap. As if they didn't want to use the extra box just to save some $$. Put all my pastries in one box and didn't care if it got ruined. I also bought a box of chocolate cream puffs and didn't even put everything in a bag for me, so I had to ask for one since I had a lot to carry by myself. Ordered a cake as well and Happy Birthday writing was sloppy and ugly! No chocolate birthday sign on top of the cake like I normally get at the Dublin location. Quality also not comparable. Horrible customer service! Came here because I wanted to their iced maple oatmilk latte. The cashier was a young guy. There was 1 gentleman ahead of me in line. Cashier took his order, looked at me, then hid behind the cake case? I assumed he was getting something out of the case, but no. I waited at the register as the line grew behind me. Cashier came back, but went the other register on the right side and motioned for the people behind me to take their order? Didn't even acknowledge me even after he very clearly looked at me earlier. My visit to this location did not reflect a welcoming, friendly experience. Cashier (initials SV) was generally unfriendly and inattentive. Brought my selection to register and was not greeted. Only asked if there was anything else. As she was ringing my items up, I could see her eyes were looking around everywhere else except for what she should be focused on. I like this branch for its location. It's close to home, right off the freeway, and there's always parking available. Now, I dislike it for everything else. Service here is cold. I've come several times and each time I was looked at with a straight face and unwelcome feeling. The last time I went, I ordered an iced matcha with soy milk. A young guy stayed to make it when an older guy just took the cup from him and took over. He gave it to me hot. When I asked them to remake it, the guy looked annoyed and turned his back to remake the drink without saying anything. I watched and he did not use soy milk. Prior to that, on another occasion, I order an iced chai. The same guy was so confused - asking what do you mean chai? Eventually he raises his voice slightly and says "CHAI LATTE?" Eek. Made me feel like I was being scolded for not adding the "latte" to the "chai." As another review mentioned, I also noticed flies inside the cubbies with pastries which was a huge turn off. I hear the Dublin location is much better and will be sure to check that one out when I have time. My go to place for butter sweet French snacks. Cannot resist once I bring them home. Their Croissants, bread and cakes are super soft and super yum. I never miss buying one or two castella. Luckily though, this one was closer so I made a visit here instead! It's a huge location and is pretty clean and quiet. Came in just before noon and their displays were pretty full compared to what I've seen at other locations. My partner and I picked up a cookies and cream croissant, curry croquette, and some of their cheesecake breads. I am extremely impressed with this Paris baguette. When I first came here, they were not prepared with their supplies of pastry goods in the morning which I expressed my frustration. But lately, they have been more prepared than before. Today was another Friday when I picked up several pastries for a weekend trip and I was pleasantly surprised that they are fully stocked up with pastries. I was so overwhelmed with this election I did not know what to pick. I am glad that they have improved with their service of selection in the mornings. Originally, I only intended to pick up a couple of pastries but ended up buying so much more. Instead of spending six dollars, which was my plan, I ended up spending more than $20.
