Came in today and Andre (the protein man) was so nice! The gentlemen was so friendly to my daughter and even offered her a sticker throughout my time in the line. She smiled and so did he. It's special moments like that throughout the day that can change the course of someone's day and that needs recognition. We've had a tough week/year (lol), but when people show their kind side with nothing in return, it truly means the most. We'll be back, and we hope to see him here again. I love getting the rice bowls here, but lately the Naan bread situation has gotten to the point where it is unforgivable. It used to be one of the highlights of ordering from here, but the last three times I've gone, the consistency and taste could only be compared to cardboard. Wow. Support your local business.....we tried. I called earlier in the day to see how much lead time they needed for their $40 Family Meal. I was told 30 minutes. I ordered my food on the gopasha.com site. I ordered my pickup for 5:15. My wife is at the restaurant at 5:00....I get an email update that my order will be ready at 5:45. My wife is sitting outside waiting. Man comes out and says...." You're early". No, I'm sorry..... we're working on it.....nothing. A girl cones out at 5:50....." What did you order?" I'm sending my wife the order screen, screen shots of receipts, etc. 6:12..... Man comes out and says they're working on it. 6:20....now there is a line out the door and people getting food. We cancelled our order at 6:26 pm. Wished we could say we'll try again. Very dissatisfied. 6:44....wife still there, apparently they are making it and adding free dessert. The restaurant responded. They offered us a new meal. I appreciate any business that offers to correct a situation. This place used to be be fabulous and has been one of our favorite places to eat for several years, not so much anymore. We had takeout last night. The chicken didn't seem like it was sliced from the spit (it was tasteless and was in chunks). The delicious naan they used to have was replaced with cold, stale, dry pita. The hummus was barely ok, tasted on the brink of going bad (has that unusual fluffy texture it gets when it's not fresh). They used to be generous with add in to their rice bowl but last night I got one slice of tomato (cut in half to make 2 slices) and a small smattering of onion as well as 3 Kalamata olives. I asked for extra garlic sauce, but it still wasn't a generous portion. The rice choices are now very few as well as salads. All in all, very disappointing. We won't be back. read more

I cannot rave enough about Pasha. I'm a diehard fan of the location on Wurzbach so when I saw this location coming, I died! First, I gotta give them props for service. I didn't expect the same service as the full service restaurant, so when I receive that, I was amazed. I thought maybe this is because of the grand opening in a new neighborhood. But so far at each visit, a member of the team has walked from behind the counter to explain the menu to new patrons. At each visit our table is visited by at least one member of the team to ensure we are satisfied. I can't ask for more in a fast casual restaurant. Now the food. Is it exactly the same as the full service Pasha? No. The cranberry rice has a slightly different taste that I can't pinpoint. The bread is definitely different in texture. But it's still so good! I've had different variations of the menu offerings and my favorite so far is the bowl, with gyro meat, and cranberry rice. Add a little hummus and I'm good to go! I've also been very satisfied with the baklava. Now I was missing the butter on my rice...like at the full service restaurant. Pasha never disappoints me. My family was never a fan of Greek food but they agreed to try it. They were all happy we did. We had the family meal for 40 and the portions were great. I informed them this was my first time to their resturant and did not know what to order. They explained the differences between all of their plates, bowls and salads. I settled on a Gyro bowl with my choice between 4 different rice blends. The Gyro meat they let me sample just melted in my mouth and was so juicy I had to get it! The customer service throughout my experience was amazing!!
