Walking and shopping around Silver Lake and we just had to stop for a sweet treat at Pazzo Gelato. There are so many unique flavors and I love that they have non-dairy options made with real fruit. Everything is super seasonal and the gelato is so smooth and the sorbettos aren't icy at all. Something you wouldn't expect from a gelato spot? Their homemade dingdongs! My friend's mom loves them, so we had to grab a few to take home for her. I believe he mentioned that they can be frozen to last even longer.

Love the unique sorbetto flavors! Parking is always difficult in Silverlake but if you manage to find a spot, give this place a try. The guava was amazing and the chocolate with raspberry complimented it nicely.

Came here for dessert after dinner on Monday. We tried a few samples before picking our flavors. We each got a cup with two scoops. I decided on the Hazelnut Chip and Cookies and Cream. Both of these flavors were right up my alley and were very delicious. The gelato was smooth and wasn't overly sweet to the point of sickening. My bf got Amaretto and Buttered Biscuit + Honey. He enjoyed both flavors but particularly loved the Amaretto. I didn't realize until after looking back at the photo I took but they sell lactaid! I thought that was cool and considerate for those who need it.

I absolutely love Pazzo Gelato. The service is always amazing and the gelato is the best in the city. I went in today after my sushi date and I tried a few different chocolate options. They had a chocolate dubai option and it was delicious. I've been avoiding the trend and I don't love toppings but after sampling, I had to get a scoop. That with the Madagascar vanilla. Sensory heaven. The last bite was just as tasty as the first.

Craving something sweet after dinner, my friend and I walked over to Pazzo Gelato. The line was practically out the door on a Thursday night, which felt like a good sign. I ordered the stracciatella, and it was the perfect balance of creamy vanilla and chocolate. We grabbed seats outside and took our time enjoying it. Was such a nice, simple way to end the night. I'd definitely stop in again the next time I'm craving something sweet.

Delicious!! Was able to taste a few flavors before putting in my order. The vegan dark chocolate chip had orange in it and when I mixed it with the birthday cake, it tasted like an orange wafer. Loved it so much and felt very nostalgic Plus there's seating inside and outside.

I had some chocolate gelato and I really liked it. The other flavors I tried were really good too, like the ube. Service was nice and I took my gelato to go. It's a pretty chill spot with plenty of seating outside.

This is a solid gelato spot. I've been here a couple of times with friends because we love gelato! I like that they have vegan options and they let you sample the flavors before you buy. I've had the same guy both times I've been there to assist me (not sure if he's the owner but he's super nice). There seems to be a small line when I've gone and on other occasions of just passing this place, more people are in here than in Salt and Straw just a few doors down. Needless to say, I will continue to come back because the gelato is fantastic and they change the flavors around. ALSO, delicious waffle cones as well that I believe are made in house!

Wow the banana dulce de leche flavor is one of the best gelatos I've had! The flavor was sooo good without it being too sweet and the texture was perfect. The employees were nice and the area is cute to walk around once you get your gelato. I didn't care for the other flavors as much but I want to come back everyday for the banana dulce de leche please never get rid of it!

Sweet shop for sweets. Delicious gelato, lovely service. We tried a few samples which they were gracious enough to indulge us with. I being quite basic, settled for the lemon sorbetto. Light tangy perfection. My friend had the stracciatella and some odd looking grey thing that was actually amazingly tasty. We chilled at a table on sunset cosplaying European evening. So nice. Support local ice cream in lieu of big chains.

If you're like me, and you have a weakness for affogatos, then Pazzo Gelato is a must-try. My fiancee and I were in Silver Lake recently and in need of a coffee. I'm really glad we spotted this place. The employee was so so nice, and he let us try a bunch of different gelato flavors as we struggled to pick one to pair with the espresso. We eventually landed on the stracciatella, which was excellent. The espresso was pulled perfectly, and it paired wonderfully with the gelato. The vibes were also great -- I'd definitely go back to get some work done or grab a coffee with friends. A lovely local spot!

Dopo una serata trascorsa ad ascoltare le canzoni di Marino Marini, io e il mio amore abbiamo gustato un delizioso dolce all'ube e altre prelibatezze, assaporando ogni singolo boccone di alta qualità!

I love coming here for gelato! The staff is so friendly & helpful. Pazzo always rotates the flavors which I love & they base some flavors on what is seasonal. There's plenty of variety- something for everyone. Parking- small lot behind the store

Do you still serve stracciatella? Last entry for this flavor was in 2015/16

Hi! Yes we do. Have it in the case now. 99% of the time it’s there. If it’s not, ask them to check the back freezers. Thanks.

Then Long Beach Creamery opened and we weren't that sad for that long, but still, I absolutely still thought about them every once in a while, sad that they'd left. Then, a much closer eternity ago (about a year ago - I've been super burned-out and not finishing my reviews), I was on my way from an event back to the blue line and walked by and noticed that they had, in fact, just moved. So obviously we had to get some. Verdict - yes, it absolutely was as good as I remembered. I wouldn't go back to DTLA just for ice cream, Long Beach Creamery being walking distance and wonderful, but I would absolutely stop here if I were back in DTLA and wanted ice cream. It's a bit pricey, but all craft ice cream is going to be, and it is definitely craft. And you can save a lot by getting a 3-scoop, which is very much enough to share for two people, if not slightly too much.
