Mindy was my nail tech and she took the time to make sure I was happy with the outcome of my nails. Not only was she careful in removing my old crusty acrylic nails, she also soaked my nails to have a nice clean surface for my new set, which some nail techs have skipped this step. I love love love PB timeless nails, everyone who works here is nice and very helpful. If you want to relax and have great looking nails this is the place to come too. I always leave here happy and will not go to any other nail salon! what i asked for, which was done at this specific salon..

I had a negative experience here, the lady at the front counter was rude, and I showed her a picture of the nails I requested, and for the French tip, I stated "in white" for the color. they didn't listen to me and gave me a basic gel. I didn't mind and let her proceed, thinking that it would be cheaper. One of the ladies asked me where I was from, and I told her, then spoke to another lady, stating where I was from in their language. I felt like I was robbed for basic gel nails $90 total.. I didn't make a fuss when checking out. then the lady asked me very rudely if I had Venmo. I asked her for what reason when I had already gave her my debit card she said, "for our tip". I also got cut pretty bad. The lady apologize and I told her it's OK and she poured alcohol on it which made it burns really bad.

This is by far my favorite nail salon in PB, hands down. I used to be an avid Terri's gal, but since coming here I feel there is genuine care and time spent to make sure each manicure is perfect and exactly what I wanted! If you are in the area PLEASE come here! Lan is an incredible technician and has made my nails impeccable every time. I always get dip!

I moved to PB beginning of September and this was the first nail place I went to and I will keep going back! I love this place! Very calm feeling and always want to fall asleep in the chair because it's so comfortable. My nails have always been exactly how I want them to be and I'm obsessed with how great of a job they do. I absolutely love this place! I've tried many spots in PB and this is by far my fav place. I usually go to Lynne but everyone who I have been with other than her is also great. I typically ask for some sort of design and Lynn never disappoints. I also don't do acrylics and keep my natural nails, so care is important or else they'll break, other places make my nails super thin but they make sure to keep them strong here!

These nails are two weeks old and still look amazing!

I love their gel selection. They take a lot of time doing it and there is no sloppy looking polish on the skin. I hate massage, so I always decline, but they are very willing to do that. Chair is comfortable, food network is always on, and the girls who work here are so nice. They offer water and the service is always great. I highly recommend PB Timeless. Only thing is it is getting harder for walk in's, because they are so good. During the week no problem, but a thurs afternoon or a weekend it is busier then usual. I love their polish collection too, a lot of great colors and brands to choose from. read more

Atmosphere: updated nail salon, nice private rooms for waxing. I like the white sheets and set up in the private rooms. Clean and bright. Comfy spa chairs. Service: I walked in and got greeted right away. the ladies here are very accommodating. They are nice and easy to talk to. Alex waxed my lower legs. I'm used to getting them waxed so to me it was painless. Lily did my nails. I got gel which was $30 and $8 extra for the "cat eye" design. Lilly took her time to make sure I liked my shape and to make sure she got the design right. I got a regular pedi which was pretty standard. Tip: $4 for my gel cat, $2 pedi, and $3 wax. read more

I just moved to Pb and I was looking a Nail salon to have my nails done before my vacation trip. I was walking by when I saw the salon so bright and new so I decided to go in and I'm so happy that I did that. Lynn did an amazing job with my gel mani, she took her time and paid attention to the details. Other girl did my regular pedicure but both were so nice, the massage service was good and the color selection is amazing! They also have a punch card so after 10 times you can have $10 off services. I called yesterday around 5:30 hoping to be able to get in before they closed at 7 and they were so accommodating to get me in within the hour! From the time I arrived until the time I left, they seriously were so attentive. Compared to other places around PB I'd say prices are the same BUT (emphasis on the but) so far this nail salon has done the best dip manicure I have been able to find in the area! They had tons of dip colors to choose from and an even larger selection of normal/ gel colors !! They give you a stamp card when you go here and if you pay in cash you get 2 stamps (1 if you pay with card) and once your stamp card is full you get $10 off ! New to SD and looking to find a regular nail salon - this salon will not be it. Wanted a gel manicure and the final results were up to par except for two things: My manicurist cut me with a buffing board - accidents happen so I was prepared to let this slide but they also took significantly longer than expected, putting on two base coats, 3 color coats, and a top coat. The nails were not too thick but this seems excessive. Furthermore, they use UV lamps instead of LED lights. Gel manicure is $35 btw. read more

I've been getting my nails done for 10 years, and I'm not sure if it's just poor quality acrylics being used here or what but I had a nail break right in half after going here. That's odd, normally even when nails break it's not right in half, they lift as they grow out (which hasn't started yet). So I called asking them to fix the broken nail, made an evening appointment and on my way there, 2nd nail snapped right in half again. Now, when I got there I asked for a fill instead since now it was two nails and I was told to sit and wait. After waiting 20 minutes she told me it was too late now and she couldn't fill them bc they were closing. As a customer I find it baffling that first of all the salon would be willing to use such poor quality nails that multiple of them are snapping right in half, but also I have a hard time with the idea of that in order not to have to stay late themselves they will let you waste 20 minutes of your own time and then cancel your appointment once it's too late to go anywhere else. I will not be returning. read more

After being turned away by 2 other nail salons here in PB that were advertising walk in's, I tried PB Timeless. Thankfully Lynn took me in right away and had a technician work on my nails until their appointment arrived. They switched places and Lynn took over, and I'm so pleased with her work. Finally, I found a nail salon in San Diego that does a beautiful acrylic job! I can't tell you how much money I've spent on awful nail jobs over the years but I will definitely be returning, especially since they accommodated me right away and were very welcoming. read more

AWESOME WORK. They are a little bit more expensive than most places but holy crap do they do a good job... They also have an awesome selection of nail polish!!! My nails look awesome every time I go there... I go to other places in the area and they always are peeling and chipping... and PB TIMELESS really does take their time and do a professional good job. I've got my nails done there three times and each time they look absolutely amazing. There are a lot of nail places that just popped up in Pacific beach... But I highly recommend going to this one... Very clean facility and very kind people that work there... Probably the best nail salon I've been to in PB ...that's for sure. I mean I wish they were a little faster, but I'm not going to complain because the work is worth the wait. Mondays and Tuesdays is 10% off as well... So it's a great time to pop in there! read more

Love this place! I started going a few months ago and won't go anywhere else. There has never been a line or overcrowding (that's why I left my old nail place because it was always so crowded). This place is nice and always does great work. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. I only get gel manis and regular pedicures and they always do a great job. I got Halloween nails for October and they did them perfectly Highly recommend this place if you are looking to get some beautiful quality nails! read more

I called and made an appointment with a specific manicurist that was the receptionist's wife. I was asked to move the time of the appointment to 2 different times than what was originally scheduled. I was okay with this as I would guaranteed to have an appointment with the lady requested. I walked in at my scheduled time and was told someone else would be doing my nails as the gentleman got the schedule incorrect and she was busy during that time. There were only 2 manicurists there, I don't understand how the didn't have the decency to call and let me know! I decided to cancel my appointment and walk to my usual salon. Two stars because they have a large selection of colors, but I've experienced better service elsewhere! read more

The ladies here are great at their art and take super good care of you! My gel overlay lasted 3.5weeks!! Also, they have a rewards program (a stamp every time you get a treatment) which is a great incentive to keep supporting local business! read more

Lynn is the best!!!!! I've been going since they opened in PB and it's the best nail salon in Pb. Everyone is super friendly and is always offering snacks or drinks to enjoy while getting pampered. I highly recommend Lynn for nails..she's the absolute best and the sweetest lady ever This is my new go to place for my pedicures and new sets. I am visiting my sister in PB from SF and I WISH I could take Lynn back with me!!! This place was efficient, clean, and Lynn did an amazing job with the acrylics. I love this new spot! Alex is my girl! She has done my nails the past 4 times I've been there and she is the reason I keep coming back. I used to have acrylics for a long time and finally took them off after over a year and my nails beds were disaster, I mean really really bad. But after just a month my nails are looking healthier and are in way better shape than they were before thanks to her. She's helped me keep my nails cleaned up so they can grow back stronger and healthier. I've also gotten some pedicures by a few different ladies there and have always left happy:) I really like this place because it's less crowded and quieter than most other nail salons in PB which lets you really relax and enjoy getting pampered. I'll definitely be a frequent customer and recommend this spot to friends:) read more

I went here for a fill tonight and was very impressed. Lynn and Tuan, the owners, are extremely nice, and the other staff were very friendly as well. Lynn, did my nails and I love how they turned out! She was very patient and really took her time when shaping, filing and polishing my nails even though I was there with not much time until closing. This was also one of the few times I've left a fill with no scrapes along my cuticles! Thanks for a great experience, I will definitely be back! read more

I have lived in PB for a few years now, and I am so happy that I found this place. I've consistently come to this salon now for over a year. All of the girls are so welcoming and make you feel at home. PB Timeless Nails has a huge variety of colors in regular polish, gel, and dip. The salon is following covid guidelines by requiring masks, temperature checks, and social distancing. Walk-ins are welcome, but I recommend calling ahead to confirm the availability of a technician at your preferred time. My usual visit consists of dip powder and a pedicure. I love getting my dip done here because my nails never turn out thick, and it lasts! I am always satisfied with the service I receive, highly recommend! read more

I won't go anywhere else! I've come 5ish times now and my nails look great every time. I have a bad habit of picking my cuticles and somehow the ladies here make my fingers look like new. A co-worker of mine recommended this place and I am glad she did. The place is cute and very clean. Though they take walk-ins, it is best to make an appointment. Anyway, I got a gel mani and spa pedicure. The gel mani came out okay, but could have been better if the girl wasn't rushing and took her time. The pedicure came out bomb and is still holding on 2 weeks later. The parking can be a little difficult, depending on the time of day you go. There is plenty of street parking, but you have to be patient to find a spot. I would give them a try again, with a different manicurist. Overall, good experience (: read more

Timeless Nails is my go to place! They always take their time and pride in their work. Noticed this new place in pb. There was no wait. Was met with a friendly staff. Lily gave me a manicure. Really nice and did a great job. While I was waiting for my nails to dry I was able to talk to Tuan. Offered great service and was making sure I was comfortable while I was waiting. Am going back in 2 weeks for shellac. read more

Able to walk in today because it was right after opening. They take your temperature, have you fill a questionnaire and wash your hands. All tools sterilized and wrapped. All surfaces cleaned before and after service and the station you are sitting at. I got a manicure and pedicure today and they took their time, very professional. This is my second time visiting and I will definitely come back again. Thank you ladies for all that you do:) read more

Lynn was by far the most thorough nail technician I have ever had. I felt like she took her time, paid attention to detail, and was friendly. Out of the nine appointments I have booked, four have been moved or rescheduled on the day of the appointment. One appointment was rescheduled twice, and another was rescheduled three separate times. The reasons given have included a flat tire, a migraine, and oversleeping. My most recent experience was especially disappointing. I intentionally booked the appointment less than 24 hours in advance, thinking that since the appointment had to be confirmed, there would be a better chance it would be honored as scheduled. Nikki confirmed the appointment at 4:00 PM the day before, but then contacted me the morning of the appointment asking to move it to a different time. Looking back, it seems that morning appointments were the ones most frequently canceled or rescheduled. While I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen, the repeated pattern of same-day schedule changes over multiple years has made it difficult to rely on appointments and plan my own schedule. The quality of the eyebrow waxing service itself has been good, but professionalism also includes respecting clients' time and maintaining reliable scheduling. Unfortunately, the frequent last-minute changes have left me frustrated and unable to confidently book future appointments.

When my nail technician completed my manicure, she announced, "same!" as if she declared out-loud my powdered pearlescent nails are now magically transformed into the requested nude chrome color. I wish they would've told me upfront that this cannot be done. I would not request for anything out of the basic mani pedi here.

Lynn, You broke my heart. I came to you because my friend had such good things to say and her nails look amazing. I want to leave a 1 star but that's just mean and you would have had to of been slightly more terrible. Pack a lunch and clear your schedule here folks. You're in for a loooong waste of time. I came in with long natural nails that had normal OPI polish on and asked for a dip manicure. I spent 2 HOURS here for a dip manicure that looks so thick and cheap when I specifically asked for a thin natural look. When I politely said that I wasn't happy and asked if she could shape them she rolled her eyes and was so rude.. overly aggressive and made my cuticles raw to where I bled in several places. I will not be back nor do I advise waisting your time. Terri's nails across the way is AMAZING. Just be sure to make an appointment because they are very busy which is why I decided to try some place else. read more

I have been going to PB Timeless Nails ever since I moved to San Diego a few months ago. Lynn has been keeping my nails pretty and me happy each time. I would definitely recommend her as she is very gentle, she's a perfectionist who is undeniably passionate about her craft. I usually have a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish done here and Lynn's work lasts really long. A month will pass and my nails would still be perfect (no chip whatsoever). They also have a huge variety of nail polish (brands and colors) that you can choose from. Everyone in this salon is nice, friendly and professional. The workers here are very rude, mean, and unkind humans. Please do not waste your money and business here.
