Pretty quiet and clean inside. Customer service was good. Got my hot white mocha pretty quick. It was yummy and hit the stop for a morning coffee run on a chilly morning. Would definitely come back.

The lady at the front was very understanding of what we wanted and how we wanted it. I was looking to get my son something caffeine free but fumbled around with the order until we got help. My son loved the drink and said he wants to come back the next day. I also like that they play music here as well. It's especially nice on hot days coming into the cold ac. I recommend this place to anyone. They will help find what you're looking for.

The girl who took my order was super sweet! :) I was super excited to get home and bring my mom a coffee! I was looking forward to the hot white chocolate mocha but as soon as I get home I open my drink to take a sip and I am shocked to see my drink almost half empty? I'm super sad about this I drove 15 mins to get this and I cannot drive back for another. Nor can I afford to just go order this all over again. Very disappointed because this was my coffee before work.

Peet's Coffee has a few locations in Elk Grove. This one is one of them I like to visit when I'm there for lunch or dinner at the same parking lot. This mall has my favorite restaurant and ice cream shop. This Peet's Coffee has the same good coffee as the other Peet's Coffee I like--very good and fast service. I enjoyed having a cup of coffee in front of their outdoor seating area when the weather was good. They have a lovely interior as well. The parking lot can be jam-packed sometimes. Fortunately, most of the cars come and go very fast.

Peet's Coffee is one of the best coffee shops. The drinks have a strong coffee flavor and amazing taste. I've tried the caramel macchiato, chai tea latte, and cappuccino, all of which were delicious. Peet's offers a variety of syrups, including seasonal options. They also have a sugar-free option, which is vanilla. The interior is clean, and the service is fast. There is ample room both inside and outside of this location. The value is excellent for the quality, especially when compared to other coffee shops. It's my favorite coffee spot when I feel like treating myself.

Whewwwww, the Strawberry Matcha Frapp is delicious!! My coworker and I door dashed coffee the other day and I was pleasantly surprised to find a new and refreshing option. The matcha wasn't over powering and the strawberry wasn't overly sweet. As someone who enjoys a tasty frozen beverage, I will be ordering frequently while it's still available for the season. (:

Cute little corner coffee house tucked in the Leatherby's Plaza. Their drinks are always on point. I like ordering their fruit teas/lemonade variations. They have also added brown sugar jelly to your drinks. Most of their pastries are also good. They have a mobile app for easy ordering and pick up. And they also offer a rewards program if you sign up.

Came here with high expectations from hearing from a friend, can I mentioned that they are AMAZING ! Super patient with me, great communication! I believe this the Peet's coffee in the best area, must come and try!

Iced Honey Lavender Latte ~ $5.50
    Jean S.

First time getting coffee outside the house in months! I stopped by Peet's Coffee on Laguna Blvd, which was actually my first time at this Peet's location. They provided masks at the front table when you walk in. They also have marked squares that are distanced apart for you to stand in line to order. There is a separate line, spaced out as well, for mobile orders, and another area to pick up in-house orders. I ordered a medium Iced Honey Lavender Latte ($5.50), and asked for it a little less sweet. The lady taking my order was extremely nice and easy-going. I lined up to pick up my order, which actually took a little while, although there was only one person visibly ahead of me. They were making mobile pick-up orders, which was probably why they took awhile to make my drink. The Iced Honey Lavender Latte was really good! You can definitely taste the lavender flavor and it was just right! I wouldn't alter the drink, but keep it as is. It wasn't too sweet. The staff was really nice and friendly. There were a few tables and chairs open for seating, outdoors only, with a 15 minute time limit. Overall, so far, a one and only very good experience at this Peet's Coffee.

It is situated in the quaint old small downtown of Elk Grove, and it has a really cool vibe even on the outside. Once inside, I wanted to try one of their coffees and one of their breakfast sandwiches, which I had heard were terrific. I had a large hot latte which was very satisfying. Their roast is robust without being bitter or overpowering. Not the strongest cup of coffee I have ever had, but very good nonetheless. If you prefer more kicked, then I would have them add an extra shot. Off of their Panini menu, I tried a grilled cheese sandwich that I added bacon to. All of the ingredients on the inside of the Panini were terrific, but the star of the show is thick cut sourdough bread. When toasted up as part of being a grilled cheese, it is crunchy and flavorful. A tremendous sandwich. I look forward to returning to try something else on the menu. This is strictly a breakfast and lunch place. They close at 2 PM, however, it is worth making the drive and trying Tule. Unfortunately, the service and overall experience left a lot to be desired. I took my girlfriend here while she was visiting from out of town. I asked if they could make avocado toast, and they told me it wasn't on the menu. We asked if they had bread and avocado, which they did, but they still wouldn't make it simply because it wasn't a menu item. I found that response very odd, especially for what seemed like a simple request. When I mentioned the experience to my sister, she told me she had a similar issue. She and a friend were the only customers on the patio and waited about 15 minutes for their drinks. Eventually, they went inside and found the drinks sitting at the counter. No one had even thought to bring them out to the patio. This place has a lot of potential, but unfortunately it feels like the effort isn't there yet. Two stars for the aesthetics and the potential, but the service needs some sparkle

Of all the croissants in the Sacramento area, this one from Mellobun is one of my top contenders for best in the city (favorite is Julian's in Folsom). The salt bread is a new discovery for me and the sourdough base also makes it stand out from traditional Asian salt breads. It has a nice crust and delicate interior that is fluffy and just the right saltiness. The Korean cream cheese was too sweet for my palate but it's always fun to try flavored versions of classic Viennoiserie. I was expecting a more savory cheese bread but this is definitely a sweet + onion flavor. Customer service is very responsive. 09.06.2026 - Xulo Coffee Bar , Elk Grove, California…read more Sometimes, all you need is a good cup of coffee, something sweet, and a cozy place to sit for a while. That was exactly what I was looking for when I walked into Xulo Coffee Bar--a place where I could hopefully study, enjoy my coffee, and take in the atmosphere. I ordered an iced Mexican Mocha along with a Fruity Pebbles Concha, and honestly, it turned out to be such a satisfying pairing. The Mexican Mocha had that extra kick I was hoping for. The flavor was rich and deep with chocolate and cream, along with a subtle hint of cinnamon that gave it a warm, comforting finish. Even though I ordered mine iced, I couldn't help but imagine how perfectly the sweet pastry would pair with a hot Mexican Mocha on a cool morning. And the Fruity Pebbles Concha? Whatever you want to officially call it, the texture and taste reminded me of a concha with a fun and colorful twist. It was sweet, soft, and delicious--and paired wonderfully with my coffee. The café itself was full of life. It was packed with people, many of whom appeared to be enjoying brunch and spending time with friends and family. Latin music played in the background--the kind of music that makes you want to get up and dance a little salsa between sips of coffee. I came hoping to settle in and study for a while, although my search for a nearby outlet may have shortened my stay. But honestly, I didn't mind. Sometimes the best part of visiting a café isn't how long you stay--it's the experience you have while you're there. The staff was incredibly friendly, the café was spotless, and the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and full of energy. There was something about the music, the aroma of coffee, and the conversations happening around me that made the experience feel comforting and memorable. Xulo Coffee Bar is definitely a place I would return to. Whether you're looking for a flavorful coffee, a sweet treat, brunch, or simply a lively café to enjoy for a while, this is a spot worth checking out. Our order included chilaquiles with extra avocado, avocado toast, two Mexican mochas, and pan de muerto. With tax and tip, we paid $64.32, so this was not a cheap breakfast. We paid at 11:21 a.m. My husband did not receive his chilaquiles until 12:07 p.m., and my avocado toast arrived at 12:10 p.m. (49 minutes later). While I was still waiting, the waiter said, "I'll be back with your waffles," even though I had ordered avocado toast with no egg. The chilaquiles and Mexican mochas were good. However, the avocado toast had absolutely no flavor, and the potatoes had no seasoning. I only ate them because I had paid for them. I understand that restaurants get busy, but at a minimum, staff should check in, acknowledge the delay, and reassure customers that they haven't been forgotten. Instead, we waited nearly 50 minutes with very little communication. The long wait, order confusion, lack of communication, and bland food made the overall experience disappointing, especially at this price. If you decide to go to Xulo, hold off on tip until after you receive your food and see how the service actually is on that day. Don't make the same mistake I made. For excellent chilaquiles and service, just go to Blue Agave!

If you prefer coffee forward drinks, I'm not sure if the common ground would suffice. I did find the color a bit light, however that could be the sweetened condensed milk or that they have a higher milk to coffee ratio. In terms of their customer service, it was not the greatest but not the worst. The barista seemed pretty disinterested, but he did answer my question regarding sweetness level. I definitely want to give them another chance and see if it was just an off day.

I love how conducive it is to conversation when im on dates or when I'm on 1-1 meetings or even with a group of 6 people. The chairs are padded, comfortable for my aging bones. Seating is from 2-6 seats. In the colder months there's heaters & chairs outside which is nice aesthetically, ambiencey & for that patio like feel. I love that they open relatively later than usual and most boba spots (10am-10pm, Mon-Sun). I can usually modify my drinks to low or no sugar, light ice, and modify my milks because I'm a modifying my drink type of gal. One super cute thing I love about T% is that will decorate for most holidays. I love the decor for Christmas which includes a huge tree, for Valentines a giant bear & heart & an interesting looking telephone, for Chinese New Year some dragon decor. The service is awesome. They answer all my questions, and even help me when I can't find stuff on their self order kiosk, which is also convenient to get my order in. The manager lady is sweet, has adorable style & she works alot, maybe that's why the spot is running so efficiently & smooth. I haven't had a go-to boba place in the past ever, but since the beginning of the year I have one now. Love me some T%! I'd like to try the other location on EG Florin sometime too. Highly suggest!
