It is a very elongated Peets, but there are many seats and the process of ordering is fast and friendly. They does the refill wrong way. Unlike starbucks every time I do refill my card gets charged. Slow WiFi/Internet: 0.5 MBps download speed and 20KBps upload speed. This means most applications fail to work properly or hangs on the phone due to waiting for network operation. Large store. Good service. A/C on the large table side can get chilly. I love the trad cap so much I had to retrain my brain to savor my coffee at Peet's instead of guzzling it down like a starbucks. The traditional cap, one shot espresso & one shot coconut milk, is strong enough to jump start my brain on a lazy morning (Wednesdays)! My second new favorite drink is a honey cortado. It is beautifully sweet and my taste buds smile when I sip it. Two shots of espresso with milk and honey and dusted with cinnamon I love each visit to this Peet's. The staff are incredible. I came by during their friends & family day this past Saturday because I say a guy in a Major Dickinson's coffee bag costume with balloons waving people in. I've been waiting for this spot to open up, since the nearest Peet's is about 12 min. away. This spot is super close by and will be much more convenient. They had TONS of samples ready to try and everyone was super friendly. I met Joyce, the store manager, and she told me that everything was free since it was friends and family day. Okay! That's always a nice gesture to win over your customer base on this area:) The iced latte I had was delicious. They had all the fixings ready to go (just needed a bit of simple syrup) and the store was immaculate. Seating can be a challenge since it is very limited indoors. They have a large table in the back with a few smaller tables and love seats. Outdoor seating will be nice once the rain is gone. I think in the summer it will be utilized to its full potential. Friendly staff and a brand spanking new store - can't go wrong here. read more

This place can get super crowded. Luckily they have outdoor seating too. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They took their time to answer my questions. Been here a couple of times and one time I tried their ginger coffee. I don't recommend it at all. Ginger and coffee don't exactly go well together in my opinion. I'm going to try a few more types of coffees from this place but I generally like it. You can bring dogs inside the store to buy your coffee. That's cool that they are nice about that. Most place aren't, especially when you don't have individually wrapped foods. They have tons of parking nearby as you share the lot with multiple other stores. read more

I've been coming to this Peet's location for many years but have frequent less since the Pandemic. I don't write many reviews, as you can see, but the level of customer service we received today from Ricky merits a 5 star. Ricky helped us at the register and helped get our drinks/food. My friend was having a bad day and he really turned her day around and showed us compassion and empathy. I recently found out about the mango sunrise iced tea and the hibiscus berry splash tea infusions drinks! And I'm quite addicted to them. They are so refreshing and tasty. One thing I'm very impressed with at this Peets location is the fast service. They're nice and courteous. You make an order and before you know it, your drink is out! My "go to" coffee spot. Peet's is located in a cute new plaza with lots of lunch spots, Sprouts, Home Goods and Ross. At all hours, place is pretty full with people working on tables or enjoying the outside patio. I have never waited in a long line. The friendly employees move the lines pretty quick. I have also enjoyed seasoned sample drinks or small bites as they promote new items. I come here usually early or late mornings, or for an afternoon coffee boost. This particular peet's is totally not like your regular peet's coffee, the sitting arrangement is suck! My family is PEETNIK'S we all have a peetnik account but we have decided to avoid to come here as of now, my husband and have been having our Saturday&Sunday morning date at peet's at least for the last 15 years and when they built this peet's we couldn't wait until its open, we passed by leterally each weekend to see if its open, finally we have one open in our neighborhood I was so excited to have peet's nearby so we don't have to drive all the way to Santa Clara and downtown each weekend anymore, however the first weekend it's open we come here there was no place to sit, the second time no place to sit, the third time still no place to sit ! the owner decided to change the peet's sitting style, most of the sit here is looking on the wall, they hardly have any table you can sit for 2 or 4 people inside other than outside tables, from looking at it its like it is set like a campus style cafe where people come here to work on their laptop all day along, where they buy one drink and occupied the chair all morning. I hope they will last here in this business model. We are peet's fun! we have been to most peet's in the bay areas and this the only one that I have seen with this kind of sitting style and not much of the table sitting,so we have avoid to come here. If you want to social avoid to come here, you will not find any place to sit here, maybe during summer perhaps but for now we are happy to drive where we can get a table to sit and enjoy our delicious coffee. read more

I am not at all surprised that the rating for this Peet's location is between 4 and five stars. I was very happy to see there was a Peet's coffee near my new work location because I generally prefer their coffee to other coffee shops. After ordering dozens of drinks and breakfast type foods from this store, I've yet to have a drink prepared less than amazing. The food always comes out piping hot as well. They are also very efficient. I frequent so many coffee shops I've seen my share of drinks getting lost in the shuffle, incorrect orders, or clients being picky and expressing complaints. I've never really seen any of that here. I'm sure it happens from time to time but the point is I find them to be really efficient in how they work. Even better the people are very friendly and take notice and appreciate their regular customers. It's not uncommon to see the baristas chatting in a professional but friendly manner with their clients. The name of the manager is escaping my memory at the moment but she is always very hospitable and friendly. This I'm sure helps develop the overall nice ambience of this location. So if you want a good coffee, made well by a friendly team of baristas, I recommend you choosing this branch. Love to know there's a great and popular coffee place near me. Peet's Coffee have many options to choose from and I chose the matcha iced latte. For this drink with sweetener, I can taste that matcha added, the drink is chilly, and there's a little layer of cream that adds sweetness to the taste. Overall it's a safe and good choice for me. The cashier girl was really nice and friendly and I got my drink pretty fast. Now it's up to me how often I would come back here to enjoy the coffee place more. read more

Peet's on brokaw is my favorite place to study for the following reasons: - spacious (plenty of seating compared to starbucks on brokaw) - natural lighting (the store's walls are majority windows and you can control how much vitamin D you get with the blinds) - decent amount of outlets (AND there's a few outlets on the floor!) - dat new feel (everything is up-to-date since it just opened) I love this Peet's because the environment is perfect for studying. However, it can get busy if you're trying to grab a seat. I guess it depends on when midterms/finals are happening to determine how busy it can get. Weekends afternoon can be especially busy for studying. Weekdays are so-so, just depends on time of day (I literally went to Peet's everyday in April to get my thesis and other papers completed. so I know vvverrrrry well how busy it can get lol) Staff was polite and courtesy. drinks were made efficiently and always tasted great. There is definitely a rush in the morning for coffee. It can get crazy, but it eventually moves fast and dies down. Peet's on Brokaw is awesome. I've been looking for a new study spot, unfortunately, this isn't it. There's plenty of parking in this new plaza, and there are plenty of nearby food options too. However, most seats are oddly crowded in the back and customers constantly coming in with their smelly dogs (they smelled like pee!) really threw me off. Wifi was decent, I saw a handful of wall outlets if your laptop battery isn't too great, and the noise level was okay. Maybe I'm just too used to Starbucks, but the employees here just didn't come off as cheerful at all. read more

I love the seating options, with the larger table in the back and many window seats, I am able to concentrate for hours. I was a bit disappointed by the matcha/earl grey lattes, they tasted very bland, almost like water to me. However, I am willing to look past it, being a loyal Peet's customer. I have been coming to this Peet's every Saturday morning for the past 2-3 months while waiting for my son to have this therapy down the street. I love that there is plenty of parking at 9ish in the morning and that this location is not busy like others. The staff are very friendly and they make the drinks pretty fast. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for a drink and/or pastry with it. My Black Tie cold brew coffee is made the same each time and it is never a disappointment. I am a decaf drinker but this is the only drink that I will drink that is not decaf. I love it that much! read more
