coffee frappe and matcha frappe

I LOVE PEETS their frappes are so good. the matcha and coffee frappes are so tasty and the whipped cream is crazy. the bacon brioche sandwich is one of the best breakfast sandwiches ever like idk what they're doing but they need to keep doing it

Dubai style chocolate matcha
Raymond M.

Ordered the Dubai style chocolate matcha, and it was okay. The coffee flavor was not as strong as I prefer, and the matcha and Dubai chocolate were only slightly noticeable. I also substituted for the oat milk, but it tasted like regular milk, which was disappointing. Customer service was good, and there was plenty of parking available. The location has both indoor and outdoor seating, which makes it easy to find a convenient spot.

Peet's Coffee has been such a supporter of our local schools and teachers! As a TK teacher, I'm always grateful for the way they help keep educators energized through long school days and early mornings. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and efficient, and it's one of my favorite spots to grab coffee before class. Thank you for supporting the community and the people pouring into the next generation!

Iced Blushing Rose Matcha Latte

I usually come to this Peet's location since this is the closest one to where I stay when I'm in the area. The staff are always pleasant and I just wanted to highlight the blushing rose ice matcha latte! It's very refreshing and fruity and I would definitely come back for it again.

Just happened to passed by Peet's Coffee and yes they're open on New Year's Day till 4pm. Came by in the morning with very little traffic and hardly any shoppers with so many surrounding business closed for the holiday. Greeted very warmly by the staff and I chose the iced mocha with whipped cream regular not decaf. Cozy interior clean spacious and they even have a large outdoor seating. Loved my mocha light and flavorable was going to have a muffin or brownie abit overpriced though they look tempting. Wouldn't mind coming back great and they're open at 5:30 in the morning enough time before going to work.

Medium iced coconut black tie cold brew

Hubby received a Peet's gift card from a co-worker but since he doesn't drink coffee, he gave me the gift card. I was in the neighborhood and decided to drop by for a drink. I ordered a medium iced coconut black tie cold brew. The drink had the perfect sweetness with a mild coconut flavor. As for service, the cashier was friendly and my drink didn't take too long to be ready.

Friendly staff, online orders were ready on the counter, ready to go when I arrived! Very clean and organized store with model looks. Parking can be a little challenging, but I was lucky to find a 5 minute or 15 minute parking right in front of the store. I arrived around 12:30pm on a Sunday, and it was pretty much empty inside. Great time to go!

The service here are great, great atmosphere, I love their marble loft cake. I always comeback again and again

A simple, clean and smooth process. I've gone to this store front when it first opened and I haven't gone back since. When they first opened the quality of the drinks were not as great due to how impacted and busy they were as any other "new business" opening in the Bay Area. The flavors were very chalky and unbalanced. Going back to it now months/year(s?) later I can definitely taste the difference in flavor, depth and quality put into it. I'm not a big fan of matcha but when I do want a cup the Guava matcha is my #1. The guava matcha has been one of my favorite go to's ever since I've tried Haiku's pop up in their earlier days. It is different and unique compared to the classic strawberry matchas. I am happy to know that I can always rely on them as my go to for matcha lattes. The matcha flavor is deep and rich while the guava is nice and subtle. Mixing the two together it tastes very harmonious while not over powering one another.

I've come here on about two occasions, and the Black Sesame Latte is one of the best I've ever had. Its flavors are not overly sweet, and you can taste the quality of their coffee and ingredients. The place itself is small, so it's not the best place to get work done, but as a grab-and-go drink spot, it works. Parking is available on the street outside the building and inside of a parking garage nearby. Orders are taken on a self-serve kiosk. The second time I came around 9AM, they were completely out of the Black Sesame, which I found odd-make sure you have a backup plan in mind if they run out of stock! I'll definitely be coming back soon to get my coffee fix!

Now that that's done, their matcha is really good. REALLY GOOD. I appreciate them being plant based as I am a lactose intolerant girlie. The strawberry matcha is the perfect sweetness for me and I really enjoyed it, wishing that it came in a size 10x bigger. When you walk in, you might miss it. There are a few businesses in there and The Orange Tabby is elevated and is a small counter. My first time coming, it was closed (Wednesdays) but it prepared me for coming back because I knew exactly where it was. The inside of the building was very nice and clean as was The Orange Tabby. I ordered online, letting them know I was bringing my own cups. It didn't save time in the aspect where they had to wait for my cups to make it, but I was able to pay and just come in and drop off my cups to them. The girls working were super nice and friendly. The inside is small and was very crowded since they had several vendors set up inside. It was a bit claustrophobic. I think it would've been helpful if the volunteers managed the crowd and organized the lines a bit better. On the bright side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I tried the summer special, Mango Creamsicle Matcha, with 50% sweetness. The matcha was delicious, the flavor really came through. I love matcha so I'm glad it wasn't weak. That said, I felt like the mango flavor was too subtle. I'm not sure if it's because I adjusted the sweetness but I could barely taste the mango so it didn't give mango creamsicle vibes. I still enjoyed the drink though. I would like to come back when it's less crowded to explore the market and try more drinks without the crowds.

The drinks are great and affordable, especially for the Bay Area. Here are my thoughts on some of the drinks I've had at this location. MUNG BEAN MILK TEA: Even if you try to lower the sweetness, this drink is quite sweet. It definitely leans into pandan flavors. SEA CREAM JASMINE TEA: I usually like this drink from other locations, but when I ordered it here it tasted oddly like coffee. I've been weary of ordering it again. SEA CREAM BLACK COFFEE: Definitely can't go wrong with this item. The Sea Cream is delicious and blends well with the Black Coffee to create a taste that's not too sweet. GREEN THAI TEA: Another great option that is consistently tasty. Thai Tea with some floral notes. If you don't like drinks that are too sweet, I would recommend asking them to lower the sweetness. However, for some drinks, it is not possible to lower the sweetness. Overall, the ambiance is nice and the drinks are affordable. I will be coming back!

The staff described it as cold brew with milk and sweetener, which was helpful, but it ended up being way too sweet for me. That might just be how it's supposed to be though, and probably my fault for not choosing something that better reflects their coffee. The space itself is pretty large, with a good amount of seating inside and a few tables outside. There's also a decent amount of parking, and it's in a shared building with a brewery and other businesses. It has a bit of an unfinished warehouse vibe, which honestly makes sense for a coffee roaster. Only real inconvenience was that the restroom is locked, which feels a little odd for such a large coffee shop. Overall I'd still come back, but next time I'll definitely try an espresso based drink instead.
