Katherine, the host for our experience on July 24th, always goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. She is hilarious with obviously a great sense of humor (you better get up early to keep up). My Wife and I have been here innumerable times. For those complainers, feel free to try the other offerings. Thai2go comes to the fore front of my mind. I will use the word Glop, for the food quality. But I came here (the Yelp site) to state this is our favorite place for Asian Cusine. The only thing that would make it better if I ordered and there was Jet Lei back there in the kitchen. :-) Making a guest appearance to meet his fan base. You have to firmly insist on getting your refund here. The manager will come out and argue with you, questioning why you need or want a refund. She came out with a disgustingly stained shirt, covered in visible stains, not the clean apron she was supposed to be wearing; she was just holding it in her hand. She was not wearing a hairnet or any protective gear at all. The overall experience here is appalling. The establishment is grossly non-compliant with health and safety regulations. There is a suspicious leak on the floor that creates a constant puddle. Every countertop in the entire restaurant is sticky, as if it has never been cleaned. Open food containers are left everywhere, and they do not cover their homemade drinks or tea, leaving them exposed to contamination. It appeared that at least one of the food items contained toilet paper inside, which is completely unacceptable. The employees looked or acted as if they were under the influence, possibly stoned. There is a filthy, disgusting trashcan in the kitchen--used not for trash, but as a catch-all for food scraps, indicative of poor kitchen management. The kitchen itself is a disaster: countertops are filthy and seem never to have been wiped down, and the overall cleanliness is non-existent. read more

food poisoning after visit on 5/27/26!! i would steer clear of this location... we walked in an i saw food containers all sitting out that should have been my first sign to run far away. we ended up ordering our usual. food was ok, over seasoned and came out lukewarm. we ate anyway because we were hungry.. ended up all getting violently ill for the last day now. food was not great, but the safety of my family is my priority, so i'll never be back. read more

I have been here a few times and have enjoyed it each time. The food at this chain is a little fresher and more creative than what you will find at Panda Express, and the staff at Queen Creek is friendly and helpful. You can see the wok out in the open which is kinda cool. If you have realistic expectations for this fast casual eatery, you will probably like the food, service, and value here. My suggestion was not appreciated! I arrived early and the counter girl couldn't find my order. I went back to my car got my phone and showed her the order. She then found it on their system. I was early so I sat and played on my phone. There were about five us waiting and she took a new order and just placed it on the table without stating whose order it was, so one by one we all had to check and see if that was our order. I walked up to her and said "Can I make a suggestion. There are a lot of people waiting and when you just drop the order off with out stating the name, we all have to check to see for it's our order. Can you please say the name." No response. When it came time for my order that was late, nothing. She put it down on the table and walked away. No thank you for waiting, Sorry you waited. Nothing. I order from Pei Wei a lot. Tonight I ordered Dan Dan Noodles. It was a delivery order. The order arrived and I noticed that there were no cucumbers on the noodles. Instead there were green onions. Huge difference. I sat down to eat and immediately noticed that the noodles were extremely spicy. This is a dish that has never been spicy. In fact, when I order them and eat in the restaurant, I usually add some chili sauce to give them a bit of a kick. Tonight they were ridiculously spicy. I called the restaurant to ask why there were no cucumbers and to mention the how spicy the dish was. I had to call FOUR times before I finally got them to answer the phone. (Note, in the attached photo the fifth call was my error, the call was answered the fourth time). I'm disappointed that my order was wrong. If you're a Dan Dan Noodles fan, you know the cucumbers are distinct to this dish. Do better Pei Wei! read more

Really good chain Asian quinine! This place is always consistent and always feels a step above average chain restaurants. I really enjoy the lettuce wraps, they are on the healthier side for a light lunch. We ordered the spicy Korean BBQ Steak with a side of noodles, and also the Mongolian green beans. The Korean BBQ is one of the spicier dishes, but ways really flavorful and delicious. Don't skip the Mongolian green beans, they are addictive and feel a little healthier since it's a vegetables l, the sauce is If you enjoy tea, I highly recommend the Mandarin green tea, it is very aromatic and a great healthy option. Made on order of Firecracker chicken on fried rice for a 5:45pm pick up. Got there about 5:40 and I was greeted right away and gave them info about my order and they told me it would be a few minutes which I figured because I prefer to get it and go when it ready so it's hot when I eat it at home. Plus I received a beverage for waiting that was nice haven't had that before. It was ready right at 5:45. Got it home and it was well with it! Slightly spicy meal with a perfect amount of left over spice in the mouth. The chicken was crunchy and meaty, not fatty at all. The fried rice was done very well with a nice amount of vegi's. My husband and I eat here often because of the great tasting food cooked right in front of you on woks and the very friendly staff including, Katherine and the manager. It's always clean when we go there. We love the way the restaurant looks with lots of indoor light. I also can't say enough good things about this place. So disappointed. We're big Pei Wei fans, and having just moved to San Tan Valley determined that this location was the closest to our new home. We got take out from here before and it was good. Tonight I was feeling pretty blah, like I'm coming down with a sinus infection, and won ton soup is my go to comfort food when I feel sick. I walked in and ordered and my soup was ready to go pretty quickly. When I got it home I was very surprised and saddened to find cilantro in my Thai basil won ton soup instead of the usual scallions and, wait for it, BASIL. Cilantro made the soup taste kinda funky. Very sad. I called the shop to tell them so that no one else gets this concoction. The girl apologized and said she would let the kitchen know, and thanked me for calling. So here I sit eating funky tasting soup, despite fishing the cilantro out of it, and feeling pretty sick and sad. read more

This is my favorite pei wei location out of all of them. The crew is always so friendly and quick to answer my phone calls. This place is an advanced Panda Express, with prettier colors & brighter atmosphere. I believe it was Michael who helped me, the tall, dark haired young boy. He went to the extent of remembering my name and order. I was having a horrible day and walked here from break masters while my car was getting serviced and I have to say this interaction changed the course of my day. Truly appreciative for Michael and the pei wei crew and I will be back daily. The firecracker chicken w/ white rice is the best thing there. So delicious and filling everytime. I went in and ordered to go about forty minutes before they closed. I ordered the rice with extra egg and was charged for and paid for extra egg. However, there were no eggs at all in this dish. I noticed while I was sitting there That they had a green light flashing on their phone as if they either had a call on hold that they were ignoring, Or were just ignoring incoming calls. It became quite apparent that this was the case as when I got home and realized. My order was incorrect and tried to call for almost 20 minutes. And no one answered that they were truly either ignoring calls intentionally. Or someone had left one on hold. And no one had answered it, so no 1 else could get through. Thai wonton soup was a flavorful thai style chicken broth with plenty of scallions and thai basil. The soup was served to me lukewarm and should have been steaming. The egg rolls were crunchy and delicious. The lo mein was also delicious. I would stop by again for a quick lunch. Also, before noticing the moldy broccoli, I kept hitting what I can only describe as sand which is what caused me to take a closer look which is when I noticed the rotten broccoli.
