I usually make it to the storage facility where I have multiple units late in the evening, sometimes right before closing. I have had multiple experiences with finding people in the undercover area loitering around and taking a smoke break without any other cars besides my own on the property. One night a man got out of the back of his truck bed camper and walked across the way to have a smoke as I pulled in. He wasn't headed to a unit and looked like he had settled in for the night. This was just a few minutes before the gates closed was set to lock for the night. When I brought this to the attention of the manager he seemed unconcerned and told me that there was no night watchman and as long as they had a unit and entered before the gates closed at 10pm they could stay as long as they like. Basically the response was nothing to see here. Tonight I once again entered the building after 9 pm only to find that 2 people were talking/arguing around the corner even though no other cars were anywhere to be found. This was the area of my own storage locker and where I had seen a man before. Feeling extremely unsafe and knowing there was no security on site or even monitoring the cameras, I left the building without putting my things in storage. While I understand that this might be a place that someone could afford and may choose to use as there home base, it can make it extremely unsafe for others who are actually using the storage facilities and units as was intended. I have had storage units in the past at other facilities in the area and NEVER experienced anything like this. I do not recommend this place!

I was quoted an estimated total of $43.07 for a local truck rental, but after returning the truck I was charged $93.34. The charge included 24 miles and 2 gallons of gas, despite only driving 22 miles and returning the truck fueled above the full marker. When I presented my drop-off photos and fuel transaction, instead of simply correcting the bill, they offered a partial correction. They refused to remove the 2-gallon fuel charge and acted like they were doing me a favor only partially overcharging me. If you rent here document everything and do not assume that they will correct the bill willingly.

They Called us promptly at 0900 and stated that they were to be here in a few minutes. Communication was amazing! This is our first time working with movers so my fiancé and I were a little nervous. When we met Justin Bell and Gus, they had made the whole experience and transition so nice! I was very impressed of how quickly they had moved all of our items and furniture to the moving truck! They wrapped our furniture very nicely and always had an upbeat attitude( Side note, we live on the second floor) Throughout the whole process, they were chatting with us and laughing and just in good spirits, again I am very impressed. Once we got to our destination, they were quick and swift in retrieving our belongings and bringing them down stairs and was able to place my items where they needed to be. All of our furniture and items arrived with no issues and no complaints. I definitely recommend Justin Bell and Gus! If you guys are ever are needing Movers, really, get these guys! Horrible moving experience -- significantly exceeded estimate, poor planning, and no resolution…read more I had a very disappointing experience with All Service Moving. I was originally given an estimate of approximately 3-4.5 hours and $690-$800 for my small single bedroom apartment. Instead, my move took approximately 6.5 hours and cost me over $1,000. A major issue was the truck that was sent for my move. I was moving out of an approximately 600-square-foot apartment, and the truck was significantly larger than necessary -- it ended up being only about 40% full. Because of the truck's size, it couldn't access the loading area where it needed to park, which meant the movers had to make much longer trips between the truck and my apartment. This added a considerable amount of time to the move. Photos and information about both locations were available beforehand, and had been viewed so I don't understand why an appropriately sized truck wasn't selected. The other major issue was the pace of the move. I repeatedly observed the movers not actively working. Nearly every time I went outside, they were standing around talking, laughing, or on their phones. When I went back into my apartment while they were working inside, I observed similar periods where they were not actively moving items. I completely understand that reasonable breaks are necessary, but this was far beyond what I expected when I was being charged by the hour. The movers were polite during the actual move, and I initially had no concerns about their interpersonal conduct. Unfortunately, that changed afterward. One of the movers began repeatedly contacting me on my personal phone asking about a tip and a five-star review. I repeatedly explained that I intended to tip but was waiting for a bank transfer to clear and that it would take a few days. Despite that explanation, I received multiple texts a day asking about it. I ultimately felt harassed and uncomfortable enough that I blocked the number. I contacted the company afterward and gave them a detailed explanation of my concerns, including the oversized truck, the additional time and cost, the repeated periods where the movers weren't actively working, and the inappropriate pressure regarding the tip. Unfortunately, they did nothing to resolve the situation. The Operations Manager's response was simply: "It is Unfortunate that I must inform you That we cannot issue you any kind of reimburse you any kind of refund." There was no meaningful response to the specific concerns I raised and no attempt to address why a move estimated at 3-4.5 hours and $690-$800 turned into a 6.5-hour, $1,000+ move. I was promised a certain level of service and a guaranteed timeframe/cost, and that expectation was not met. I gave the company an opportunity to make the situation right, and they declined to do anything. I would strongly recommend getting very specific information about truck size, access, estimated hours, and what happens if the move significantly exceeds the estimate before booking with this company. My experience left me feeling like I paid substantially more because of poor planning and an inefficient move, and then received no meaningful response when I brought those concerns to the company.

I needed a forklift to get this nonsense straightened out. After making too many phone calls, I came across Jennings Equipment in Puyallup, and spoke directly to Andrew. Once he understood what my situation was. Advised me to bring it there if possible, and they would assist me with straightening out the situation. I managed to get the trailer and its wonky load to their store, and he personally took the time to help me (with a forklift), and organize it in a way that was legal and safe. Andrew's customer service was second to none. As my teenagers would say, props and a shout out, he absolutely nailed it when it came to helping resolve this issue.

At our new house, they put stuff down to protect the carpeting and put everything exactly where I wanted it! They are also reasonably priced and won't break your bank account simply to move. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help moving! Thanks again guys, for making the move so easy and quick! Oh and they were honest about "damaging" our bed frame thing, and when I went to look I didn't even see any damages! They did take off some for it, which I was impressed with.
