I was relieved that the service technician was able to do the inspection, made recommendations and tires replaced, plus alignment performed all in the span of less than 2 hours. We have used America's Tires in the past at their former location in Long Beach Town center. I was happy that Brandi presented options that could fit my low mileage driving style ( thanks to working from home since 2020 pandemic). I opted for Yokohama tires, plus the available free monthly air check and every 6 months balance service that came with purchase. Quite busy location, every technician was courteous; I received updates as the work progressed. Francisco did the alignment and overall I feel my car drives smoothly now. In the end I purchased a rim for a spare tire, using one of the existing tires that were going to be trashed anyway. All cars run on tires after all, and I wanted a safe ride that did not require replacing until about 10 years after, given my low mileage. Tires cost from less than $100 each to over $200 depending on your driving needs. Bonus: clean all gender restrooms with changing table, comfortable and air cons waiting room.

Because I bought the tires from them and I also purchased the tire insurance from them. The lady visually inspected and couldn't see anything wrong. She refilled air and I went on my way. A few days later the TPMs light came back on. I took it back in. Told the rep the situation. Asked him if he could check it out for me. The tire is still under warranty and I have tire insurance on top of that. He told me he could not inspect the tire until I bought two new front tires from them. I gently declined. He kept on trying to sell me on tires citing safety issues etc. Since I did not buy two front tires from them, they refused to service my back tire. I brought the car in to get a tire checked out and serviced, from a store I bought the tire from, not to be solicited and forced to buy something I did not want. Why pay insurance for something when you can even utilize it for the reason you bought the insurance for in the first place. Came back to speak with a manager to report the incident and get some clarity. I was helped by a gentleman named Nicholas. He was great and he offered to help and make things right. I had to politely declined. I went to the other guys down the street. They were much more helpful and honest. After this experience I will never buy tires from them again. Been a loyal customer for over a decade. Spent thousands. Bought all of my family's tires from them. A company in decline, if they feel that they have to force, manipulate, and corner their customers to produce sales. What a shame.

Their price was the lowest compared to all other Yelp responses I received by at least $40. Based off this very limited interaction, I'd recommend reaching out to them if you ever need any services.

I had already purchased an OEM replacement handle from an authorized Honda parts dealer, and initially planned to have the dealership install it. However, the dealership quoted me a very high labor cost and required me to leave my car overnight due to their busy schedule. After doing some research, I found Action Auto in Cypress and spoke with Mark. From the very first phone call, Mark was friendly, professional, and transparent. Best of all, his quote was about half the price of what the dealership wanted to charge. The convenience was a huge bonus. They told me I could bring my car in anytime between 8am-5pm (and even Sundays 8am-3pm). I dropped off my car at 8:30am, and it was ready by lunchtime the same day. On top of that, they even offered a complimentary shuttle ride home--something the dealership no longer provides. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Mark's customer service was outstanding both over the phone and in person. The shop itself was clean and well-organized, and I noticed several repeat customers while I was there, which says a lot about their reputation. The finished tint looks great, and the front windows are dark enough for the privacy I wanted without going overboard. While I was there, Steve also repaired some curb rash on one of my wheels. I must say today's experience has been great... i have been getting my truck smog checked here…read moresince they opened. Every time has been great, but this time my truck was leaking oil. They were able to help me with my smog check and let me know what was wrong with my truck all the way around. I needed an oil change and they took care of it no problem. Also was able to tell me which tire pressure sensor was bad and was able to tell me about my stability track. On top of all of that they topped off all my oil and fluids. Check all of my filters. It was just a really good experience that I haven't had from a repair shop in a very long time not even the dealer does it like that anymore. I really appreciate how transparent they are. Five stars really aren't enough stars for them. And the best part is, it's a price you can't resist. Thank you guys!

The gentleman on the phone said the transmission fluid is for life unless I'm towing or carrying heavy loads. When I questioned why I see that it's recommended online he says that dealers will recommend this service all day but if you check the Toyota maintenance manual it says you don't need it. Man! I haven't even been to this shop yet and I'm already getting a good feeling about this place. It's a bit more expensive for an oil change than other places that have quoted me, but I like that they use factory parts including Toyota oil filters. I'll update this review once I get the car in for my first visit. Stay tuned.... 6/29/26 - Brought my Sienna in for an oil change + complimentary 30-point inspection (since it was my first time there). Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

I found Francis through an online search because of the many positive reviews, and during our first interaction he was friendly, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. He ordered the part directly from Acura and quoted me a fair price. My car was ready the following day, but when I arrived to pick it up, Francis informed me that my vehicle had been involved in an accident while in his care. He explained that another driver had been speeding through the parking lot and crashed into him. He gave me the other driver's information, and I contacted him immediately. The other driver gave a very different version of events. He stated that he was backing out of a parking space and did not see Francis. He also told me that Francis provided his driver's license information but refused to share insurance information. Now, more than a month later, I still have a damaged vehicle and have not received insurance information from Francis despite multiple phone calls, text messages, and outreach from Mercury Insurance. I trusted this shop to take care of my car, not return it to me in worse condition and leave me responsible for a $500 deductible. What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability and urgency. Francis acted as though this situation was not a major concern and repeatedly assured me that the other driver would "take care of it," which has not happened. According to the other driver, Francis even asked him to change the story about what happened. I chose this business because of its strong reviews and the image Francis presents, but my experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. I believe customers deserve honesty, transparency, and responsibility when their vehicle is in someone else's care.
