Wow is the menu extensive! We had five in our party and not one complaint. I'm still hoping for some gluten free options!

Pancakes were dry. Eggs were good even though received scrambled after ordering over easy..

I bought 2 muffins for the road, got in the car, and tried to eat them. The first was so stale I literally had to pull it apart with two hands. The second was moldy. The server was very kind when I came back to return them the next day but I would not recommend eating anything from that place. We visited Percy's for the first time at 12:00 pm on a Sunday in January. The food was fine. The toast was good and the home fries were excellent. Eggs, hash, etc were all average, as was the coffee. Unfortunately, despite being fully staffed for a pretty light lunch crowd, the service was very, very slow. It took a long time to greet us at the door and seat us, way too long to bring coffee and take our order, quite a while to bring our food, and just as long to bring our check. I can only imagine how long the waits would be in-season. Also, the prices weren't ridiculous but certainly no bargain--probably fine if you're on vacation but much more than the better diners in town. read more

Currently mourning the death of customer service... Arrived at 11:30 and were told the kitchen was backed up and they were not seating customers. At 12:10 we were offered seating and when we asked were told we would still have to wait about 25 mins to be served. We had a 12:45 doctors appt so had to go. My wife summed it up pretty well... The dramatic staff is in dire need of competent adult supervision. read more

We came during the off season so we really didn't have to wait. Our waitress was friendly and our food came out very quick and was delicious!!! My omelette was sooo cheesey it was great. I loved it can't wait to go back. read more

Absolutely the worst. There was food caked all over the menu. The waitress was either massively hungover or an addict -- or both. One napkin on the table already dirty. We waited 45 minutes for simple breakfast. Not one word from the staff. The eggs were stone cold. The spinach in an omelette was largely green slime and obviously long past fresh. Falmouth location - second time we've been and we won't be going back. Arrived to find a wait (fine, no problem,) but there were 6 open tables we counted as well as 3 open counter seats. The couple ahead of us were waiting at the hostess stand to put their names in.The young hostess blatantly ignored them until the man spoke up. The hostess saw that we were waiting to put our name in as well but turned around to ignore us until I spoke up. Stood near a woman waiting by herself. She asked if she could sit at the counter as she was alone and was told "no!" Why would they make a single take up a table where there was a wait to be seated, and why woudn't they let her sit at the counter as she requested when there were open seats there? We were seated 15 minutes later, while everyone around us remarked on how odd it was that there were open tables everywhere. Our waitress didn't come over for 10 minutes after we were seated. We were ready to place our entire order but she only took our drink orders (waters because I think $2.99 for a glass of juice is insane). The waters took 10 minutes to arrive and the waitress was about to walk away when I said "we'd like to order food now." The food took close to 50 minutes to arrive. The waitress did not ask if we needed anything else during that time. They had seated us right next to the door so we were surrounded by people waiting (fine, no problem) but they were also all grumbling about the wait and how there were open tables and no customer service. I wanted to walk out but my husband was very hungry and wouldn't let me. Our food arrived cold and congealed because it had clearly been sitting around for a while. The Falmouth location is not a big place, maybe 25-30 tables? They had 4 people on for wait staff plus the hostess that I could see. None of them except for the man look like they were in any hurry to deal with customers. Our waitress finally returned and tried to take the plate I was still working on. We asked for the check because we knew it would take a while like everything else and she didn't bring it over for another 10 minutes. An hour an a half for breakfast is nuts. They didn't appear short-staffed or especially busy for 11am on a Sunday, but almost everyone there acted inconvenienced to be waiting on customers. Terrible customer service just in time for tourist season. Too bad I am a local and won't be coming back. Also too pricey for mediocre food and terrible service. With all the other amazing breakfast options in the Falmouth area I would advise taking your business elsewhere. read more

Lots of confusion due to 2 entrances. People end up standing in front of your table while they wait. Staff seems to move in slow motion. @30 min from sit down to meal served. A little long for breakfast. Crispy potatoes were only slightly browned and crispy on top. Pancakes too thick and dense. Not.light and fluffy. Took 6 minutes for our coffee refill. We loved this place ! Great with kids - old style diner like. Yummy food and friendly service.

The food is excellent. The service was abominable! It took an hour to get seated while there were many empty tables. We sat down and there were no clean cups. It took so long to get our food that I had time to write this review and several more. They definitely need more help! read more

Stood and waited for 20 minutes to even get acknowledged when we walked in....despite any empty tables. Pretty much ignored once we were seated. Finally got up and just left. Not sure if the food is good. But the service was non-existent! read more

Will never return. Ate here on while on vacation. This was the worst service i've had in a very long time. There were only three or four tables full with three or 4 waitress to support them (Almost 1 to 1). We waited way too long for everything. The waitresses stood around as people sat there waiting for food, coffee refills, their bill. A watched a table wait 15-20 mins for a menu. The waitress asked them " are you ready to order?" They said "we haven't received menus yet" Prices were high: 2 adults, 2 children, egg and pancakes: $60 read more

Terrific breakfast. Nice that you can choose your sides and and how many eggs desired with the "endless eggs". Big menu with a nice selection of choices. Attentive, friendly waiter. Recommended to us by a friend and we would also recommend Persy's read more

I was a part of a wedding party that held brunch here for 3 days straight. The wait staff was all fantastic and efficient. We held brunches ranging from 10 to 40 people and they accomodated us very well. The prices are very good as well as the food. Their coffee is fantastic, which is what I look for in a breakfast spot. All in all, they made it very easy for us to have our brunch here and were always willing to accomodate our every need. I highly recommend Persy's not only for breakfast, but any large events that you need to be taken care of. read more

We were seated at a table with unclean sticky chairs, and when we asked for a different table, we were waved over to a booth. The new table was rather disgusting. There were scrambled eggs and cheerios on the floor. I was glad I wasn't wearing flip flops. After being reseated, we were promptly ignored for twenty minutes. No drinks, no waitress, no place settings so we walked out. I can't comment on the food, because I never got to even order. The service and cleanliness were pathetic. read more

Very bad service, lack of staff, nice menu poor food! Two experiences, same thing every times!

We stayed at the hotel attached to the restaurant so decided to check this place out for breakfast. The first morning we ate here the meal with fine - food was nothing special, but it was fine for a hotel meal. The second morning we came for breakfast we were seated with the same waitress as the previous morning. As soon as we sat down she asked us if he had taken the paper copy of our check with us yesterday after we left. We told her we had not. The women at the register who we paid our bill with had misplaced the paper version of the check which had caused enough of a commotion that the misplaced check from the morning before was brought up over and over again during the meal. Finally, the manager informed us that a "missing check in the restaurant was a really big deal for them." I told her I understood, but was not sure how we could help being as how we had paid our bill and not taken the original version of the check with us. When the breakfast was finally over and our bill for that day came, we noticed that the waitress had double charged us by $7.00 dollars. The manager quickly correct the mistake and apologized, however, after the missing bill fiasco from the day before hopefully she realized she should reprimand her employees and not customers over their internal mistakes. read more

I ate at this restaurant this morning, we were a party of 5. It was late morning and was not that busy. We waited a long time for our order to be taken because the young waitress (Michelle) was distracted waiting on her 5 friends. When our food finally arrived the presentation was aweful, the food was thrown on the plates, I plate food at home better! I ordered the all american waffle and when I bit into it it was ice cold. I gave a bite to two other people at the table who agreed it was ice cold. When the server finally returned to see how things were (again it took a long time) I explained my food was cold. Her response...."the actual waffle? Because the fruit is cold" ahhh yes....the actual waffle, I am a grown woman and can determine when my food is cold. When she brought my replacement waffle the fruit was in a bowl on the side which I found to be very insulting. The other food was nothing spectacular, scrambled eggs with cheese, the slice of cheese just placed on top and not melted etc. When I asked to speak to the manager the girl at the register said she was. She couldn't have been more then 17. I explained the situation to her and her response was just sorry. I also think you should know the server gave her friends free food. I left your restaurant today extremely upset and insulted and before I was even out the door your staff was talking trash at the register about me and my complaint. I can't believe this is how you run your business I am not a tourist but a resident of Mashpee, someone who helps keep your establishment in business in the off season winter months. read more
