This amazing hidden gem in the city of Compton doesn't disappoint. It's a very small restaurant, but the customer service is friendly, the store is very clean and the food is super yummy! The ingredients are extremely fresh.

The Pho was amazing. I got the shrimp pho and spicy wontons. The food was so delicious and I could taste the love in their dishes. You must try it!

    Chicken pad Thai

$18 chicken pad Thai is bland and the chicken is paper thin. I've had the pho before and it's decent, a little bit too salty for my taste but still good.

Some of the best pho I've had. I'm so happy I don't need to drive far for good noodles anymore. The broth is amazing, the service is quick. You're missing out if you don't try it.

    Beef Pho Xtra Spicy !

Love their beef Pho soup ! Always my go too and I always ask for it super spicy and it never disappoints

    Chicken pho !

Amazing service... and the chicken pho (plus the shrimp pho my friend got) were really really delicious. I loved it.. the scenery itself is pretty small, but clean. You get your moneys worth here. Don't over think. Just go!

Beef Pho, Spring rolls and a Squirt to wash it down! So delicious!

Food was sooo amazing! My first time having PHO and I absolutely enjoyed it. The beef Pho was so satisfying along with the spring rolls. Spring rolls only sold on Thursdays. I think I'm going back today lol. A MUST HAVE !

Ka-Theo with beef brisket, beef balls and tripe...with all the fixings and best chili oil(satay)

Amazing home cooked khmer noodles called Ka-Theo. Small, welcoming and very hospitable restaurant. A hidden gem...for sure!!! After we walked in they had to go orders going, and people ready to order and dine in. After the rush, we took our time making our selection and sat down ourselves. My kids are picky about their noodles. They had the beef ball Ka-Theo, my oldest ate all her noodles and helped her sister finish hers. My wife had the beef tripe Ka-Theo, she was speechless, enjoying every bite. I had their brisket, with beef balls and beef tripe Ka-Theo...DELICIOUS!! All the fixings were included, giving me all the best aromas and flavors I enjoy. I love a place that specializes in a simple menu, perfecting their ingredients, providing foodies like me, the best experience. If you are craving a nice warm bowl of noodle soup, swing by and try some of PHAT Noodle's Ka-Theo!! You won't regret it.

Feeling under the weather, so I came here for some pho. This is my second time coming here, unfortunately, no pictures were taken as I demolished the chicken pho I ordered. This place closes early and is only open during the week, but it is totally worth it if you can swing by. The chicken broth is so flavorful and you can request it spicy, which gives it an amazing kick. The service was good, and a few families were inside eating. It's a hole in the wall, but those are the best authentic places to eat.

Horrible customer service. And their prices aren't updated on their noodles. I also found a hair in my food.

This is the best Pho I've ever had. It tastes great and the portions are fairly large. The owners are super friendly and welcoming.

    Are there vegan/vegetarian options (:?

We do have a vegan option. If you get #6 dry it becomes vegan. The rice noodles, tofu, broccoli, bok choy, and napa cabbage is sautéed with garlic oil and soy sauce.

The Seafood Noodles had a nice flavor to the broth; however, I ordered it with egg noodles, which I would have preferred to be a bit more al dente. My friend and I shared a variety of dishes: -Student Noodle: If chow mein and pad thai had a baby, this would be that dish. Without the fish sauce, the noodles tasted like chow mein. This dish overall was good! While I would still opt for pad thai, the noodle texture was good and I enjoyed the flavors. We got this with crispy pork and it was tasty, but I wish it was crispier. I liked how it wasn't too fatty. -Fish Amok: It did not look like the picture, but the dish was still good. It was a sweet fish curry which was sweet from the coconut milk. This was tasty and the fish was soft. It wasn't fishy at all. This paired well with the rice. I would still opt for a savory curry though. -Beef Skewers: These were yummy and I enjoyed the charred flavor of these! The flavor was very similar to Filipino skewers. I liked how even the fatty parts were enjoyable. Steamed Rice: Fluffy and not mushy which I liked. It came served in this cute rice bucket which preserved the heat of it. The restaurant was decorated nicely and was pretty clean. Bathrooms available which were also clean. The service was good and attentive. There's lots of free parking in the lot in front. Overall, a solid Cambodian restaurant that's worth checking out in the Long Beach area!

Maybe it's nostalgia or maybe they've just lost their taste buds. What really bothered me was the service. Why hand customers a menu if you're not even going to give them time to look at it? I had barely sat down before a waiter rushed over asking what I wanted. I told him I had just sat down and hadn't even opened the menu yet. He rolled his eyes and walked away. I kid you not....about 30 seconds later, another waiter came rushing over asking the same question. I felt rushed and annoyed at the same time. What's going on here? To be fair, I grew up eating here and have returned about three times as an adult. Unfortunately, each visit has been worse than the last. The restaurant seems to have no motivation to improve. The place feels dirty, the food is mediocre, and the customer service is pretty terrible.
