Phin Café is hands-down one of my top three favorite coffee shops--maybe even #1. Any time I'm in the area, it's a non-negotiable stop. As a big fan of Vietnamese coffee, I love that they slow-drip it the traditional way. That egg foam they top it with? Out of this world. Rich, creamy, and totally unique--it adds a whole new layer to the coffee experience. I've tried almost every flavor: pandan, ube, salted, even durian--and every single one is delicious in its own way. The Nutella banana coffee was a wild combo, but somehow it totally worked. I've also gone through all of their matchas, and not a single drink has let me down. They just know what they're doing. Service is consistently quick--baristas are efficient and friendly, and they pump drinks out fast without sacrificing quality. The interior is the cherry on top. It has this calm, chill vibe--perfect for unwinding, catching up with friends, or just sipping solo and enjoying the moment. It's cozy, welcoming, and easy to spend time in.
