This is a very traditional and authentic Vietnamese spot! They have a large menu with lots of tasty Vietnamese dishes from rice dishes to pho. They're a big part of the Vietnamese community and I'd recommend them to others in the area!

Fresh summer rolls with peanut sauce - did not enjoy
    Rachel M.

Service was fast and friendly, and restaurant nicely decorated at Christmastime. I did not care for the fresh summer rolls. They had too much noodle and a runny peanut sauce, whereas I prefer more meat and veggies with a thicker sauce for dipping. Also, something tasted off in the roll, but I couldn't place my finger on what it was. Pho was okay. Thin broth and plenty meat/vermicelli. Generous with accoutrements (fresh lime, basil, sprouts, jalapeño). Not too salty but on the saltier side. I don't think I'll be back. Nothing wrong but not a showstopper either. Looking for a go-to.

Still my # 1 go to for Pho in the STATE. Delicious, affordable, and authentic. The owners are super kind (the lady remembers that I like it spicy and brings over Asian chili without me asking). Worth the visit.

XL #40 - well done brisket

Ordered an XL #40. Great portion for the price - $17. I was feeling a bit under weather and this soup healed me. The food came out hot and fast. The waitress was attentive. Lots of seating options and parking is a beeeze.

Visited here Friday, August 26, 2022, with a co-worker. The owner that sat us down and told us they had to put up curtains during Covid. The cables were still hanging on the ceiling. Only a few other people occupied the restaurant. She took our order quickly. Four spring rolls and beef Pho. The Spring rolls were light and served with peanut sauce. A giant shrimp nestled inside the roll and tasted very fresh. My Pho came out steaming with tomatoes, green onions, generous portions of beef, and the broth and noodles had real flavor. She gave me fresh bean sprouts, and jalapenos which I piled on top of that wonderful Pho. This restaurant had a wonderful rendition of Pho and the appetizer tasted fresh. Visit here for a nice lunch Pho experience!

Hand's down the best Pho I have had in New Mexico. #37 is my favorite. Vermicelli bowls are also great, and of course the Avocado shakes.

Pretty good pho for being the middle of nowhere. The noodles needed to be cooked a tad longer but the broth was excellent.

Get 48 like 38 with everything including beef on the side. Cook beef in broth to your taste. Lily and Hue make best Pho in Albuquerque.

No attempt at Vietnamese authenticity; instead, corners are cut with cheaper or maybe less challenging (for American palates) ingredients. Truly not great. I've experienced this before in Europe, where some ingredients aren't available locally or they are afraid to insult local tastes. But Albuquerque has a significant Vietnamese population, great local supply of everything. There are so many good Vietnamese restaurants in Albuquerque, but this is not one of them. If you want dumbed down, flavorless food that won't challenge you, this is it. It is clean and pleasant here.

The papaya salad is good but I've had better. The papaya is sliced thinly which I love. The cocktail shrimp are sliced in half and spread out on top. Some crunchy scallions topped in the center. The dish is good and I would have liked more things in the papaya. Pickled shallots , tiny shrimp, something crunchy . It was fine - needs something more . The ambience includes couples, families and singles. Unfortunately at 8 pm they were fixing the room and a few employees were sliding the chairs on galvanized concrete and it was almost as bad as fingernails on chalkboard. This is easily corrected by asking employees to lift chairs.
