Ordered Pho Dac Biet, OC Len Xao Dua (sea snails with coconut) and Mi Go Saigon (egg noodles dry). The snails were brought out first. It was decent, but I liked the one served at Claws better. Next was the Pho and finally the Mi Go. I liked the Mi but my boyfriend thought it was too salty. It was served dry with a bowl of soup on the side. He liked his Pho better I thought it was too small and the price was kinda pricey. Within a few hours we both had the 'runs', not sure if it was the food or if it was just us. Would we go back? It's a nice and cozy place with kind servers!! I typically come here for phở or mì gõ, and most times they come out faster than I anticipate it to. The broth for the phở is not too salty and not too bland, making it a flavorful addition to the dish. The noodles in the mì gõ are very tasty too! Overall, a nice place along Bolsa Avenue for some Vietnamese food and I would recommend this place! read more

Walking in the ambiance and decor is nice and modern. I ordered the Pho Ti and Grilled Shrimp with Sa Ta sauce. The pho was ok, very fragrant but lacking in flavor. The grilled shrimp have the perfect smokey grill taste but once again flavoring is lacking. However, it comes with (2) sauces: a green one which is spicy (and it takes a bit for me to say something's spicy) and the traditional sweet tangy red Asian sauce for egg rolls/lumpia. The servers are good and respectful. The menu does offer a wider variety of dishes that would definitely bring me back a second and third time to see if maybe that is where they specialize in so there's a return visit in the future for this place. Overall my first visit wasn't memorable but if I'm in the area I'd visit again to try some other dishes. read more

I've been here so many times since they opened. I tried dry noodles combination and it never disappointed me. The food quality is always there. The service was good (excellent for a Vietnamese restaurant) don't expect anything more. They were quick, smiling all the time which is a plus and 1st best impression. I wouldn't go any where else for the dry noodles, simply best out of all the Vietnamese restaurants I tried. My wife always tried the beef and rice combination and she loved it. Again the qualify is always there. I'll give a shot on other food next time I visit. The restaurant is fairly new and clean with modern design. Weve tried so many dishes here already and I would have to say it's pretty good! My husband and I have ordered it for delivery (grub hub) a few times and it's been on time and their portions are huge. I definitely recommend trying the pork/shrimp spring rolls (you get to.roll it yourself at the restaurant), canh bun, bun rieu and bun vit mang (the duck comes with veggies on the side. My friend suggested this place for their Bun Rieu with the soft-shell crab. It was so good, I was slurping the broth down to the last drop. The broth was made very well and the rieu was rich and meaty as it should be. The crab was a game changer. My husband got the Bún Thit Nuong Cha Gio and it was presented beautifully. Instead of a bowl, it was served in a serving platter so you can see the food better. I'll have to try that when I cook that dish myself. I'm almost hesitant to let the cat out of the bag since this place is not well known. But since I don't live in the area, I think others should know how good the food is here. read more

Came here twice now and the servers are nice and the food is great and decently priced! The first time I went, the workers played happy birthday on the speakers when we brought out the cake. Very nice gesture that was really appreciated. I had their dry pho which was delicious and the sauce was flavorful. Don't worry, the dry pho also comes with a side of soup if you're still in the mood for some pho but want to try something new. read more

My mom and I went for a dinner at Pho2to on Saturday night. It was a nice experience overall. Food: It's the Pho place but I actually prefer their Hu Tieu, 5/5. I'm in LOVE with their special sauce for dry noodles; I thought it was spicy (based on its color) but it was not, it tasted AMAZING so I kept asking for more. My mom loved it too. We also had the Squid Salad which is a sweet and sour salad, mango added. This one was good,4/5. My mom ordered Bun Cha Ha Noi, 4/5; I would say it was good but the vermicelli could be better, it was too dry at the time we got it. They also serve clams/razors snails which we would love to try next time. Service: friendly and attentive. Not recommend Pho and Ice Coffee together. I had pho and ice coffee today. The result was really bad. I have stomachache and vomiting.

To start off, this place also sell snow icecream but we were here for brunch, so did not have a chance to explore that area. Service is great, they brought us plastic spoon, scissor and extra bowl because we have kids even when we didn't ask for it. As for the food, it is very average, nothing great. Since it is Pho 2 bowl, I order that and it was disappointing. It is like seasoning plain Pho with mince pork in one bowl, and the Pho broth with meatball and slice beef in another bowl. The sauce that come with it taste like salsa. That is not Pho and trust me I ate plenty of Pho. Even when I add the broth into the dry Pho at the end, it is still taste weird. My husband order regular Pho and he said it is taste alright, not great. They don't have fresh Pho noodle either :( the shaking beef dish has lots of onion with small pieces of beef, the rice that come with it taste more like sticky rice. Look like they sell wine and has lots of "món nhau" on their menu. Overall, we probably not comeback for brunch but maybe dinner time one day to try their "món nhau" read more

A cold day calls for a nice hot bowl of pho. I just wish that they didn't keep the door open, since it made the restaurant almost as cold as outside. The menu is a bit confusing in my opinion since they give a placemat with photos of pho specials, and the pictures in the first few pages of the menu don't have a description of what it is. Ordered the rice plate with salmon, good size portion and the taste was as great. Salmon is topped off with a sesame dressing. Would definitely order this again. Also had the seafood fried rice (com chien hai san) and this was definitely my favorite of the two dishes. This place is worth trying. read more

First off, this place is really clean compared to other pho places in the area. I had the mi quang which was pretty good! They put more soup than I'm use to from other places but overall I liked the taste. My brother ordered the pho dac biet and let's just say if we do come back, it won't be for the pho. I tried his broth before he drowned it with sriracha and there is that aftertaste that I can only describe is "soapy". It wasn't pleasant and I went back to my mi quang to get rid of it. read more

I have never had pho served this way before--soup and noodle in two separate bowls. Not sure if this is the restaurant's new idea of serving pho, or some region in Vietnam they serve pho this way. The pho soup is okay. It is a bit weak in flavor. It would be one tasty pho if they just kick up the flavor a notch or two. The sauce for the noodle is tasty. I would enjoy it more if the noodle is cooked less--it is a tad over cooked for me. I liked how they serve the bean sprouts warm, not cold like everywhere else. They quickly blanch the sprouts in hot water so it stay crisp, so when you add the sprouts to the noodles or the soup, the food remains hot. The servers are cheerful and friendly, but you only see them when they take your orders or bring out the food. read more

***** Credit card users, watch out for this dishonest business! ***** My wife and I (only 2 of us) ordered two bowls of pho. It costs us $17.82 and we paid with Visa card with zero$ tips charged to the card but we left cash tips on the table thinking that servers would get 100% tips without paying income tax. Weeks later, when I got the credit card statement, I found out that they (the restaurant) charged additional tips to my Visa card BY THEMSELVES and the total now is $20.08. Back calculating, I can see that they charged approximately 12% tips on the amount shown on the receipt. (Please see photos section). I am really upset about this matter and, of course I can come back to the restaurant to complain about this issue and get my money back, but I decided not to do it. I want that Pho2To "stole" my only less than $3 but now they must pay a high cost for their dishonesty. I think YELP will help me to do it - that's why you're reading this comment. I was going consistently when they first open, and for the first two weeks it was great, even though they didn't have all the items available (and did that tacky thing of putting blank white labels over those items... at least they didn't use a sharpie), what they did have was well done and delicious, and the service was good. But sure enough, like many new restaurants before it, food quality and taste started going downhill, as did the service. And those blank white labels never really did come off. It got to the point where, on our last visit there, we were asking ourselves, "Why are we here? There are better places!" So sad, was looking forward to having another dining option. read more

Came here with my uncle who yelped the place and wanted to check it out! I ordered a Pho Tai Nam (Pho w/ rare steak and well-done brisket). Their house special (I'm sorry, I don't remember what the name was). We also shared an order of Cha Gio (eggrolls). The Cha Gio (to start) was decent. I thought it was cooked to a nice texture where the skin was still a little chewy on the inside but very flaky and crunchy/crispy on the outside. Also a great color. As cha gio at vietnamese restaurants are supposed to be somewhat of a basic, I think they basically nailed it. A strong item but nothing super astounding. It lives up to standards. I didn't get to try his dish but he said it was pretty good. something different if you're looking to get away from pho . The pho tai nam was decent as well. I like putting limes in my pho but their limes were SO small. It seems like a weird thing to comment on but I needed like 3 or 4 to get to the flavor I wanted. Aside from that, the broth was quite decent! Not too salty and you could taste some subtle flavors in the broth. My main problems, though, were with the meat. For one thing, WAY TOO MANY NOODLES. The Noodle-to-meat ratio was about 2:1 or 2.5:1. Also, the brisket was way too fatty and tendon-y. there was barely any meat on the slices of brisket. And the rare steak was a bit tough. I don't mean to be tough on this dish. It is a decent bowl of pho, flavor-wise. But, when you give so much more noodle than meat, it sends a message of the price being based on the carb-y noodles, the cheapest part of the dish. I just feel like they're not rationing their ingredients properly. Overall, this place is not bad and I've definitely had much worse. A pretty good pho restaurant by most standards. Their food is pretty good but their service could use a little work. This place is family owned and operated and seem to take pride in their business. While I'm no stranger to family owned hole in the walls and don't expect high levels of service, the young girl who I can only assume was their daughter needs a lesson in basic etiquette. I've tried the pho bo kho which is awesome as well as the hot pot and grilled squid which were also done pretty well. The tiered tray they use for hot pot was a little awkward to eat though. Food gets 4.5 stars, service a 3.5. Service would've been pretty solid but the young lady's attitude left a bad impression. It was a busy night with an ample but harried staff; not as efficient as other places in town but they were mostly younger kids. I'm low maintenance, read the situation and seated myself. The young girl behind the counter saw me walking in, made eye contact but made no effort to acknowledge me as a customer so minutes went by until the other staff filled in the gap and took my order. After my meal, I walk towards the register to pay and she does the same as if to help me only to turn around and leave right after I asked for the check. I stood for about a minute until the someone else rang me up. Service was fine other times I've been but it may be a bit negligent when busy. Reviewers who get up in arms about minor niggles like this need an attitude check, its an Asian restauraunt ffs. I actually loved it, & yes I will most definitely be coming back! I am a Pho, Spring Roll & Viet coffee addict so I enjoy trying out new places when I'm in Westminster. This restaurant was so clean & well organized when I entered, the young ladies attending me were very well mannered & polite! Which is so rare to find when you go to Viet restaurants! The spring rolls were INCREDIBLE! Honestly the BEST spring rolls I've ever had! Usually they are too hard at some places or have a lot of the noodles inside but these were perfect. My family love pho 2to ( special dry noodle) Of course noodle is good! & workers are nice too!! My mom also love to go here. Whenever she visits me from texas, we go there dinner time almost everyday for few weeks! We love combination pho. I've never been disappointed with the food here. This place is as authentic as can be. My usual order is coconut snail, sweet rice & chicken, and bun cha ha noi (grilled pork patties and vermicelli). But when I saw a dish called bun dau mam tom on a travel channel, I went here to try it out. What is that, you asked? It's an assortment of lightly fried tofu, pork cake, thinly cut pork belly, and vermicelli served on a platter of fresh herbs. You then dip all of this goodness in the purple sauce, which is made from a strong smelling shrimp paste (do not eat this if you're on your first date). They also give you a kumquat and lemon to mix in the sauce. The presentation looked just like the one I saw on the show. It was the best dish here thus far. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with this place. I meant to eat Lau and the place a few doors down but the wait was too long so I decided to come here. I am so glad I did because now I can add it to my list of Vietnamese eats. We got the Squid Mango Salad, Thai Hot Pot and a variety noodle dish that you assemble yourself. The place is very clean and modern. Service is great. Food is very good. The Salad was fresh and squid was perfectly grilled. The Thai Hot Pot was good and came with a lot of seafood and veggies, only complaint was that the broth could have used a little bit more sour/lemon taste and the variety dish was also good too.
