This is Pho spot number two for us. If we're not near Chinatown and we want good pho we always go to Pho Aimie. Their food is always good. Service is always good. And it's a quiet little spot where we can get a quick bite. It's our little best kept secret. Guess it's not much of a secret anymore. Oh and if you like spicy you should try their Satay noodle. If you like to eat a lot like me, (cutting back a lot more now. Getting older) but I usually get it with pho noodle and egg noodle, with raw beef and shrimp. It's not the most traditional version of satay noodle I don't think but it's still really good and you can't really find it at many places. When you order it like that it's a biiiiig portion size. Pho Aimie is in the perfect spot right next to my home. It's clutch for family dinners where soup can fill the belly and sooth the soul. I love the P12 combination pho, the chicken wings are amazingly crunch and hot, the spring rolls are fresh and there is so many other dishes available if soup is not your thing. The service is fast and attentive, they seat people fairly quickly too. The ambiance is chill and meek. My family and I visit this place at least twice a month. The only reason why I feel bad writing this review with such a low rating is because the food is good and it is a local spot. I want to believe that this is a one time event, but I cannot excuse the service I received yesterday. I've ordered for pickup from Pho Aimie before and these always got our order spot on for the most part. I picked up my order (which was more expensive than usual, but I figured that was due to inflation) and realized when I got home that they have given me someone else's food. We have the same name so the mix up was understandable. I came back to the restaurant, explained the situation, and asked if they could make my order. They took my order, to which the waitress said not to worry because she will pay for my meal. I was confused, I had already given them MORE money than what my order is worth. Management was not willing to comp the meal that THEY messed up on. I explained to the waitress that no one will be paying for my meal because I will not be charged extra. I received my order, but when I got to my car I realized they forgot half of my order was still missing. I went back inside and asked for the other half and after waiting the manager asked me to pay. I explained to her that I've given them $41 for my $30 meal already and there is no way after messing up my order twice they're going to have me pay again. She apologized and said she understood. Again, the food here is good! The service wasn't the best, but I can't blame that on them entirely, It was a stressful situation. Hope in the future they don't expect customers OR staff to PAY for mistakes. read more

When I walked in was pretty slow around 4pm on a Thursday. I ordered from one of the closest Pho shops around me and it was less than half a mile away. Food: I ordered to vegetable pho Togo with fried tofu and beef broth. (I just wanted something light and somewhere close. I got it to go and it was even still yummy after 30 minutes after i ordered it. Ambiance: semi dim lit and still cool in the sun. Plenty of parking outside. read more

Pho Aimie is located in the SW area. It is in a small plaza and tonight was super busy but we were able to park up front. We were surprised to see the restaurant so full and people waiting to be seated. We waited just a few minutes to be seated and despite it being busy we were tended to pretty quickly. We ordered the fried egg rolls, rare steak and brisket pho & plain noodle pho. Our server kept our waters filled and our food came out quickly. The egg rolls were nice and crispy and hot. It had a good amount of filling. The pho broth was good, not too oily. There was a good amount of both the steak and brisket. Everything was good and again service was great even though it was very busy. read more

Pho Aimie always hits the spot! I personally consider it Soul food lol it doesn't matter whether it's the middle of the Vegas summer heat or the coldest day of winter I am down to Pho ha. Ok. We had the beef, Singapore Street Noodles, and egg rolls. Everything came out hot and fresh. The server was kind and attentive, he gave us plenty of time to order the menu was easy to read and order off of. This is my family's "go to" pho place! I lived in Vegas for 3 years and this place has been so consistent with their food and service. Service is always great, quick and super friendly! Drinks are always topped off ! Our favorites are the Combination Pho, Eggrolls, Shrimp/Pork spring roll, and their chicken wings! You literally can't go wrong. This is my new favorite pho place. I ordered their Butter Chicken Wings, Pork Egg rolls, and Pho with Rare Steak & Beef meatballs. Their butter chicken wings and egg rolls were made fresh to order. It was burning hot when I immediately took a bite. Make sure to wait a few minutes before eating. Their pho is delicious. The portion size is great. The broth was very flavorful. This place has been under new management since last September. When you walk in, it feels like your at a spa, there is relaxing music playing. There wasn't a wait so I was sat immediately. Service is fast here. Everywhere you go there is a generational gap between the workers, younger employee had great customer service and was friendly, other employee didn't have much to say. The menu is simply. Food came out fairly quickly. I ordered the shrimp and pork spring rolls that came with the peanut dipping sauce. Love the freshness of the lettuce to add a crunchiness to it. Bun vermicelli with grilled pork and egg rolls. Serving size is big, came with fresh vegetables, carrots, cucumbers, bean sprouts, lettuce, peanuts and a sauce to pour over the dish and mix together. It's been awhile since I've dined here. I came here because they say their pho is gluten free. I ordered the combination pho, which was just ok. The plate they give you with the basil seemed like it was freezer burned because leaves were shriveled and darkened. The bottle condiments were dry and crusted on the spouts like if they hadn't been wiped cleaned for days. The ambiance is the same as how I usually see it, mostly empty. read more
