Very bad customer service & food was not good. They didnt seem understaffed but most tables were dirty when we got there. After they seated us we waited about 15 min & still no menus or water. So i got up & got our own menus. The lady was very rude. There was a lady choking and they just kept walking by her. She had no water either. They keep the front & back door open so theres alot of flies. But they have fly traps hanging right behind your head with a bunch of dead flies stuck on them. Pho did not taste authentic. It was a very.. uncomfortable experience. When I walked in I was barely greeted and the woman working told me to sit wherever and the tables were dirty.. so , I just picked a spot. She came to clean the table , gave me a menu and just walks away. She would barely acknowledge me or let me ask any questions or let me take time to look at the menu. She just came back and said are you ready or no after maybe a few minutes. I felt super uncomfortable and I just said ok.. and I ordered the filet mignon pho and left it at that... she said ok and when I asked for extra toppings she rolled her eyes. And same when I asked for water. She brought me half a glass of water and half toppings ... it came out fairly quick, the soup. However, it did not smell good at all. And the meat was extremely over cooked and rubbery. I could barely eat the soup. She would walk around and half ass ask if I was ok then just walk away before I could answer and then randomly just left the check on my table before I was even done eating. She never came back after that. However , when I was eating there was 2 literal bees on the window next to my booth crawling around and flying .. it was scary and there were flies. It was def dirty. The bees freaked me tf out. I just went and grabbed my check.. paid and left. She didn't even want to ring my check out.. someone else had to. I will never come back here. What a waste. My wife and I arrived around 8:30 and ordered. Waiter was a guy with tattoos, nice guy and seemed friendly with customers. However this could've caused him to forget our order. 20 mins pass by, I ask a different waiter to check on our order. He apologizes and says it will be here soon. Another 15 mins or so pass by, so I call a different waiter, and have told him weave been waiting for over 30 mins. He apologizes, and 10 mins later he brings the wrong dish. I believe it started with first waiter with tattoos forgetting our order. It's been over 40 mins, it's late at night, and we didn't get our food in a reasonable time. This place is cool for late night pho! Stopped by on my way home from Long Beach to grab myself some veggie egg rolls and my boyfriend some pho. To my delight the egg rolls came with lettuce like traditional Vietnamese egg rolls so I could wrap them and eat them. My fav! Too bad the egg rolls reminded me of Panda Express. Didn't give us any basil etc with our pho, but as we were leaving we saw the box of pho toppings (basil etc) sitting on the floor, so I guess that was a good thing. Service/seating very unorganized. Took my family here, and we were all very impressed! One con: when the waitress took our order, she didn't write it down. I'm always a bit weary when waiters/waitresses don't write down the order, because my order is usually filled with questions and/or modifications. But.... Although she got my order wrong, the owner was so nice and kind enough to take it back and gave me the right order, all without making me feel bad or giving me any grief! He was genuinely sorry that they got the order wrong, and I really appreciate restaurants that admit to their mistakes and not make the customer feel bad in anyway! :) 5 stars and more to the excellent service! I think it's more of a 2.5. Came here around midnight on a weekday because this place is 24/7 and I had been craving pho. There were surprisingly a good number of tables filled with people. Unfortunately the reason why I'm giving it only 2.5-3/5 is because the broth was really off. It's like they reused the same water to cook too many patrons' noodles, so the extra starchy pho-noodle water was mixed in the actual soup itself, and as a result there was a weird bland taste to the soup. I don't know how else to describe it. I've made pho before, so while you can use the same water to cook multiple portions of noodles, at some point, you should use new water otherwise this is what happens. This pho place is one of the only places I come to when I visit California. It's in a small-ish plaza with plentiful parking. Although the plaza is small, the restaurant is a pretty big size with lots of seating. The owner is really sweet and it's just him and a lady working. The menu is all in English- which is nice for non-Vietnamese speakers/readers. They have a lot of choices on the menu. I read a review that the prices were expensive, which I definitely disagree with. It's all very affordable for the large portion of food you get. The food, to me, is very good. It's cooked well and tastes what I expected a traditional Viet dish to taste like. I usually order pho when I go here. We also ordered the crispy egg roll - which my boyfriend devoured. I'm pretty picky when it comes to eating out at pho places, but I really enjoy it here. read more

Pho here is actually pretty decent, which was a surprise to me because sometimes eating around midnight your choices are very limited and oftentimes not the best. Pho tasted good and prices were decent. The only complaint I have is that they were quite busy at night (not the problem) and only had what seemed like one waiter taking orders (problem). We had to wait probably 20-30 minutes for our orders to be taken, then another 15-20 minutes for the food to come out. At one point I was wondering whether or not to get up and leave because I'm so used to pho places sitting you down and immediately taking your order before you've had a chance to open the menu lol. We are a family of three, and we were craving pho. I went to Pho Hue Oi on Inglewood Ave and Marine where the food is delicious. Unfortunately they don't have vegetarian options, and so began our dilemma: After arriving to Pho Hue Oi, my wife informed me that she wanted a vegetarian pho. Since I was already there and the food smelled delicious I decided to order a meal for myself and my son. While waiting for our food, I placed my wife's order on ubereats for pickup from Pho Daily. The timing seemed perfect as I received a notification that her order was ready for pick up while I was a block away from their location. I figured it would be a quick in and out situation allowing everyone to enjoy a hot meal. Unfortunately, despite what the app said the order was not ready when I arrived. (I guess they exaggerate the truth to improve the metrics within the app with quicker than average turnaround time for ranking purposes.) The issue was that I was stuck waiting for over 13 minutes for my order, with a 4 year old child growing increasingly hungry by the minute. I should mention that my child was making it publicly known that he was hungry outside the restaurant to anyone who would listen. Finally, the order was ready and I was on my way home. Normally I would not bother leaving a review for this issue as I can understand the fact that a small business will do everything they can to increase business. But, here is where I draw the line. I arrive home, expecting "extra credit " from my wife for going out of my way to make the extra stop for her to enjoy a vegetarian pho with tofu. I was sorely mistaken. Instead, she angrily asked me if I checked the order prior to leaving. I confess I did not do so at my own peril. It turns out that Pho Daily only included two tiny pieces of Tofu with a handful of vegetables. I essentially paid $12 for two pieces of tofu and veggie broth. That issue coupled with the above issues, add to that an unhappy wife in a bad mood who was still hungry and disappointed after her meal, topped off by the fact that my food was room temperature bordering on cold by the time I ate necessitates the writing of this review to pass the time until my wife cools off and will speak to me again. In conclusion, I am sure the food is tasty if you are given enough to have a taste, but this experience is one that will keep me away from this establishment for at least a year or two. read more
