I spent $86 on 4 entrees and my portions were kid portions. It is totally unacceptable to charge so much for very little. I just can't understand why delivery orders are such a disappointment,no effort on it. I had to eat a tiny portion without chicken pho broth due to poor packaging of food causing to end up with no broth I guess because they don't see you face to face neither have to serve you, they feel they can be careless . We have been to this place in the past and had a decent experience but I ordered two well-done briskets pho for take out and once we opened them at home the bowl was practically empty with hardly any noodles and the worst part was the brisket meat was so brittle it appeared mashed up like dog food. This place should change their name to Pho Never. This was by far the worst "filet mignon" dish I've ever tasted at a Vietnamese restaurant. They should be using cow tenderloins, but I'm pretty sure they're using cow Ribeyes to save on costs. Either that or they overcook the meat so badly that you lose the tenderness of how a tenderloin should be as far as texture. Pair that with the pre-made spring rolls that come out within 45 seconds of you ordering -- only to find strips of fat that they pass off as "pork". Oh, and thank you for the milk tea splashes all over our water cups. At least we got to put the napkins on the table to good use. Friendly service, fast and very delicious. I ordered the Pho rare & brisket #20 on the menu. It had a generous portion of beef and the broth was very flavorful. It's open 24 HRS except Tuesday & Wednesday. Definitely looking forward to trying the other items on the menu. read more

Okay so the plan was seafood boil, which means pho daily wasn't even an option. Luckily for this restaurant it became a better option that seafood boil. The food was hot and goood especially those sriracha fires. A MUST! My only complaint is that the booths were so small my ass was hanging off the booth. I've ordered the Pho combo probably 5 or more times and the "steak" is never tender, you just chew and chew and chew. Their choice of beef is not very good; I'm sure they do it to save money, rather than spend for the kind of steak that "melts in your mouth". I appreciated the little packets of sriracha and hoisin sauce, bc I was not expecting that to be included. The flavor of the meat was good, but the broth was too oily. Tried this place last week and it was pretty good. Pricing is competitive and portion is more than reasonable. The soup flavor is good but on the sweeter side. The only con is that the A/C is very weak. I went there on a hot day and it was quite stuffy inside the restaurant. Deliciousness is here and I believe it's here to stay. We were greeted upon entry and kindly taken to our booth. Our fresh ice cold water was brought out promptly and the server was so nice. Our food was definitely served in a reasonable amount of time and everything was awesome. We ordered some great dishes: chicken pho, beef,onions, rice and fresh salad along with fried egg rolls. All three dishes were flavorful and offered unique tastes. The veggies were delicious and fresh. The pho broth was hot and filled with aromatic flavors, pure yumminess. The egg rolls were crisp and were so tasty it was hard to stop eating them. The beef dish was the champion and tasted like they should charge more for all the flavor it yielded. Would I eat here again? YES! I'm actually shocked that they're aren't more reviews about this hidden gem. Placed a pick up order through Yelp. About 20 minutes after ordering, the food was marked as ready to be picked up at 9:54 PM. We arrive and there is a large crowd of people waiting for their food. We get to the counter and they tell us our food is not ready. Some other people claim they have been waiting for almost an hour for their food. We requested a refund after waiting for 15 minutes and they told us the food was almost out, to please just keep waiting. We finally got our food after waiting 35 minutes from when the food was marked as ready to be picked up. I understand that some days can be very busy and you can get backed up, but why mark the order as ready to be picked up, 35 minutes before you actually have it ready? I was craving for hot soup in a cold rainy night so I decided to Pho Daily. The place was packed but did not take long to for 4 of us get seated. It took awhile for a server to come taking the orders which I understand because they were very busy. The food came out quick but my dish was missing. After 10 minutes passed no server came to check or ask if everything is ok. I decided to call one of the server to check on my order and eventually received my dish. No one say sorry or anything. The noodle soup was tasty with good amount of meat. I ordered a noodle soup togo when we were half way into our meal. And again no one ever come to check or refill the water. My friend needed to ask twice to get her diet coke refilled. After we asked for the bill and paid, we did not received the togo order. We asked one of the server to follow up then she came back to ask what did order. So I told them what we ordered. Five minutes passed and still nothing. I came up to the cashier and asked about the order. She went to check on the rack with all the take out orders were sitting and my order was sitting there. I was very mad. There is no communication between the servers nor service mind. Never received an apology from anyone of them. Poor service ever. Never come back again. read more

The hostess called my name and showed us a table that we did not like and I "dared " to ask for a little booth in the corner that I saw when we went in, it just needed to be cleaned. We just kept everything in a quiet conversation about the bad service of this place. We didn't want to say anything for fear of food contamination in on behalf of a management if we complained at all!!! Long story short by the end of our dinner our food came wrong and a very bad timing, it was just an awful experience. When the time to pay come we made the observation of tha bd service all around. Her answer was: If you don't like the service don't come back. This lady had the nerve to physically come outside the restaurant in a rainy night, knock in our windshield and scream at us that she was not happy about our complaints and to mention again not to come back to the restaurant. We were in complete aw. I could not believe not only the lack of professionalism but the nerve she had in order to actually come outside to make such display on ignorance and bad service. The female who didn't even gave us her name was of a thick complexion l, long hair and I must say very ugly attitude. Hopefully the owner of this place can read this and takes measures that won't allow this to happen. I work in the industry and I know what guest service is all about. I found this place on Yelp when wanting to eat PHO. I liked that it's open late but also 24hrs. The service was fast and staff very friendly. Food tast great with great flavor. Food is consistently good to average but rarely bad. A big positive is that Pho Daily is open late (was even 24 hours prior to the pandemic.) Speaking of the pandemic, since the very beginning, March 2020, this restaurant has been lax on enforcing required CoViD-19 protocols. In my mind it didn't seem to be too big. It was a platter. I loved the egg rolls. All the proteins were delicious. The pork in the spring rolls was a little dry, but the deeply flavored sauce made up for that. I ended up taking most of the meat home. My sister ordered a tofu plate. It came out in the bowl style, with the lettuce, peanuts, pickled carrot/daikon combo with cucumber and lettuce. She really liked the tofu, though a little more crunchy than creamy inside.
