Good late night food! Come here if you only want to listen to Shakira during dinner .

Ambiance: spacious family style restaurant, simple and old fashioned decorations, comfortable sofa seats Service: the staff members are efficient placing the order and serving food, but never came to refill the water, and we had to go to the counter to pay the bill Food: variety choices of classic Vietnamese food for noodles and rice dishes Spring Rolls with Shrimp & Pork - **** chewy and tasty with dipping sauce, recommend Pho House Special - *** with rare steak, well-done brisket, flank, brisket point, tendon, tripe, meatballs, overall meat was great but the rice noodles were overcooked, broke easily Vermicelli Combo - **** BBQ shrimp, very crispy egg rolls, sweet and tasty pork, recommend Beef Ribs Pho - ** a lot of bones not much meat left, noodles were very soggy, plain taste Spicy Vermicelli Noodles - *** combination of beef brisket, tendon, meat balls, not spicy and soggy noodles Price: generous portions and decent prices, expect than $25~$30 per person, the price has increased over the course of years, but unfortunately quality has gone downhill

Came here late night with a couple friend as they had both been here many times. The recommendation was quite good. I was not familiar with the area it is located in, but the shopping center was very busy considering the time of night. There were other businesses open late too. I tried a chicken dish and boba while my friends all ordered Pho. We were all very satisfied with our choices. We hung out and chatted for at least an hour post meal and the staff didn't mind. There were several tables still available for the really late night comers which were starting to dwindle. Decent prices, good food & service, and open late. All hit the mark and our group agreed we'd return. They even were willing to split the check for us.

No offense, but it's a little hard for me to see a reason to come back when Nam Kitchen is only seven minutes away. The pho broth was the biggest disappointment for me. A good pho soup should be rich enough that you want to keep sipping it even after the noodles are gone. This one tasted very thin, almost like an instant broth with salt and pepper added. It could really use more depth and richness, like letting the broth develop longer with the meat and aromatics. The meat and noodles themselves were fine but nothing memorable, maybe slightly below what I expected. My friend ordered a noodle dish and mentioned it leaned heavily sweet and salty, almost syrupy. He also got a side of orange chicken, which ended up being disappointing in both texture and taste, and he regretted ordering the extra. The one thing this place does well is presentation. The food looks like it should be really good, but unfortunately the flavor didn't match.

Unfortunately disappointed. Would never come back here if I was craving a bánh mì. Although the flavors of the meat itself was very good, the bánh mì itself was not good. The bread was too soft. The pickled carrot and daikon had no flavor. Instead of Vietnamese mayo, they used American mayo which threw off the taste. The size was also very small for the cost. If you are Vietnamese or have had an authentic bánh mì then this spot will disappoint you. However, the service was good, I was seated quickly and the workers were friendly. They also have a nice fish tank in the restaurant so you can enjoy a view of some nice fishes while eating!

Always a go to for late night pho! Their oxtail pho is underrated. They also have amazing cream cheese won tons and spring rolls. Service is ok and ambiance is fun, loud and the music playlist is always on point. Will be back

I came in on a weekday night. It was the only pho place open after 9 p.m., so it was pretty busy. I waited for more than 10 minutes to have the food ordered. The spring rolls came with two per order. With the price, I would expect more ingredients inside. We all had the combo pho. The meat was fine, but the noodles got all stacked together, and it took me a while to separate them. Maybe there was too much seasoning or MSG inside the soup. I ended up drinking half a gallon afterward.

Pho spot that's open really late located in a strip mall. I would say the pho here is solid, especially for being one of the few places open late in the area and if you are looking for something warm and comforting. The service was solid and the ambiance was a little frenetic. I would note though, that I came here with a couple of friends after a gathering on a holiday evening, so it would explain why the place was so crowded that night. I'm guessing the place didn't expect as much people in one night especially on a Sunday so it seems like they were a little overwhelmed. Parking was pretty easy to find because the lot was pretty large and again we got here a little late so not many of the other businesses here were open. Solid place to scratch that itch if you want some good Vietnamese noodle soup.

The food & the thai tea is bomb! And they're open late which is a plus !

I believe it is still open.

Yes it is, just read a sign inside that says new location on Long Beach Blvd

Can you switch any of the broth with vege broth here?

We do have vegan broth in our menu under “vegetarian 100%” section.

Are you guys still open 24/7?!?

Okay, I need to talk about Pho Ever Bistro for a second…read more The second you walk in, Sandy (the new owner) greets you like you've been coming here for years, even if it's your first time. She's just... warm. Genuinely warm, not in that scripted-server way. She checks in, remembers little things, actually recommends stuff she thinks you'll like instead of just pointing at the menu. It's the kind of energy that makes a random Tuesday dinner feel like something. And then there's the food, which honestly holds its own. The pho broth tastes like it's been simmering all day -- rich, deep, the kind of thing you can tell someone actually cared about. Noodles are perfectly cooked, herbs are fresh, portions are big enough that you're not leaving hungry. The banh mi is crunchy bread done right, none of that soggy sadness you get elsewhere. Spring rolls and egg rolls are crispy and clearly made fresh, not just tossed in a fryer and forgotten. Honestly it tastes like someone's grandma's recipe -- comforting, no gimmicks, just good. Here's the thing though -- this place works for basically everyone. If you're a broke college student who wants something warm and filling that won't destroy your wallet, this is it. And it's not just a grab-and-go spot either -- they've got board games, the vibe is relaxed, and it's genuinely a great place to camp out with your laptop and a drink to get some studying done, or just hang with friends for a while. Nobody's rushing you out. It's also a really solid first date spot, low-key enough that you're not stressed, with food you can share so you have something to talk about besides "so... tell me about yourself." And if you grew up eating Vietnamese home cooking, or just want that feeling, this scratches the itch in a way a lot of places don't. But really, what makes this place special isn't just the food -- it's that you can tell Sandy actually cares. In a world where eating out can feel so transactional, that kind of warmth stands out. You leave feeling like you mattered, not just like you were a transaction. If you're a student needing a spot to study or unwind, on a first date, or just craving something that feels like home, go check out Pho Ever Bistro. Sandy's turned this place into somewhere you actually want to come back to. Good for: studying/hanging out, first dates, comfort food cravings, board games, family dinners, or just being around someone who's genuinely happy to see you.

Pho Ever is my husband's and my favorite pho place. The new changes have only made us love it more…read more While it's a little warm at the moment due to the crazy hot weather, I'd recommend eating in store for the experience and the ambience. The owner is so sweet and welcoming and the cafe revamp across the different rooms is fun and unique. Everything is incredibly flavorful and so evidently made with care. The pho broth has a really great balance of flavors and the ingredients in the spring rolls are so fresh, they are really beautiful and lovely to eat. The highlight for me was the salty plum drink. Reminds me of Japanese ume candy, Hawaiian li hing mui, and Mexican saladitos in drink form. Refreshing and addicting. If you are obsessed with the salt or tajin rim on a fruity margarita, consider trying it. (Next time, I'll have to get a salty plum to-go and turn it into a margarita at home. Already dreaming of it.) Really excited for the fried banana item listed on the "coming soon" portion of the menu. I love a fried banana, and the quality of Pho Ever's food promises good things.
