What to say about this place...first off the place was very dormant but did bring a good atmosphere probably a 4.3 on RT3. But then there was the food :(, I ordered the Pork Belly and Eggrolls and I was not very impressed. The Pork Belly must have been cut from Santa's belly the way it was mostly 90% fat. The eggrolls were mediocre as well as its nuc mam dipping sauce. I think my grandma who's almost 6 feet under could make better ones. Very bland. The servers and hostess were very polite given that the food was an upsetting experience. I really hope to see the improvement on preparation and how well the cooks can do a better job. read more

The pork chop was super flavorful and the friend chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the outside. Although many reviews complain about waiting times it is well worth the wait as all good food is with this type of top quality. If you have the patience and time, this is restaurant highly worth the wait if not there's always the McDonald's across the street! Stopped in for lunch while I was as in the area on business. The first impression was great, a new and clean location. The staff is very friendly and took care of me promptly. I ordered their traditional Pho and it came perfect. While I waited I was captivated by the video they had playing how the dishes are prepared and now know how noodles are made. When the Pho arrived, the ribeye was cooked to perfection and was tender. All of the other components were delicious, the tendon , my favorite was tender and not chewy.
