Was craving Pho on a cold winter night so me and my friend decided to give this place a try! The place was very clean but very quiet. Maybe they should add some background music. We ordered 2 bowls of pho and some egg rolls. The egg rolls were very good! 10/10! And the pho broth was very flavorful. The bowls look small but they are filled! First time visiting and I'll be honest, we didn't know what to do when we walked in the door. There was no signage that said "Please Wait to be Seated" or "Please Seat Yourself" and there was no employee to be found! The counter is at the back of the small dining room but we saw menus on the tables so decided to seat ourselves. We saw the one person working bring out some food for people waiting, probably phone orders? She then brought out some food for others already seated, but completely ignored us each time. We seriously almost got up and left not feeling good about the place. The waitress finally came over, bringing us water, and taking our order so we decided to stay. The dining room has very basic furniture and no carpet or anything with fabric so it echoes when you talk. It wasn't very busy but I can imagine it gets loud in there when busy. The main difference I noticed from other Vietnamese restaurants is they actually wait until everyone's food is ready before bringing it out. That's something I like, but it also gives the impression they are slow. They are also more expensive than other Pho restaurants in Orange County, However, that was explained when we received the food as it was quite a bit larger servings than we're used to. The presentation was also better than average. For example, they throw an easy over egg over the top of the cup of rice. I had pork chops, which is one of my usuals, and they gave me three pieces where I'm sued to only two. Sadly, they were just OK. They didn't suck, but they didn't wow me either. I just finished devouring my two egg rolls, chargrilled pork pho, and Vietnamese coffee. It did not disappoint; even having it be delivered. It reminded me of my favorite place I use to frequent in south Orange County. I'm so glad I gave this spot a shot, because it is definitely going to be in my rotation of go to spots. I started with the egg rolls that were accompanied with lettuce and dipping sauce. So delish! Next I went straight for the meat and it was cooked to perfection. I put together the pho with most the fixings and slurped up all the broth as the noodles got filling. To counter out the heat, I sipped on my iced coffee which hit the spot. I have been craving a bomb coffee for about a month and this thing did the trick! Our usual pho pick up spot (Pho 79) is now closed on Tuesdays and I was not feeling the traffic of going down to that side just to come back. We got order of egg rolls (4 rolls) Order of shrimp and pork spring rolls (2 rolls) 1 pho Dac biet size large (everything combo) 1 pho tai gan large (rare steak and tendon) Forgot to asked for uncooked noodles, when I called back 5 mins later the nice lady said she will ask kitchen staff to change per my request. Arrived in 20 minutes and it was completely empty, also it was 5:45pm on a Tuesday so still early. I asked for extra chili oil with lemon grass... Got to BFs house, egg roll slightly cooled and had just enough lettuce to wrap, it was great and had the right amount of carrots and daikon to dip with in fish sauce. The springs rolls were actually a lot tastier than expected, very fresh ingredients. Now the pho...it was actually really amazing. Very tasty broth, coming from the Viet girl who never cared for pho. I expected more in quantity since it we ordered large, and at first it didn't look like much (compared to amount of crazy noodles we get from pho 79) but actually they served us a lot of meat, and the pricing is great. I think this will be our new spot for awhile since it's closer to home and tastes great, BF asking if he can have it again on Sunday knowing that he will be hungover ‍ Enjoy! The pho was soooo good. I got the brisket pho and my sister got the veggie and tofu pho and ommfffggggg soo good. Like wow.

My go-to place for a quick craving. I call ahead and pick-up from this place ALL THE TIME. My dog's vet and groomer's is in the same mall strip and after taking care of my pup, I like to take care of me too. :) My favorite is the crispy tofu. I've probably ordered that from here over 10 times in the past two years. During the winter season, I made odd requests (like small cup of pho both soup to go with my rice) and they were always happy to accommodate. They do their best and they always so sweet and kind. I've never dined in to date so I will update this review once I do. For now, happy to continue supporting this business with my to-go order cravings! read more

I have eaten a lot of pho in my life, and I thought this pho was fragrant and well seasoned. I was very impressed and surprised with the serving size of the rare steak. My husband and I both agreed that it was easily the biggest serving of rare steak we've ever seen for a house special combo. The toppings all tasted fresh. I would return to order this again. OVERALL EXPERIENCE -- When I pulled up to this location, I was thinking, this could be really good or terrible. I was pleasantly surprised. Found this nice little spot while passing by and just had to go in for lunch. What a great find! Very relaxing, peaceful, superb amazing service, and awesome food. I had the Pho with Tai, Nam, & Sach. The broth was clean and tasty and the side of vegetables were super fresh! Of course I had my Vietnamese iced coffee to topped off a perfect end to the meal. Food poisoning! I had the combination pho and ice coffee. 4 hours later felt bad and I ended up the toilet. Very sick for nearly 2 days.

I came here to pick up a large #25 pho. I've been recovering from a bad cold and lingering cough and pho always does the trick. Plenty of parking, easy to find and restaurant is clean. Staff wearing masks and hand sanitizer is available. Very hard working and attentive employees. Tables are far enough so you feel safe eating indoors. Menu offers a variety from pho to rice dishes and appetizers. I have updated photos of the menu reflecting current prices. The large size can be divided into two small bowls (which I like to do). Plenty of ingredients and meats. The broth lacks the sweetness and "hours of boiling the bones" taste that pho broth should have. Even with lime, siracha and hoisin sauce, I didn't love the broth. I tried it and won't be returning. I'll do the extra work15 min drive to Little Saigon and go to Pho 79. read more

They do give quite a bit of noodles, but they don't skimp out on the meat either which is good. I always ask for my bean sprouts steamed and a lot of places forgot, but this one didn't. If you haven't tried steamed bean sprouts, you should :) We also ordered a shrimp and pork spring roll which was okay. They didn't add any basil or other herbs to it-it was just lettuce. It wasn't bad but I had better. I would skip on this. Service is pretty good, but not the greatest. She didn't come back and check on us, but we didn't really need much so it was fine. I can see how it would be a problem if it was super busy though. This is a nice, small spot for some quick service Vietnamese food. I enjoy ordering their vermicelli bowl with a side of Thai tea. I have dined here once and have online ordered multiple times. They give you a good amount of meat in the orders which is a plus. The dine-in service is quick and the people working here are very nice. The order comes in a timely manner. The only reason for one less star is that we did an online order and the chicken in the banh mi sandwiches we ordered was too salty for our taste. We also hoped for a little more sauce in the sandwich and the chicken was a bit too greasy that it was soaked in the bread. The spring roll is all about the peanut sauce and this place is so good, just like mom makes it. The calamari is done tempura style, but super crispy and the squid is crunchy too, not chewy or too soft. The pho broth is real pho stewed over a long period of time. I prefer tendon, and they were willing to do tendon only Pho, which I appreciate. The broth was decent, and the serving was ample, with lots of tendon in the large bowl. It was served with the usual bean sprouts, Thai basil, jalapenos and lime wedge, with sauces on the table. The large bowl with a tip was a hair under $10, so the value is there.
