Vermicelli is good here. Standard vietnamese fare and quality, satisfying. I found the eggroll to be just okay versus other eggrolls at other Vietnamese restaurants, filling-wise.

Came here on a Saturday dinner, several tables inside and bot too busy. Ordered some butter garlic chicken wings and pho. Chicken wings wings were super crispy and buttery. Not spicy and a good bit of garlic. A little on the dry side. Pho was standard and you get a choice of various meats. Good portions and warms you up on a cold day. Overall recommend trying this place out if you are in Tustin

Updating my review, but this time it's for dining in the restaurant. I came here and brought two of my coworkers on a Friday during lunch. The dining area is small to medium, but cozy. We all ordered our individual meals and each got something different. I have been thinking of having the spicy beef noodle soup or bun bo Hue at this restaurant. A friend mentioned to me that he had the soup and said it was delicious. The broth was not heavy or greasy compared to other places. It was flavorful with hints of lemongrass and there's chili oil available on the table to add for a little heat. I finished the bowl no problem and most of the broth. My coworkers had the pho brisket noodle soup. She really loved her bowl. Same for my other coworker who ordered the vermicelli noodles with grilled pork, shrimp, and eggroll. They were super pleased with their lunch and are excited to return for another meal. The gentlemen who worked there were friendly and checked in on us. At the end, we went back up to the register up front to pay before we left. We'll be back!

Solid pho that is affordable and fast service. We came here for lunch in a Tuesday not too many people and found a seat easily. Located in the same mall as cream pan, plenty of parking. I got the chicken pho (medium 13.5) and my fiancé got the large ($15). Pho comes with bean sprouts, lime, and Thai basil. Chicken pho was light and flavorful. Good amount of chicken portion was perfect! Glad to find a place where a bowl is not $20, would like to try the beef ones next time.

Parking: in the same lot as Cream Pan tucked in a corner near a Poke place with plenty of spots available Food: had good balance of veggies/meat/ noodles for the vermicelli bowl Service: it was okay. They just take your order and you have to go up to the counter to pay and they never check in so don't expect good customer service but it's fine because the food is all that matters lol

The food was very good especially the beef stew. This time was my husband second time coming here and my first time here. However, I did get to try their food (beef stew) that my husband brought home for me the first time. The spring rolls and egg rolls were yummy. I especially like the size of the rolls not skimpy. The rice dish was pretty good. Service was good and ambiance was good. I especially loved the prices here very reasonable.

Located near Cream Pan Bakery with plenty of parking. It was not busy when we arrived on a late Saturday afternoon. I loved Bun Bo Hue here. Soup tasted light yet rich at the same time. I did not get "gio" by choice. I got everything else that came with it. It's hard driving out to Bolsa or GG Town so I am glad I finally found some good Bun Bo Hue here in Tustin. Meats, noodles and veggies tasted fresh. Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio (BBQ pork with eggrolls) tasted deliciously fresh and clean with well marinated meats. Pho was on the sweet side but very delicious as well. Pho was served with all the normal thai basil and Ngo Gai, bean sprouts etc so that was a plus. Meats were not as tender as I would normally enjoy like filet mignon. I would come back since it's much closer and prices are competitive. Meats tasted well marinated and clean and vegetables were fresh. Plus, staff was very polite, friendly and quick with services. The inside looks clean.

Pho (11.A) with brisket, meatballs, tripe

Located in the same plaza as Cream Pan. It wasn't busy when we came here for lunch so we got seated right away. I ordered pho with a choice of 1-3 meats which was nice to be able to choose my own specific meats. I went with brisket, meatballs and tripe and they tasted great with the broth. Overall, a decent bowl of pho!

I was craving for Pho today driving pass the area and I found this pho place on yelp with some good reviews so i decided to come and try it out. This place is located inside a strip mall near the end of the street el camino way. It is in the same plaza as cream pan. Plenty of parking in this strip mall. There is a water fountain right in front of it. When I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly male server and he was attentive. He greeted me and sat me down, took my order and food came out pretty fast. The inside of this place isn't that big. The menu only has Vietnamese and English but no Chinese so it might be inconvenient for people thats not that good in English and Vietnamese. Food wise, I ordered a Pho noodle soup. You can pick 3 items from a Medium size bowl and 4-5 items for a large size bowl. The portion came out smaller than I expected but not a big deal. i also ordered an egg flower crab meat soup which it is pretty decent. A decent pho restaurant to go a grab a quick lunch or dinner. Nothing negative I can say about this place but also nothing amazed me to give it a 5 so therefore I would give this place a 3.5 rating ( round up to be 4 star rating ).

Great prices at this restaurant! My family and I all ordered the pho. My only "complaint" is that the soup tasted pretty sweet (so I added lime to balance it out). We asked for more onions and basil, they were kind to provide more. Interior is clean and servers were kind. I'd definitely come again to try their vermicelli and other menu items!

Pho with rare beef, meatballs, and tripe

Recently came back and had the Spicy beef noodles and that was good but not authentic. It came with slices of beef shank and a few pieces of pork rolls. Love the veggies that came with it though. This dish is 4/5. ***************************** Pho Ky Dong turned up while I was searching for some restaurants in Tustin. Went there during lunch hour. Restaurant was busy but not too crazy. I was going to try their grilled pork vermicelli but as I was walking through the main entrance, the pho aroma made me change my mind. :) Ordered the pho with 3-cut as a trial for the first time. It was surprisingly very good. They gave a fair amount of sliced rare beef and it was tender as I was hoping. The meatballs were also very good and it's the version with tendon. Tasty but not tough at all, which I liked. The tripe was good but some pieces were a bit tough. Most pieces were okay. Noodles were a bit too overcooked though. I like the noodles to be more el dente. Broth was perfectly made. Not fatty or greasy, nor oily. Clean and also not too salty. Will definitely be back to try other dishes. A lady next to me had the bun bo hue and that smelled good so I want to try that next, and also the grilled pork with vermicelli. Pork slices look lean in some of the Yelp review photos. Service was quick and employees were polite and friendly. Cashier (owner?) gave 10% off at check out. She said customers get 10% off at "happy hour", M-F, from 11;00 am to 3:00 pm. Cool.

We were craving some pho and found this spot in Tustin. We got sat immediately and ordered a bowl or pho, vermicelli and eggrolls. I got the special vermicelli that had all three meats. The pork was seasoned well but on the fattier end. The shrimp was also pretty good has a strong spice taste to it. The pho was good enough, we would order takeout from them if ever in the area. Overall was a solid spot and would come again.

Bomb egg rolls. Tastes like how I like it. Friendly service. Please keep the good prices!

We came in as a group of four and left completely impressed by how seamlessly the kitchen and bar executed our order. To kick things off, we went through four rounds of cocktails; the espresso martini was absolutely delicious, the lychee martini was a solid and refreshing choice, and while the margarita was just okay, the overall bar program kept the energy high. When it came to the table, every single dish completely delivered on flavor and presentation. We shared the rich pork tomahawk, the highly addictive garlic noodles with prawns, the beautifully glazed chicken wings, and a bright, fresh ceviche. Beef Rib Stick Pho: This is the most highly recommended dish on the menu. Two giant bone-in short ribs stretch across the bowl, packed with flavor and so tender the meat falls right off the bone. A few bonus slices of fatty brisket are also hidden beneath the noodles. Combination Chow Mien: Similar to Cantonese crispy noodles. Loaded with meats and veggies in a light gravy. The top layer softens as it absorbs the sauce, while the bottom stays crispy--a fantastic mix of crunchy and tender textures. Julienne Pork, Egg Quiche, and Charbroiled Porkchops: Huge combo platter. Fresh, crisp veggies--though the side soup leans a bit heavy on MSG. Lychee Delight: Pretty average. Too sweet--needs to be diluted with water. The four lychees at the bottom are dull white and taste purely of sugary canned syrup.

As for the rice dish, the charbroiled pork was done well and had a deep bbq flavor that I enjoy. We opted to try the garlic butter rice since that's something different - it was ok and would probably just get the regular broken rice next time. The restaurant strikes a…read moregreat balance between casual comfort food and high-quality ingredients, and every visit has been consistently enjoyable. The star of the menu is definitely the pho. The broth is rich, flavorful, and clearly simmered with care--not overly salty or greasy like some places. The meats are tender, portions are generous, and the noodles always have the perfect texture. If you're a first-time visitor, I highly recommend trying one of their signature pho bowls. Their garlic noodles are another standout. Perfectly seasoned with a buttery garlic flavor and a slight savory kick, they pair incredibly well with the grilled meats. The shaken beef and grilled pork are both excellent options if you're looking for something beyond traditional pho. One thing that really sets Sup Noodle apart is the variety of appetizers and sides. The crispy egg rolls are packed with flavor, and the wings are surprisingly good--crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated with just the right amount of sauce. Don't skip the house sauces either; they elevate every dish. The restaurant itself is modern, clean, and welcoming. Even during busy lunch and dinner hours, the staff does a great job keeping things moving and maintaining a friendly atmosphere. Service has always been attentive without feeling rushed. A few tips for first-time visitors: * Expect a wait during peak lunch and dinner times, especially on weekends. * The garlic noodles are absolutely worth adding to your order. * If you're dining with a group, order several appetizers to share. * Parking can get busy, but turnover is usually quick. Overall, Sup Noodle Bar delivers excellent food, generous portions, and consistently great service. Whether you're craving a comforting bowl of pho, flavorful garlic noodles, or simply looking for a reliable restaurant in Irvine, this place is well worth the visit. I'll definitely be coming back.
