Took my father to try some new Vietnamese food he's never had before. And since he's Vietnamese from the homeland he can be a hard man to please when it comes to Viet food. But he loved the pho here and killed the whole thing plus half of my bowl. We opted for their Pho Nom bowl and it was delicious. The interior is super cute and very curated so it seems very cohesive inside. Our server Olivia was very sweet and friendly helping us with the ordering and making sure everything was good. inda simple, it seems they know what they want to serve. Their signature is a big bowl pho soup with lot of meat, two big back ribs, slices brisket, short ribs and meat balls. It is seriously a giant bowl of meat. I think you can even share with someone if both of you don't eat that much. The soup boiled 14 hours with 19 ingredients inside. It is so flavorful and so healing! I literally finished the whole bowl of soup, can you believe that! My baby enjoyed the meat and noodles as well, the meats fell apart from the bone, it is just perfect! We also had a spring roll dish, they are classic and standard, still pretty nice. We also had two cocktails! They have tea and fruit flavors, unique and delicious. We ended our meal with their dessert, the sticky rice with mango sorbet. It is nice but not that amazing like their pho noodles. I highly recommend here if you want to have pho in a nice environment restaurant, especially for a date. Staff are so nice and work hard to keep the wait short! We got the tamarind wings and they came piping hot and crispy even with a thick sauce coating. The flavor reminds me of sweet and sour pork and the wings come a coconut dip that completely ups the flavor. Yum!! read more

Good food, cute decor. The broth does taste different than other pho restaurants as other reviews have mentioned, probably due to the fish sauce which is specifically listed on the menu. I love the amount of limes they give you to add acidity to the broth. The short rib pho was very tasty, especially the tender meat. The price point is pretty high ($16.50 for short rib pho and $18.50 for meatball + short rib pho). The portion size of the pho is pretty big with lots of meat, which somewhat justifies the price. The shrimp spring rolls are also very tasty and the shrimp was large and fresh. The peanut sauce was very good! Super savory and has a nice umami. Just wish that they have a shrimp AND pork spring roll option instead of just one or the other. Service was okay. This review is for take out. I have to say, when I'm feeling a bit depressed, my go to comfort food is pho. There's something about the warm favors and fresh vegetables that's so inviting. I've ordered pho from a few places for take out here and been very disappointed. Not so here. The broth was plentiful and hot, and they included a considerable amount of vegetables. My only tiny complaint was the amount of fat on the brisket. Some pieces were nothing but fat. As I'm a girl, I understand the flavor thing but- I just couldn't eat it. I've visited this location twice, and both experiences were severely disappointing. I'm a big fan of the other locations on Convoy, and had high hopes for Pho Nom. The food was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant itself is very attractive, which makes the poor service and overall experience disappointing. On both visits, nearly half of the tables were covered with dirty dishes because the employees appeared busy and understaffed. The floors were noticeably dirty and there were puddles of water near the restrooms. No one greeted or acknowledged my party when we arrived, until I spoke to someone at the counter. Several customers who arrived after us left because no one acknowledged or assisted them. During my lunch visit, we were told someone would help us shortly, but after waiting 15 minutes, the only waiter available actually walked out of the restaurant. For at least an additional 15 minutes, there appeared to be no staff attending to customers inside the restaurant at all. On my other visit, our table was placed so close to another table that my partner couldn't even pull out his chair to sit down. We had to move the table ourselves just to fit. Because of the cramped setup of our table, the server repeatedly had to squeeze past my chair while carrying food, passing hot soup dishes over my head. I was genuinely concerned about hot soup being spilled on me. Unfortunately, that concern wasn't unfounded. Later, an employee accidentally spilled a pitcher of water, and some of it splashed onto me and my chair! The employee did not apologize or acknowledge what happened. I had to clean the chair myself!! It wasn't until another waiter realized the situation that I finally received an apology. The food is excellent, but the service, cleanliness, staffing issues, and overall customer experience have been consistently disappointing during both of my visits. read more
