The pho broth is obviously from either bouillon or from premade stock/broth. The noodles are the type that were dried and rehydrated so they are broken up noodles that just are not fresh. I have tried a lot of Vietnamese restaurants in Maricopa County. And this is one is really low on my scale. Low enough i will not go again. They were fast in serving the order hence the 2 stars. It was my first time here so I wanted to try a couple items so I orders the spring rolls, bahn mi, and the brisket pho. The pho was delicious. Flavorful broth, plenty of noodles and the brisket was tender. The spring rolls and bahn mi were pretty good but nothing to write home about. The bread on the bahn mi was very different it was quite soft and usually bahn mi bread is pretty crispy on the outside. The food comes out really quick too which is nice. There were slices of beef & pork, but no pork blood that's sometimes there in more authentic bun bo hue. Worst Bahn Mi I have ever had. They use basically ham slices to make it. Gosh I've never been so disrespected by a meal. The pho was also mid. The $10 chicken wings were so small. Terrible. Tried multiple dishes, including a Bahn Mi, which was terrible. Ingredients were not fresh or plentiful. The bread was soft, not a crusty baguette that is typically, the standard. My mother had a vegetarian soft noodle stir fry (I think it was #70 on the menu). It lacked flavor and soft noodles in a lot of liquid, on a plate. She had gastro upset almost immediately after and into the rest of the evening. Upon ordering, food came out almost TOO fast. Nothing was hot or fresh or even tasted like we expected. All of the vegetables are so fresh, the rice noodles are soft so it doesn't take long for them to loosen up in the broth, and the broth is extremely flavorful and fatty (at least for the rare beef which is what I always get). Cha gio is authentic and hot and delicious! Everyone was really kind and helped me fast even though they were really busy. It's cozy and homey inside, reminds me of all of the places in Seattle that I miss so much. 10/10 definitely the best out of all of the places I've tried in the valley. we visited this pho bac at Christmas eve where every other restaurant is closing. Thanks! The appetizer are great with many choice and the chicken wing are tender but with too much sauce outside. Excellent pho....my husband said the best he's had in AZ. I had the bbq pork with lots of fresh veggies. The service was also fast.

I love getting their chicken pho. It came with noodles, chicken, onions, green onions, and cilantro. I added their jalapeno slices, bean sprouts, and sriracha sauce. Their Thai tea with boba is fresh and their taro smoothie is great! This is a spot I'm happy to be a regular at and try to come every couple weeks. Grilled sausage spring rolls had bologna in them, bun lacked sufficient sauce but the egg roll and beef were tasty, pho was " a kid's bowl" in the words of one member of our party. Also ordered the shrimp spring roll. They are smaller than some other places but they are full of flavor. Get a side of the fired pork egg rolls too, Top three best I've had. Before you prefer the xl bowl be real hungry. It doesn't look that big but when you're done slurping down that hefty portion of rice noodles you won't be able to move... first of all, my husband and I get takeout from this place 2 to 5 times a month so basically weekly so they should know my husband by now for the first time ever they messed up our order after over a year. We called them and let them know, and they were insinuating that we ordered incorrectly. The guy that took our order was obviously new told us that we could come back and get the fried rice tomorrow we couldn't come today my husband just got off work. It's an hour drive there and back altogether. We pork chop and chicken fried rice. The pork chop was super dry, but it was whatever we had never had it before the fried rice. Well, we didn't get the fried rice we got some kind of noodle dish with five pieces of chicken on it and a bunch of shredded up cabbage They had the audacity to call us back and tell us to keep the food in the fridge and bring it back the next day to them like we're not valued customers. I'm very disappointed in a local business being like this I'm like super offended actually where is the sense of community and trust? read more

Growing up in Arizona means I wasn't introduced to Vietnamese food until I was an adult. So I don't have the knowledge of this cuisine, that I do for Mexican Food. She loves Vietnamese food as much as she gets excited for Thai and Japanese. So when she suggested we check out a place she was familiar with, I was on board. The service was not surprising because we were one of two tables dining in. Thanks COVID-19! She assured me that Pho Noodles is usually bustling at lunch time. And for good reason. I had pho noodles for dinner last night. This is a pho place located on central and Osborn. connected to the Safeway on Osborn. I walked in to place an order for togo. I sat down at a table, and the person who walked in ahead of me got service first, then she came oeuvre to me. immediately took my order and said for togo right? like it was clear she didn't want me eating there, I figured cause they closed in an hour. well, no it was just me, they brought the mans food out and he sat down and had dunner, ten minutes later mine came out in bags and I left. thee pho was delicious unfortunately. the portions were very small of the meat, the spring rolls were so good, and they dont give you sauce so im glad I got some in store. Eating at Pho Noodles was like playing baseball: three strikes and you're out! I ordered the Bahn Mi without mayo but it was served with the condiment. Strike one. I brought this honest mistake to the attention of the staff and they brought out another Bahn Mi but this time without onions. Strike two. I also shared #20 - soft rice noodles with tofu and veggie stir-fry. It had a generous amount of noodles but it lacked broccoli. The dish had ONE piece of broccoli. Strike three! And I think the onion that was supposed to be on the Bahn Mi was on the stir-fry. The saving grace was that the rice noodles were the right amount of starchy, chewy, and flavorful. My disappointment grew as I was drove away because I noticed there was another Pho restaurant around the corner that was very likely to be better. read more
