    99. Pad Thai

We had a great experience here! We tried the Pho, Pad Thai, and cream cheese wontons everything was fresh and really tasty. The Pho had a nice, flavorful broth, the Pad Thai was well-seasoned, and the wontons were crispy and creamy, just how we like them. Also love how they kept spoons chopsticks and condiments on the table for easy access! The service was friendly and efficient. Our food came out quickly, and the staff checked in just enough without hovering. The atmosphere was clean, casual, and comfortable a great place to enjoy a relaxed meal. Definitely a spot we'll be coming back to and forsure a new favorite!!!

Imagine a cold day or feeling under the weather and a warm and inviting place like Pho Rex exists. Tucked away in the plaza where Taco Bell and Superior is. I'm very basic when it comes to pho and only prefer chicken. Their chicken pho was so good and had lots of flavor. The hubby had the shrimp and pork loin pho with chicken broth he wished it had more shrimp though. The potstickers and egg rolls were really good too. Highly recommend this cute little place for good pho

Pho is so good but this plate I decide to try is also delicious full of flavor definitely a must have. Service is good and fast. Quitting little spot.

This plate was seriously so delicious. The service was very good and the food came out very fast too. It's a small restaurant but so delicious. I will continue coming back.

Very good food! Typically my family orders from this place to take home Pho. I've never been a fan of taking it home since I know it would taste much better eaten there. Me and my boyfriend finally decided to for brunch and it was so empty inside. I have not had Filet Mignon Pho this good and the Egg Rolls were so so good!!!!! We wish we got more of those. Spring rolls were good too, I just preferred the Egg Rolls. Service not so great. When we walked in a guy pointed to a table and gave us menus, he then came back without saying a word to take our order. Super awkward and just not that friendly but the food definitely made up for it. Definitely plan to come in more often.

Great local spot that i've been waiting to try for a while. Flavors hit most of the marks I was looking for, and the prices were very reasonable. I'd consider this my best nearby chain pho. Food (8/10) Ordered the #10 steak and fatty brisket. Veggies were fresh/crispy, meat portion was pretty great (big pieces of brisket) and the price was decent ($13ish large) the broth had good taste, not extremely sweet like most california pho, lacked a bit on "aromatics" but did have a good beef flavor. My partner also tried the bun bo hue after being hesitant as 1. most places in the IE don't offer it 2. it's usually not good if it's not from a dedicated restaurant for that specific soup, but we were surprised as it was actually alright. just was missing some traditional aspects, but was good for the craving for a nearby place. Service (8/10) Only 2 people working this small restaurant on a Sunday night but the service wasn't lackluster. Orders taken quickly, food delivered fast and our waters were never empty. Mostly average expectations met. Ambiance (7/10) Pretty small restaurant in a busy plaza, not the best parking right out front but lots of parking around regardless. Pretty in line with most viet restaurants in terms of decor/design but was clean, comfortable and had lots of essentials on the table ready for us.

The food here is really great. I was impressed by how fresh and clean the garnish was. Good price point, one of the better pho in Corona.

I love the original location and this one too. The food is of course excellent, always. The servers are awesome, you can tell theyre really happy and proud to share their flavors. The whole thing has a very sweet warm and welcoming vibe. Totally recommend.

Came here for lunch on a Friday afternoon 1.12.24 Took my bro cousin out for his Birthday. Ho's request was Pho. We both ordered the 1. House Special Beef Noodle Soup in small $ 12.25 The broth was perfect. Especially during soup season. It hit the spot. There were a lot of proteins in the small bowl and the size was good for the small we ordered. Service was good and we got our pho order within a timely manner. Pretty fast. Foot traffic was good. Really big and spacious pho restaurant with a lot of tables/booth. Located a few doors next to Don Diablo Ceviche Bar in the same plaza as Superior Super Market Lots of parking available.

Pho Xpress is a local family owned pho spot that's in a decently sized shopping center. There's plenty of parking and the area is well lit. Menu items are extensive and well made. The food is pretty good, especially for the area. In corona there are not many viet/pho spots so this is the best bet. The broth is a bit more salted than I like but it's still delicious. I really enjoy the portion sizes and the amount of meat/noodles you get. Ambiance is very casual. Service is quick and personable. Perfect for dinner especially if you want something aromatic and peaceful.

Our table ordered a variety of their vermicelli bowls (short rib, chicken, grilled pork+shrimp), Pho (special combo and brisket), eggrolls, thai iced tea, and vietnamese iced coffee. Everything we ordered was so delicious and there were generous portions of meat in all of our dishes. The fish sauce that came with the vermicelli bowls was super delicious and tasted so much more flavorful than any other Vietnamese restaurant I've dined at. The pho broth was piping hot and tasted so clean and refreshing. Drinks were also great and I honestly loved everything about today's lunch! I will definitely be coming back with my family and my kids loved all of the food (pho and vermicelli) too!

However, I recently read their reviews and laughed that they give straight peanut butter as a dipping sauce for their spring rolls. That is a big no-no. Anywho, I was going to do takeout and drive home to eat because I had my dogs with me, but after I ordered I saw there was a table outside so I decided to stay. I ordered their salmon special with garlic noodles, spring rolls, and a vietnamese coffee. Total was $33 and I was able to split the portions for lunch and dinner. When I entered I did not speak vietnamese and neither was the employee in the front aware I was viet. After I paid and didn't leave a tip, she said something in vietnamese about either giving me a smaller portion because I didn't leave a tip or just complaining about not receiving a tip. Once I got my food and said thank you in vietnamese, the employee in the front got real quiet. Lmao I sat outside with the fur babies and enjoyed my salmon. It was flavorful but noodles were kind of dry. The spring rolls came in 2. They add avocado, tofu, and jicima in addition to other ingredients. This isn't your traditional spring roll. I can also confirm that dipping sauce is straight peanut butter with not even enough water mixed in to make the texture smooth. Its like getting a cup of peanut butter that is watery on the top and dry and chunky from the middle down. A sauce like this will not be acceptable in the vietnamese community down in Bolsa. Haha! The coffee was also only okay, didn't finish it. I dont think I would drive out of my way to eat here.

The staff was very friendly and they gave me some recommendations as it was my first time. When it's colder I'll have to try their Pho but for now I tried their BBQ short ribs and their spicy chicken plate which came with rice. I loved both dishes! I could tell the ingredients were fresh and they both dishes were flavorful. I do feel like they could've given a little more meat compared to the rice but maybe that's a takeout thing? If you have a large party I would probably call in advance because the space is limited and it was PACKED when I got there. Secondly, it tasted really good. I ordered the vegetarian rice noodles. My only regret is that I didn't tell them I wanted the big flat noodles, so they defaulted to the skinny spaghetti-like ones. Now I know that even if they don't ask, tell them what I'd prefer anyway. Lastly, the portions are big enough to bring leftovers home which is a big deal for me since eating out can be expensive. If I'm paying that much, being able to get a second meal out of it is much appreciated. Parking wasn't an issue. I immediately found one right in front of the restaurant. As for the restaurant itself, it's modern and clean. Beware that if you end up sitting facing the windows like I did, I was blinded by the sun shining off a car window, so I had to scoot all the way inside the booth. It's because the door is made of glass and unlike the other windows it doesn't have signs to block glare. When I was about to leave, I told them there was no more toilet paper in the restroom and they went out of their way to stop what they were doing to get more for me. Apparently, the cabinet inside the restroom was empty, so one of the employees had to call another employee for help and they found more in another cabinet outside the restroom. I quite enjoyed my experience here and just writing this I'm already craving more of the food I had ordered.

When we asked for a sauce plate/cup, he looked bothered. Well next time just put little sauce plates on the table and we wouldn't have to ask you to get it. Like how do they not know people like to dip their meats in Siracha and Hoison sauce. Not everyone just pours it into the bowl. When we ordered our Pho, we also ordered a Banh Mi sandwich as a to go order. At the end of our meal, my wife went to pay and the check included the price with the sandwhich. She paid and asked how long the sandwich would take, they said, "what sandwich!" Uh, the one we just paid for. Cashier looked confused and asked to see the receipt. Then he went to the back and asked about the sandwich. We could hear someone in the back saying they didn't make a sandwich. Cashier apologized and we waited another 12 minutes for the sandwich. Pho was actually good but a bit on the pricey side. $20 for the Dac Biet. I just took a little sip and I was done. I love vermicelli salad in general, however, the one here had a very strong spice that I've never tasted in a vermicelli salad before.
