Not worth the price , there's only one sized pho bowl (not very large) the veggies I received were limp and spotty . Our table was not checked on at all . I felt more kindness from the kitchen staff bringing the food than the young lady that greeted, sat , and took our order . The water even tastes funny . I am very disappointed at this restaurant. This spot used to be my favorite pho place. Today I ordered banh Xeo for appetizer, hu tieu and pho for entrees. Somehow, the hu tieu and pho came out first before the appetizer. We asked if it was a mistake and the waiter told us that because the banh xeo takes a long time so it had to come after the entrees. I got confused because the appetizer should come before the main entrees. Anyway, the wait for it was not worth it. The banh xeo was dry , cold, and not crispy. The hu tieu was salty but luckily their pho is still decent. I am not sure I will come back anytime soon. read more

The cure for the common cold can be found here inside a steaming bowl of pho! I have been a bit under the weather lately so my boyfriend took me here because I was craving some soup. They were pretty busy even for a Thursday night. It's located in the same parking lot as LVAC so I think that could explain the lack of parking. When we walked in, it was packed so we had to wait a little bit. We ordered the crispy egg rolls as an appetizer to share. He ordered the Pho Tai Nam Gau Gan Ve Don Noodle soup with rare eye round steak, flank, brisket, soft tendon & skirt flank; and I ordered Pho Chin Bo Vien Noodle soup with well done lean meat & beef meatballs. The food came out pretty fast, but once we got our food, it seemed a bit difficult to flag someone down when we wanted to pay. Chilly day in Vegas calls for Pho. We ordered to go. Our favorite was the egg rolls crispy and fresh with the carrots and lettuce. The dipping sauce was good. Today 7/26/2022 First time visit this place and it was the worst service ever. Me and 5 year old son went here. I order a brisket pho and I order pho no meat for my son. My son didn't like it so he didn't eat it. I ate mine and it was good. So I asked one of the waitresses in a respectful manner that if it's ok to take the other pho out my check my son didn't eat it and he didn't like it. She said they can't she gonna ask the manager. So the way she handle it was rude and disrespectful. She said no in a disrespectful manner. It's not like I don't want to pay the bill it's the attitude and the disrespectful. She came out take pictures of my license plate like it mean something. We were trying this place for the first time. Not only did we ever get asked what we wanted to drink but I found a caterpillar in the lettuce that came with the egg rolls. Luckily we had just started eating when I noticed it. We were so grossed out we couldn't eat anymore. We told the waiter and all he said was oh sorry about that and walked away. Let me give you the 411, I've been coming here for 10+years. They aren't a Mastro's at the Aria or a 5 star customer service spot. They aren't going to wipe your table every 2.5 seconds if you have a little spill. What they're known for is their GREAT FOOD THAT IS ALWAYS CONSISTENT. They never change up their recipe which is why I love coming here and will continue to come here. I was not satisfied with my order as it was not prepared correctly (missing meat that was suppose to be in there). Instead of an easy fix of bringing a side of the meat to add to the pho...she insisted there had to be a small piece in there. I looked in the pho in front of her and assured her there's nothing. When realizing she was not going to help correct it I asked her to change my order as I was not pleased. She would not allow me to change my order and instead had me pay for the pho as well as my new order. First time I went here last month, I thought this place was okay. They gave me too much noodles in the soup that I was overwhelmed. Second time, I LOVE IT. My boyfriend got the Pho Tai (rare steak pho) and the broth was perfect. My grandma was impressed with how clear the broth was (listen to the old asian lady, they know what they are talking about when it comes to pho!). I liked how it was not too salty but still flavorful. I got the Bo Luc Lac Rice (shaken beef). The beef was tender and they did not drown it in sauce like some places do. The lady recommended steamed rice but I opted for their red rice (i think it's tomatoes that makes it red...but I am not sure). Next time, I will do the steamed rice. Thai tea was amazing! Some places, the thai tea is too sweet. I can still taste the tea at this place. Service was nice. I liked that they refilled my water so much. Great selection of food. Will be back. read more

This place is my go to when I'm trying to get soup or spring rolls real quick. I live pretty close by so that could be a factor, but the food I order is always good! If I'm craving pho, I know I'll always leave having satisfied the craving. Note I said the food that I order because I don't really order anything else. I always get pho, spring rolls, or some type of vermicelli bowl. My usual options never disappoint so I keep sticking to them. If I'm getting pho, I always get #16 which has rare round eye, flank, and brisket. It is so yummy and satisfying! I love the deep fried spring rolls. They might be called egg rolls, but I'm not actually sure. It comes with lettuce, mint, and pickled carrots and radish. I usually wrap one with lettuce and make a little burrito with the extra stuff and pour some of the sauce on top. You have got to try it! Sometimes that's all I'll order and I won't even share it. It's a good restaurant, it's clean, and it's pretty cheap, especially for knowing your food will turn out right. Not everyone on the waiting staff speaks English very well. That never bothers me but I'm mentioning it in case some people need to prepare themselves for that. Be patient and understanding, and you shall have a delicious meal! read more

But a hard worker , so I was surprised on what transpired. I walked in with my family , been going to pho Saigon Since 2005 on spring mountain and then when Henderson opened I started going there . So, we go in and busy like always , so we waited , and I saw the table so I asked one of the hosts if we could sit there , she said yes , then the owner came out and said there was a party of 2 and to wait , so once they left , we sat , our menus were given , and water and silverware, the owner comes back and states that we need to move cause this table has a reservation, she offered no apology, do I said that we are comfortable and that they should have known beforehand,. I have a 4 businesses on the strip and I am aware that all businesses make mistakes but the owner didn't offer our family a simple Gesture of an apology We sat at open table and ordered food , I left my family and I walked over to the register yo tell the owner that it was a mistake but the her being the owner could simply realize her mistake , she told she was not going to excuse herself and gave me the meanest look with her eyes . I sat back down and 3 of our plates were brought to us , But the fried rice that was for my kids was not brought out so I asked the waitress and she said the kitchen was An old cook her forgot to place the order No worries, we waited , it again a little disappointed I eat fast , so while the family was finishing , i went to pay. So I told her to call the cops , but I wasn't leaving until my family finished. I stood at the counter for next 15 minutes waiting for the cops, nothing This owner is full of herself and her business , and great for her business but what a piece of garbage as a person I'm not one to complain about restaurants nor do leave slot of reviews because I accept things for what they stev But clearly , as a customer just like all of you on Yelp , I really think if a mistake was done , that a simple apology would rectify the situation I didn't ask for anything , like a free meal or discount. Best Pho in town without a doubt. I frequent there on a monthly basis because it is just that good. My favorite dish is the Pho Tai Nam, Pho with rare eye round steak and flank steak. The broth is so flavorful on it's own, I don't really need to use the condiments to enhance it. Their Vietnamese Coffee (I think it's called Cafe Sua?) is the best Vietnamese Coffee I've ever had. Also, their non pho dishes are just as delicious. Sometimes I order a no 65: Bun with grilled pork, which is kind of like a cold noodle salad. The food is inexpensive and very tasty. The service can be up or down depending on whatever I have had good service when it was busy and bad service when it was quiet(example we were escorted to a table when the restaurant was quiet, my wife asked to be seated at a different table, the host said it was dirty and left our water and menus at the table which we did not want to be seated and left. We then waited for the table to be cleaned and then transferred our own water and menu. I put up with the service because this is still my go to place for pho. Except for one time when they placed our order to a different table by mistake our orders are usually served without a long wait. If not for the spotty service I would give 4 stars. Over the years I've come to appreciate Pho Saigon 8. It's not perfect but warrants higher than my previous two star rating. Went there for lunch today and the line was crazy long. Should've seen that coming on a cloudy/rainy day. Pho just seems to go so well on cloudy days, doesn't it? I had the pho and damn I have to give it to them for their consistency. The flavor hasn't changed in years so you always know what you're getting. Your expectations will always be met. I didn't like the fact that the noodles were still pretty hard and had to sit in the broth for it to soften but it's not the end of the world. The egg rolls are good and the peanut sauce is actually better than other places I've had it at. The service has gotten much, much better over the years. Pho Saigon 8 is a solid place to get pho and they have multiple locations s in the Henderson area. Came with my family and we all ordered a large #18 pho which comes with rare eye steak, flank, brisket, tendon, and tripe. It was delicious and definitely a good portion of meat and noodles. A solid 4/5. We also ordered a small bo of bun bo hue - a spicy beef noodle soup which came with a thicker noodle. Wasn't a huge fan of the broth, almost felt a bit watered down spice wise compared to what I've had at other places. For the small bowl for $9.45, I'll probably skip this for next time. Other than that, service was good and they gave generous portion of bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños and limes for the pho. read more
