Had lunch here yesterday with a friend. I had the Bahn Mi with pork and it was delicious. Fresh baked bread and the pork was very flavorful. My friend had the Lemon Chicken & Sesame Chicken which invited me to try. Both were great. Also had the Vietnamese egg roll were were also very good. I have ordered takeout from this place countless times and have NEVER had any problems. The food is absolutely delicious, fresh, and affordable. The gentleman often at the front checkout desk is always super pleasant and nice, which is important because customer service can either make or break an experience. Another reason why I love this restaurant so much is they have multiple vegetarian and vegan options. As a vegetarian myself, I am so used to going to a restaurant and having either no options, or a super weak "salad" as my only choice so the fact that this restaurant has a whole vegan and vegetarian menu to choose from is a huge plus for me. The one singular time they got my order wrong (out of the dozens of times I've been there), they were super apologetic and rectified the situation right away, and they turned my almost-negative experience into a positive one. Also, their Boba tea is to die for!! I order one every time I go! I seriously cannot say enough good things about this family-owned authentic Vietnamese restaurant. read more

So far so good! We ordered Pho well done beef flank, grilled lemon grass chicken and grilled teriyaki glazed pork. All of them tastes superb! Portions are appropriate and tastes good. Wow! This restaurant has a pleasant ambience, appears clean, and the employees are very attentive. The owner spoke with us for quite a while about the dishes. The food was very good. I had the beef ribs and the calamari appetizer. The peach tea with mint was soooo good. My companion had the pork egg rolls and the grilled beef sandwich. This is a top restaurant that my husband and I absolutely love. Every Monday (sometimes another added day too) we order from here. Chicken pho, beef pho, both the chicken and shrimp spring rolls, crab Rangoon, and Vietnamese style spring rolls I think they are called. We plan our dinners and yet every Monday throughout the day I am craving something warm and good for my soul. My husband and I give each other a look- the Pho Sure look, 15 min later we have the pho. The owners and family that works here are amazing, so kind, so diligent. Even if there's a better place for pho in SA(doubt it) I wouldn't leave Pho Sure because I WANT to go here, I want to support them. Also my husband and I consider ourselves pros at Pho, dining at over 10 Pho places in the past year in 3 different states. Pho Sure is BY FAR the best place of them all. read more

First of all the interior of the restaurant is very pleasant with the wooden decor. I had the Lemongrass Pork with Fried Rice and was quite good. The fried rice was not very oily and very much a lighter version of fried rice. We also had the banana dessert in coconut milk. I don't remember the name but it was a good, light dessert. The service here at Pho Sure is just an added bonus to the very authentic and quite delicious Vietnamese food that is served here. We decided to pull in and give this place a try and we are super glad we did. We had to come back the following Friday and we have tried Vietnamese spring rolls, the fresh spring rolls both beef and shrimp, pho with chicken (spot-on fantastic) the authentic wings (amazing) and an order of lemongrass chicken to go. All of these dishes will keep us coming back for sure especially with the cold weather on the way. I don't write many reviews, and I don't want to be negative so I'll try and be as objective as possible. My wife and I came in here on a Friday night. It was busy so we didn't think twice that no one greeted us at the door or assigned seats or a "be right with you" so after about 5 minutes we walked to the counter they said "sit anywhere" - again, no problem. There weren't any empty tables that were bussed except a half table by the door, so we took that. No worries. After a bit of a wait, we placed our order: 2 waters, one tea, an appetizer plate and a bowl of beef pho. The appetizer plate came out as well as the tea and *one* water..... and that was the last time we saw our waitress. Maybe six other tables rotated in during this time as an hour passed while we just sat there. We watched people order and get their pho and other food. We never got a single water refill or our pho. After about an hour and a half we headed to the counter and said "you may have forgotten about us" - we also had pho and brought our water for a refill. They said "we ran out of pho"... at this point we were pretty fed up considering 1) the restaurant's name is "pho sure" but there was no pho on Friday @ 7pm and 2) they quite obviously forgot about us and were able to serve at least 4 other people pho that came in and placed orders after us that ended up getting the pho they paid for. We paid for the food we consumed and left. The food we did eat was pretty good, no complaints there - the service was just not there. No one should be made to wait an hour and a half only to be told there's no food when they ask. In the future: don't forget about tables, and if you run out of something, find people that ordered it and let them know - it's no big deal but the way it happened, where they served 4 other people pho and then told us it was out when we asked.... it's just not a good look. read more
