Place is awesome, we were greeted as we walked in. The ambience is causal and decor is lovely. I like the plants they have by the entrance. It's all good to me. Even though I came here and got the exact same thing twice in a row it did not miss. The broth is delicate and yummy, I've had different phos and this one hits the spot. I get the pho with everything and it doesn't disappoint. It had more than enough meats and the texture are great Along with the fixings and condiments like Hoisen sauce, sriracha, fish sauce and hot oil ooooooooh this all hits the spot Owner remembered his customer and we felt welcomed enough that I will be coming back, I need to try the dishes, sorry I've been a little under the weather so this phos been picking me up for now. Stopped by here because of the great reviews, looking for a great bowel of pho. This place was very disappointing. Ordered the beef pho and chicken teriyaki. I honestly feel bad for this place, maybe they are struggling like a lot of business. I could see where corners are being cut. Chicken teriyaki portion was smaller than most, and everything else was watered down and bland. The sweet sauce that comes with the crab Rangoon we ordered was very watery. The beef pho, was bland and lacked depth, didn't even get my Thai basil. Even the siratcha sauce I could tell they added water to the bottle, it was thin and watery. One of my favorite pho spots! You can tell it's family owned, the food is always made with care, and everything tastes amazing. The owner is so friendly and always takes his time to chat with customers, which makes it feel really welcoming. Their chili oil is the best super spicy and full of flavor. I came across this place for quick stop for lunch and this establishment did an excellent job doing so. I sat down and within less than 10 minutes of ordering I got my food! I ordered the Rare Beef pho (single meat) and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The seasoning of the broth was very clean and light and I felt as if the proportions were perfect and did not make me feel like I couldn't finish it! I went to study a couple of my school notes and the atmosphere was very pleasant. My only critique would be have a little more noodles! But other than that I loved the meat and how it wasn't fully cooked (personal preference) and how fast the service was !! By far best pho I've had in SA. Owner is super nice the decor is cute. I've also tried the vermicelli dishes here and they are great! Make sure to order the eggroll with the lettuce wrap. My husband and I come here at least once a week and it's excellent everytime. Also love that the Thai basil is grown without pesticides, they really care about the quality of the ingredients. The pho ranges from 9-13 dollars with the one meat pho option being the cheapest. The serving size if fair (could be a little larger) and the meat portion they give is pretty average. The broth is the perfect amount of savory and meat is cooked extremely well! On top of that the server is incredibly kind I overall enjoyed my dining experience. If I compared to Bernie, I think flavor is pretty even, value is better at Bernie if you like larger sizes, service is better at pho sure. read more

This place is in the corner of a strip center and not very noticeable but the food was pretty good. I seated myself and they brought a menu over quickly. Not a greeting of any sort. I ordered Vietnamese egg rolls which were very good. Also ordered beef combo pho without the meatballs. It came out fast but had only a few slices of brisket and three tiny pieces of tendon. No rare beef at all. The broth was flavorful enough but nothing special. A sign on the door said they were closing for a couple weeks for remodeling. Walked into a local restaurant and was greeted by a very kind young lady that was running the whole front by herself. She did a fantastic job of keeping the customers taken care of in a timely manner. The egg rolls were actually flavorful and had more ingredients in them than the other places we have been to. The pho was wonderful! Huge bowl with tons of noodles. I had shrimp in mine and had to share with my other half as I couldn't eat them all! He had the pho with beef and said it was the best he's had in a long time! We both agreed if we were closer, this would be a place we would frequent. One of my favorite places to eat when I'm craving Vietnamese food. The owner informed me that they do not add msg into any food which is a plus if you're into that. Let me say that their Bo luc lac (shaking beef) is top tier and I order it every time. When you go I recommend you try their famous peach tea. It's sooo delicious! I'm a HUGE pho girly and this place did not disappoint at all!! I have been to a ton of pho places in SA and this is my absolute favorite! I went this past week and now I'm obsessed! The staff is very friendly and accommodating to what you need! I ate the chicken pho with fresh shrimp summer rolls and I always get fish sauce instead of peanut sauce and let me tell you AMAZING!!! The fish sauce is perfect sorry about the stuff in it. I already dug in and then remembered to take a picture. On the recommendation of my son's barber who is next door, and Yelp, I decided to give this place a try. The pictures on the window definitely looked good, of course, but the pork chop looked especially good so I set my mind on that. Took my two sons and my son's mom and we went and tried it out. Once you enter there is varied seating. Seat yourself and the man at the counter brings menus and takes drink orders. Knowing I wanted the pork chop, for some reason I swerved to the teriyaki chicken. I love teriyaki chicken. This was, ok. The sauce wasn't as sweet as I like. It's served with a choice of rice or bun or noodles. I got the steamed rice. Just very, ok. I also ordered the fish sauce chicken wings. They don't taste like you think. They are actually a little sweet. I'd recommend. My son ordered the combo fried rice. I tasted a bit. It was very bland. He threw some sriracha on it and rolled through it all. I would have had to heap on the soy sauce. There was nothing on the menu my 8 year old would like so I actually ended up running next door to subway for him. His mom got the pho. She also said it was nothing to write home about. So in order to not put this place on the tried it but didn't return list, I went ahead and got the pork chop. Man was it good. Good flavor. Good sear. First bite I knew I had made a dreadful mistake previously. I would have ordered two of these things. So good. I would come back for it. All in all and up and down visit that ended on the up. The waiter offered suggestions on how to eat different things so you get different flavors and was very personable. It never got too busy but it was a Tuesday night. There was a steady stream of people sitting in and picking up to go. I recommend the pork chop, then try other things. This place is fantastic! We were in the area and trying for something else but ended up needing to come up with a plan b. So happy we gave it a shot. The food was very fresh and the pho was fantastic. My husband actually had a pho where they cook the veggies in a wok first and that was AMAZING (sorry, I don't remember the name)!
